Are the main 4 villains still evil, since their evil totems were destroyed in SVI? 

Dr. Hare is still evil in the Poptropica Worlds mini quest Dr. Hare's Revenge, which came out after. 

Although, Pop Worlds can very well be an alternate Poptropica Universe, since some character designs are different. 

Although, a Crisis Caverns trophy is seen in Amelia's room.

Although, Crisis Caverns was originally made for Pop Classic anyway.
