So like I'm trying to eat at my maintenance calories to bump my metabolism back up but I've been doing this for 3.5 weeks now and I gained 4 kilos, do I just continue until I start losing again cause that should mean my metabolism is back up or is it just forever fucked and should I go back to my dieting amount?

So I saw someone saying that when they hit a plateau, they do something they called a weight reset. Cause like when you first start losing weight and restricting it goes so much faster than after a while. So they'd just eat at their BMR for a couple of weeks as to make their current weight their new start weight. Considering that I haven't really lost anything in the past month I wanna try doing that but my brain is literally screaming at me for it.

So yeah I decided to stop de diet cause I started to binge a lot but up until like last week it went quite alright. Now I'll be back to my 900 kcals per day and being able to take the leftover kcals to the next day with a max of 1000. Also my girlfriend and their boyfriend are both dropping weight like crazy without doing anything for it and I'm jealous as fuck.

Last month's calorie tracker, I didn't reach my goal weight but I at least lost some weight, I was sick the last 2 weeks so I was home all day making restricting rather difficult and I also needed the energy to get better. These are net calories btw cause on a normal day I burn quite a lot.

People considering me being liftable is an interesting side effect, like the just randomly pick me up out of nowhere, I don't know how to feel about it yet though like it's a good thing that I'm light enough to be easily lifted but half of the people don't ask and just pick me up. I also got my first "have you lost weight, it looks good?" Which is good and means I'm actually making progress even though I can't see it myself.
