A Cirrus ran into a Metroliner in midair a couple years ago, taking out half of its fuselage, and the Metroliner pilot didn't even notice until he was on the ground.

For your consideration for hated planes:

The Fairchild Swearingen Metroliner

This plane is the loudest thing I think ever. You can hear them miles and miles away. They're called the "Screamin' Weenie" for a reason. Look up their other nicknames; they're the only funny thing about this aircraft. The gear is ridiculously tall for no reason. The tube is ridiculously tiny. Somehow they can fit 19 people at max capacity???? But I swear the fuselage is smaller around than a PC-12 so I'm not sure how. Awful aircraft. Awful waste of metal. I think my primary reason for hating them is the awful noise though.

Honestly I can't think of any more that aren't just "it's kinda ugly."

Sorry last one, gotta let someone else submit something. The Cessna 162 Skycatcher, or Flycatcher as anyone who has actually flown one will call it. Generally fine, but the stupid stick/yoke combo thing was dumb, and the ailerons were too small which gave it terrible crosswind control. And sense it was designed to fit under the LSA rules, it didn't have much useful load. I only flew it a couple times though over 10 years ago. Also had door popping open issues.

I've got a lot of planes I'm indifferent towards or just think are dreadfully boring *coughc172andpa28cough* but it's really hard to get me to hate a plane.

Okay, I actually do hate this one. The Canadair CRJ-200. Anyone who has flown in one knows it's cramped and uncomfortable, somehow moreso than the -700 and -900 despite having the same cabin width. But as a dispatcher they were even worse. Couldn't climb worth shit to get above weather, couldn't carry enough extra gas for anything but the most meager holding and closest alternates. Just a real piece of shit.

Why do I have to trick the bleeds into switching properly? One button half a second too soon? Everything is fucked. Deadheading in a window seat? Too bad there's a fucking wall where your feet go. Need anti-ice in a descent? That fucking sucks, the thing only has enough power to get the anti-ice to come on at goddamn 75% thrust. Descending with power in and spoilers out. Fucking brilliant. Put blowers in the thing so maybe everyone won't die when you shut the packs off to start an engine in PHX in July? Naw, fuck that. Don't worry though, once the engine starts are complete, the cabin will cool down. Around the time you get to FL330, which will take around 2 hours because you had to level off at 230,250,270,290 and 310 to take a running start at the next altitude. And that's if you were one of the lucky bastards that actually had a working APU, even though that pile of shit didn't do half of anything anyway. You'd see people with their fucking lips on the gaspers trying to suck out whatever "fresh" air they could because the APU puts out air like an asthmatic breathing through a straw. Also, thanks, bumble-fucks at bombardier for not giving the thing slats. I just love 170kt GS approaches into Denver in the summer. Good fucking thing there's 12000' of runway, because once I flare from this stupid lawn dart 5 degree down approach angle, there's a pretty good chance I'm floating forever. Sure hope there isn't too much of a crosswind. Nothing says stability like main wheels that are 6 feet apart from each other. Taking off is a grand old time too. Flaps 8? Have fun with your 147kt vr speed in a plane you have to start flying at 50kts or the wind will pick up a wing and you'll wing strike the downwind wing that's only 3 feet off the ground anyway.

Okay, here's a plane I hate. Well, "hate" might be a strong word. But it's the only plane that's actually flown more than once that if someone offered to let me fly it, I'd say no. The Bede BD-10. Designed as a homebuilt supersonic personal jet, it had SEVERE structual and design issues that caused at least two crashes and grounded the rest.

"Homebuilt" and "supersonic" are two words that should never be in the same sentence
