Ya know, it’s great that the ceramics studio at my college now has WiFi, but you know what would be even better? IF IT HAD HEAT.

It was below zero to single digits when I had class this morning outside. I my toes and fingers are still thawing. I couldn’t tell half the time if the clay was being weird because it was drying out or actively freezing as I worked with it.

I understand installing WiFi is less intensive and expensive than a heating system, but the least they could do is provide space heaters for it. There are literally two rooms and that’s it...

Every time I watch “Say Yes to the Dress” I get SO ANNOYED. Seriously, if one more mother/aunt says “I don’t know, I always pictured her in a ballgown” I AM GOING TO SCREAM.

I know it’s kind of the person’s job to make you feel beautiful and great when trying on dresses (like prom and wedding dresses) but I must admit that when someone has been working in the business for many years and says to you that they don’t think they’ve ever seen the silhouette of the dress you have on look this good on someone’s figure before, it’s a HUGE confidence boost whether they really mean it or not. ✌🏻

Your weight is not even close to the best indicator of your bodily health, and it’s going to take a while to reverse what has been decades of terrible messaging equating being overweight with being a disease-ridden individual
