IRISH SODA BREAD!
350 gr milk (Greek yogurt 150gr; 180; milk; 20 lemon juice) 20 minutes rest;
1 egg;
1 tablespoon honey;
250 gr white flour;
250gr rye flour;
1 teaspoon bicarbonate;
1 teaspoon salt;
40 minutes at 200^
Vegan version -> with soy buttermilk !
