Evaluating my work
Theme for this project is space cadets. How have I developed my ideas by, using different image of stars for the background, using different images of the star, I looking at different lay outs, using different fonts and changing the colour. I have used Photoshop and illustrator. I am now started looking at different lay outs and picking the best one. I have made should that you can read it. I have looked at the size of star and looked at the different star, and their names. I have had a good look at the star called Alpha Pegasi, and I pick the best fact that I like. I looked and different fonts and picked the best one. My skills developed have during this project, now I can use Photoshop and illustrator easier. My doing this project, it has made me think of what font is the best to use, and the lay out. I pick this star because it look petty and it was constellation of Pegasus.
I think that I the font needs to have something behind, so it is easier to see and I could change the colour but I am happy with the way this has turn out. After people looking at my work, they like the lay out and the font I have used for the heading. But they said I need to change the font and the colour of the font, to make it easier to read. After listing to them I have change and now this is what it looks like.

Developing my idea
I have looked at different little images of star that can go around the images and text. On this one I have added image behind the text, this was a test. I think it looks good but it could be hard to read, for some people.
On this one I have used the effect called Angled strokes, the background. One this I think I need to change the colour of the text. I love the lay out because to me it stands out.
I have change the background, now it is a shooting star. I have add a image behind the heading but I do not think this is a good idea because some people could find it hard to read.
On this one I just add two stars on top of the image.

On these I have used different fonts, image and background
This is my is my starting point, now I am going to play around on Illustrator and used different effects to find the best one that work well.
I have opacity the background image so you can see the writing better
I just have change the image because it says that this star is in the constellation of pegasus.
I just change the background, now I am looking at using different effects and see how they would turn out.
On this one I have used the effect called smudge stick, witch give a cool effect.
I was looking at different effects I can use on the image, and I found this effect called Neon glow. This give a awesome look to it. I have used a effect on the heading font called Chalk & Charcoal, this give a cool effect to the font

Ideas
This idea is have a image of the star and little bit of facts about the star. I have used my own style of font. I think I am going to look at different font because I this could be a little bit hard to read.
I have change the way I have place the heading and change the colour of it. Have change the background. I have used stars as my background because I am talking about a star, so this fits well. I need to look at different font that will work well and easy to read.
I have change the background but it huts my eye a little bit, so i am not going to used this background in my final price. I am thinking of making the text bigger so it is easier to see and read, because the way I have it now, it is a little bit hard to read.
I am think I need to add a white box behind it. I love this background because the way the stars are lade out and the colours. I am going to make the font bigger and in different style of font.
All I have change is the background. I just wanted to see how it would look like. So now I am going to look at different fonts.
I have used the same the background, but I have used a different font and image. I have used a different font for the heading. I have looked at having the lay out different to make it to see what it would look like.
This was the first idea I have done. I like the background because of the colour. I am going to change the fonts and the colour of the font, and look and used different of star backgrounds.

some different display fonts, I could use.
I like this font but it hurts my eye looking at it for to long. This would work well as a font but I am not going to use this font, because some people like me would could not read it very well.
I like this font, but it would just be best as a heading, because if this font was small I don’t think you would be able to see it.
This love because the background looks so beautiful and so cool. To me this looks like something you would see in a video game, a video game to do with space. I love the font but i could be hard for some people to read.
I love the font and the background, but I don’t think that they don’t work well together because I find it hard to see. You have to stand still to see it, I don’t think you would see it if you were walking.

Alpha Pegasi – Star Facts
Alpha Pegasi is also know as Marak or Marchab which means ‘the saddle of the horse’ in Arabic. It is the third brightest star in the constellation Pegasus and one of the four stars in the asterism ‘Great Square of Pegasus’. Alpha Pegasi is very hot and has expanded to almost five times the radius of the Sun.
Constellation Home
Alpha Pegasi is located approximately 133 light-years from Earth in the constellation of Pegasus. It is the 7th largest constellation in size with Markab being one of the four stars in The Great Square of Pegasus Asterism. This constellation is also home to one Messier and a meteor shower (the July Pegasids).
Observation
Markab can be seen in its home constellation located in the fourth quadrant of the northern hemisphere, specifically between latitudes of +90 and -60 degrees. It is best observed with the unaided eye around the Autumn Equinox (September 23rd) east to northeast just above the horizon and can be viewed through until late March. The four bright stars of the asterism make up a giant square in the sky which is hard to miss.
Star Characteristics and Features
Alpha Pegasi is a B-type giant star which has run out of its core hydrogen supply and has now evolved beyond the main sequence. It is also a rapid rotator, spinning at speeds of 125 kilometers/second (77 miles/second). The effective temperature on the depth of this star’s outer shell is close to 10,000 Kelvins (17,540 degrees Fahrenheit or 9,726 degrees Celsius) which has allowed this star to expand to nearly five times that of the Sun.
Brightness of the Star
Markab is not the brightest star in Pegasus but rather the third most luminous in this constellation and the 93rd most luminous in the night sky. It shine with an apparent visual magnitude of 2.48.
History and Mythology
Even though there is no mythology surrounding Alpha Pegasi itself, the constellation is thought to be in commemoration of the winged-horse in Greek mythology (ridden by Perseus) that swooped in to save Andromeda from the sea monster. In addition, this constellation was one of the first to be catalogued in the 2nd century by a Greek astronomer known as Ptolemy.

SIZE OF STARS
Size comparison between the Sun and VY Canis Majoris,, which once held the title of the largest known star in the Universe.
As you probably can guess, our Sun is an average star. Stars can be bigger than the Sun, and stars can be smaller. Let’s take a look at the size of stars.
The smallest stars out there are the tiny red dwarfs. These are stars with no more than 50% the mass of the Sun, and they can have as little as 7.5% the mass of the Sun. This is the minimum mass you need for a star to be able to support nuclear fusion in its core. Below this mass and you get the failed star brown dwarfs. One fairly well known example of a red dwarf star is Proxima Centauri; the closest star to Earth. This star has about 12% the mass of the Sun, and about 14% the size of the Sun – about 200,000 km across, which is only a little larger than Jupiter.
Our own Sun is an example of an average star. It has a diameter of 1.4 million kilometers… today. But when our Sun nears the end of its life, it will bloat up as a red giant, and grow to 300 times its original size. This will consume the orbits of the inner planets: Mercury, Venus, and yes, even Earth.
An example of a larger star than our Sun is the blue supergiant Rigel in the constellation Orion. This is a star with 17 times the mass of the Sun, which puts out 66,000 times as much energy. Rigel is estimated to be 62 times as big as the Sun.
Bigger? No problem. Let’s take a look at the red supergiant Betelgeuse, also in the constellation Orion. Betelgeuse has 20 times the mass of the Sun, and it’s nearing the end of its life; astronomers think Betelgeuse might explode as a supernova within the next 1,000 years. Betelgeuse has bloated out to more than 1,000 times the size of the Sun. This would consume the orbit of Mars and almost reach Jupiter.
But the biggest star in the Universe is thought to be the monster VY Canis Majoris. This red hypergiant star is thought to be 1,800 times the size of the Sun. This star would almost touch the orbit of Saturn if it were in our Solar System.
