NSH: Great. NSH: So, I know that most of us have been experiencing some.. burnout, so to speak, when it comes to the great problem.

FP: I don't really see how this concerns me.

NSH: Calm down, I'm getting there! NSH: So, Moon thought it'd be a good idea to come up with something we can do together, just to take our minds off of it for a bit, and she let me design a game!

FP: Ah, yes, because as we've seen countless times before, you can be trusted to do things.

NSH: Now you're getting it!

FP: Is sarcasm just a foreign concept to you?

NSH: I was trying to ignore that. Moving on~ NSH: So far, Moon and I have gotten Suns and Sliver to join us.

FP: Why me?

NSH: I know that you probably don't want to be there, but just…

NSH: Give it a try, okay? Moon really wants you there.

FP: Fine. What do I need?

NSH: I'll send the rules once we're getting closer to the start, but now might be a good time to start coming up with a character, and you might wanna figure out what program you'll be using for dice.

FP: … FP: What have you just dragged me into against my will?

NSH: I'm not gonna spoil it, if that's what you're wondering. Just… try to come up with something that isn't just you.

FP: I'm concerned.

NSH: You should be.

NSH: Alright, just gotta make sure everyone's here, so sound off!

SOS: I'm here.

BSM: So am I.

SRS: Me too.

FP: I'm just here because Moon wanted me here, but I digress.

BSM: And I thank you for coming, Pebbles.

NSH: Dang, I guess Wind and Innocence didn't want to show up?

BSM: They said they were busy. I'm a bit sad that they couldn't make it, but according to you, the five of us should be more than enough.

NSH: Yeah, four players should be more than enough for a campaign.

FP: I suppose this is the part where you tell us what we're doing?

NSH: Oh, right. Just remember, there's no backing out now~

SOS: Oh dear.

NSH: So, I've cooked up a role-playing game for us all to play. I've loosely based it on our world, but I've added in some elements of fantasy to make it more engaging. But of course, there's always room for you to make your own stuff if you decide to run your own games.

SRS: So what, we're gonna be able to use magic?

NSH: I, uh... NSH: I haven't figured out the system for that yet.

FP: So we're your test subjects. FP: This can only end well.

BSM: So, are we just making this up as we go along?

NSH: Well, one of us is. NSH: One member of this group is gonna be our 'Game Master', or GM for short. They'll come up with and manage the story, along with any of the combat encounters we might face along the way.

BSM: And I guess that'll be you.

NSH: Actually, if anyone else wants to try their hand at this, feel free. NSH: I want to be a player for this, but I'm willing to take the reins if I need to.

SOS: I think I'll take you up on that offer.

NSH: Perfect! NSH: I'll send you all the files in a minute, but before I do, is there anything you wanna say?

SOS: Yes, there is. SOS: For the sake of simplicity, I think we should agree to stick to one species for the group. This is everyone's first time playing, after all.

NSH: Sounds good to me. Ooo, how about lizards?

FP: No.

SRS: Iterators?

BSM: We're trying to play this to escape our duties, Suns. Though I will admit that it could work if we play it right...

NSH: What about the rot

SRS: No.

SOS: Not in a million cycles.

FP: Absolutely fucking not.

BSM: I'm starting to regret letting you make this.

NSH: Point taken. NSH: Does anyone else have an idea?

Hello there, RainWorlders! ^-^ Do any of you remember this blog?

It's a essentially a neat little hub that I've been running, where you could submit stuff to your chosen characters from the cast - and me and my pals would react while roleplaying our designated characters. Mixing up the standard 'askblog' formula, by using voice based responses, rather than images or text (which... were also part of our posts, but were not the main point, were just there for flavor and clarification, respectively), while also having it be a collaborative one where multiple people would play and write for the different characters, instead of having one person making everyone's responses.

It's been going for about 10 months now, and I've personally been having quite a blast with it! Thinking about answers to questions I otherwise would have never thought of, seeing the creative and well performed responses the other participants would come up with, and getting really taken aback by all sorts of weird and chaotic and out of pocket asks popping up in our inbox. (None of which were inappropriate, surprisingly. Y'all have done great, and have made many of my days ^^)

Sooooo, if everything's going awesome, then why am I making this post? Well, it appears as if a couple days ago, there was a glitch on Tumblr's end, leading to an inexplicable shadow ban out of nowhere. And it's unfortunately a pretty heavy one. The posts we make no longer appear, when you browse the tags. And the blog no longer appears, when you try searching for it. And the DM feature has been completely turned off. So if you happened to notice any of these things, then rest assured that this was not a thing on your end. This site is just acting up. Very badly.

I did the necessary step, and attempted to contact Tumblr Support a couple days ago (twice, once under the 'posts not showing up' category, and once under the 'social features' category). I responded to their automated emails, aaaaand... nothing. It's been about 5 days, and still no answers, and no blog restorations. At least not yet.

I was really hoping to get this resolved immediately, but since that likely isn't happening, I think it's time to adapt. So from now on, our response posts will be getting uploaded from this account (my main, @fadebolt).

'Does this mean that the blog account will be abandoned, until the shadow ban gets lifted?' - you ask? Well, no. I still want to maintain that one as the central hub for all this, so we're still gonna be uploading response posts to asks in 'the regular old way'. Except that this time, they will specifically be containing links to the posts I uploaded from this account (where the asks will still be visible, through the use of screenshots).

The goal is essentially to have as little change as possible. That no matter which way you've been viewing/searching for/accessing our posts, it'll still continue to be a viable route. And that you can still send your submissions onto the askblog, like before. (You can send them onto this account too, I suppose, though I'd prefer it if you wouldn't. But if you want to exchange any DMs in regards to the askblog, then you will have to turn to this account)

(P.S. - if you have any useful info/advice on shadowbans, then please let me know. I've searched everywhere across the internet, and the only thing I found is to send a ticket to Support, and pray. Which hasn't exactly worked out so far, so yeah)
