Anyway i think its kind of interesting how even though finitevus hates albion and had it destroyed some part of him still seems to be proud of his city. When he used the hex on knuckles it "bend his intentions to finitevus's ideals"

Now the important thing about that is later on knuckles as enerjak teleports all the echinda to the ruins of albion because thats where they belong. Now, this could have been a thing that knuckles believed, but i dont think he held any special fondness for albion above any other echinda settlements, and enerjak was created on angel island so it probably wouldnt think that, which leaves finitevus still believing that as the remaining thing it could be

Of course, it could have been less a shred of lingering (fondness isnt quite the right word.. im not sure what is) emotion towards his home and perhaps more all the echindas should meet the same fate as albion, but i think its interesting if some small part of finitevus still thinks of albion as something.. good (im not so good at emotion words bear with me here) even if he would never ever admit it

Chronic Sonic pt 4

1. lol u thought sonic would start running around in circles once the inhibitors were on? No sir the moment that nerve pulling pain lets up even a little it’s zzzzz for fifteen hours. Bro it’s hard to sleep well when ur at an 8-10 on the pain scale so this is a much-needed nap. Yes Shadow stays until he wakes up. And a little bit after just to make sure.

2. Something about inhibitors being the best things for regulating chaos vs Sonic who’s used to accessing chaos as easily as breathing so the inhibitors slamming a door in his face and cutting off access is incredibly jarring and high-key makes it feel like he’s lost a part of himself. But it’s fine. This is a good thing. He’s grateful for them they’re not too heavy they don’t feel like they slow him down and he’s not ignoring Shadow he’s just looking at other stuff is all.

not to be a killjoy but it's still crazy to me that it's considered mean to be like "maybe you should read / play / watch the source material before creating fanworks and diving into the fandom" bc every time i see somebody going "i havent played disco elysium or know anything about it tbh but uwu here's harry and kim kissing" idk maybe you should engage with it. maybe you should play the anti-capitalist surrealist game where you investigate the murder of a mercenary who led the gang rape of a foreign girl and process that for a bit? and then you can do cutesy mlm or whatever idc. but like at the absolute bare minimum you should understand what the source material involves otherwise we get the phenomenon of people joining a dragon age server and wanting content warnings for like, mage racism. like it's fine to ship and transform the genre into whatever but if you arent comfortable with discussions of the actual source content itself then maybe the fandom isnt for you and a different one is. peace and love.

there are some headcanons where it's like. 'i would enjoy this as a light seasoning in fic but certain chunks of the fandom have become more committed to this than the actual canon and made it load-bearing in scenarios where it simply doesn't make sense'.

1. I had the urge to draw an older design for Tails and here we are, Sonic with chronic pain. Tails gloves probably have tasers in there.

2. I imagine after a very dramatic spiral Sonic would eventually admit some things are a little off and Tails would make him some mobility aids, some things to help with joint pain, headaches and something to monitor his heart and help regulate the overabundance of chaos energy in his body.

3. Tails scratched out the “manageable, severe” labels because Sonic kept arguing that 7 was not “unmanageable” and he could handle it so it was more of a 2 when his pain was a 9. They focus on the descriptions now.
