At the end of the game, if a mage ally with the Templars it states that some of the ones that don't rejoin the organization, become the Inquisitor's personal guard. Sweet revenge for a mage.

I just finished the "in hushed whispers" quest and I allied with the mages instead of conscripting them. My friend mentioned in passing that if you play champions of the just, you can disband the templars permanently. Obviously, leaving the rebel mages in the hands of the venatori isn' t great. But my question for you is, is it better for mages in the long run to disband the templars or is it better to ally with the mages?

My personal opinion is that the best to worst outcomes for mages go like this:

Ally with the mages

Disband the templars

Conscript the mages

Ally with the templars

Of course who ends up as Divine is also a huge part of what happens as well.

When I made my first Cadash Inquisitor, I was super disappointed I couldn’t give her the long flowing hair depicted on the female dwarf race card. I play on PlayStation, so I couldn’t use a mod for it either. The race card was why I chose the dwarf in the first place; I really wanted to play a beautiful badass long haired lady who used a hammer as big as herself to take people down a notch or two.

Anyone else think that Carver is kind of a wasted character. He pretty much hates your guts to begin with. Bethany is a lot easier to for a 100 percent friendship. Plus she is always so sweet.

I usually let Anora execute him and keep Logain alive. I bet Morrigan loves my choice. But I have kept him a grey warden a few times when I play Inquisition.

On the topic of Anora. Is it just me who tries to always makes her Queen? Whether with Alistair or not. I get not doing so if there’s a Queen Cousland, but in all other circumstances, I try to have her as Queen. It just seems so sad and such a waste of a passionate and clever person as her, to have her locked up in a dungeon for Alistair to rule alone.

There are many people who like to put her on the throne, but I think mostly because they prefer Alistair being a warden in a lot of cases

the trapped in dreams part of the circle main quest, is the most annoying part of origins. I also can’t stand the opening “tutorial” scene in Inquisition. I mean seriously a pride demon at the end with maybe 3 talents to help you out. Even on easy difficulty it is hard.
