Methylene Blue and Alzheimers Methylene Blue (MB) shows great benefit in slowing down Alzheimers disease (AD). AD is characterized by dysregulation of Amyloid- Beta proteins that cause neurofibrillary tangles. This disorder is caused by both mitochondrial dysfunction and hypometabolism. Methylene Blue (MB) can reverse this, according to research.
