spawnism is so weird to me. and YES, it is a cult, minors are involved in cults. IT WAS LITERALLY IN A GAME WHICH ADDRESSED IT AS A CULT??? HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME ITS NOT A CULT WHEN ITS ORIGIN IS A CULT??? PEOPLE ARE CUTTING THEMSELVES OVER THIS. ITS NOT FUNNY, ITS NOT CUTE, AND ITS NOT A REAL RELIGION. IT IS A CULT. Cults are social groups which have unusual, and often extreme, religious, spiritual, or philosophical beliefs and rituals. Extreme devotion to a particular person, object, or goal is another characteristic often ascribed to cults - Wikipedia the extreme devotion is the cutting, the belief/object could be the roblox spawning point(their symbol), and that people can respawn(no they can't. if they could, there wouldn't be graves if people did)

Recently my friend and I were on the topics of cults. Not because we glorify them but because we were talking about the whole "joke" with children of the waning star.

Now, as I understand that it was meant as a joke, joking about cults are something that we shouldn't joke about. Even if you were just joining it as a "joke", if that shit turned out not to be a joke, your life could be ruined in just a second.

Cults have RUINED people's lives. For example, The Children of God. This is more of a well-known cult due to the extreme things they did for Christianity. The leader, David Berg, had people, adults and children, doing sickening things. Most of these being sexual. It ruined so many people's lives, leading to many people killing themselves after finally leaving that cult.

As me and my friend continued ranting about this and cults in general, I remembered my ex had texted me whilst we were still together talking about how he had joined a cult. I didn't really think about it at the time since I didn't know much about the cult and what their practices were. As I did a deep dive on it, I am genuinely concerned for anyone and everyone apart of it.

This cult is known as the spawn cult/spawnism. And before anyone starts attacking me saying that they are two different things; any religion is considered a cult. The meaning of cult quite literally being "Great devotion to a person, idea, object, movement, or work (such as a film or book) such devotion regarded as a literary or intellectual fad". Meaning that any and all religions, are cults. This includes Christianity, Buddhism, Catholicism, Judaism, and a ton more that I will not be listing as I don't have the time nor feel like doing so.

As I said earlier, cults have literally RUINED people's lives, this being a part of that. In the research I have done about the spawn cult and spawnism I have learned many things that should not be normalized if this was just a simple religion to worship the spawn.

ALSO THE SPAWN IS NOT A REAL THING AND IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD NOT BE PRAISED!!

From what I've seen and what I know is happening in this religion/cult; it is primarily children who follow it and are apart of the cult. These children are getting groomed into self-harming, doing blood-sacrifices, sacrificing family members and animals, setting big fires (essentially being an arsonists), etc.

None of this by any means is okay nor justified. Along with this, people have doxed other people who are apart of the spawn cult/spawnism if they don't do what they are asked. They have also, from what I have seen on twitter and other platforms, sent nudes of these children and sexually harassed and abused them. People have also killed themself for "the spawn".

If you are apart of the spawn cult/spawnism or interested in spawnism; I advise you to get some serious help. And I don't mean that in a rude way, I want you to be okay. Being apart of that is not healthy for struggles that you already have going on and is not going to help in any way, shape, or form.

If you are not apart of it and don't support it, I respect that, I don't support it either. That, however, does not give you the right to hate on these people and harass them. These are all children who have shit going on, you continuing to edge them on like that is making them think that they are in the right for what they are doing. Please, give them actual reinforcement and logical shit instead of just harassing them.
