My current idea regarding the whole Spencer situation is that he never wanted to go in the first place, his father made him and he knew it would be pointless to tell anyone because he was still going. And he just absolutely hated it and he begged his father ot let him come back. And he’s fully aware that people are pissed, he just wanted to be somewhere that sort of feels like home. But he’s spencer so he probably won’t try explaining himself and instead he’ll just take the crap idk.

It was great, I basically got a bunch of Spider-Man merch and Ella somehow got me Spider-Man’s mask signed by Andrew Garfield?!?!?! It’s fine. My birthday was great, anyways. Yeah, we could do that if you ever have time away from studying.

I miss please don’t say that you miss me it just makes it harder I’m pretty attached to WDU at the moment, but maybe summer vacation? He misses you a lot I miss you a lot I think he still watches the door everyday, waiting for you to come back from class. Eh, nothing is too interesting. I spent spring break with Ella getting lost in Genovia’s woods and eating more pears than normal for a human being.

I don’t hate you, I could never hate you. You were are my best friend. On top of it all you’re my best friend.

“It sure seemed like you were speaking to someone. Where are you going anyway?”

"Yeah, I got accepted at MIT”he says quietly, “And I couldn’t just pass it up”he says his voice quiet. 

“Wait, you’re leaving? I didn’t even know about this,” Matt said, giving a look of surprise. He hardly knew Spencer, but it made him sad to see anyone leaving the school, especially with Spencer’s reputation for being really smart. “Where are you going off to?”

"You don’t have to say anything, it was just a reflection.”

Olive blinked, unaware that someone was talking to her. “Okay…bye? Like…what do you want me to say? Bon Voyage? Do you want a balloon?”

"It’s so weird, just sitting here and knowing that I’m not going to do this ever again. I know it doesn’t seem that important, but it sort of is. I’m leaving tomorrow, it’s so weird to think about. I’m going to miss this place.”Spencer says with a weak smile as he looks at the person standing next to him, “And everyone here of course”he adds.

"That wouldn't really happen would it?"he asks as he raises an eyebrow, "He's better at tis than I am, I'd want the better tutor if I were you"he tells her. He's nervous and he has no idea what to sa. "Everything's fine"he says, immediately regretting it Everything's not fine, he's leaving. "Actually, it's not"he says quietly as he takes a deep breath. "I'm leaving, I applied for this other school and I got in and I talked it over with my dad and I've decided to take it"he tells her his words fast and sort of gumbled. He's nervous for her reaction, but he just hopes it doesn't involve her eating him like she threatened before.

Bailey felt even more so surprised at this, worried for a second she had done something wrong. She gave Spencer a lot of nuisance sometimes, but she didn’t think he’d actually ever back out. “What? Why not? I- i think Carter and i would- would like, murder each other if he tutored me.” She tried for a half laugh, feeling awkward. She knitted her eyebrows together but nodded immediately, “Of course, is… Everything okay with you and Carter?”

Instead of saying anything, Spencer continues to hug Carter gently rubbing his back. "I agree"he says quietly. Their position is slightly uncomfortable, so he does a quick sweep of the room to see if there's anyways to make it more comfortable. Noticing one of the other chairs he pulls it towards them and sits down in it, still hugging Carter. He doesn't want to let go, he wants to hold Carter in his arms forever. He's starting to think that he's making a huge mistake.  "I know it's not long, but let's make the best of it"he suggests as he looks into Carter's eyes. "That means at least one complete Spider-man marathon"he says with a laugh, trying to lighten the mood although it's a pretty much impossible task. "And cuddling, lots of cuddling"he says quietly. There's a short moment of silence which Spencer uses to think about packing and everything when he realizes there's something important that they've yet to talk about. "What about Xenon?"he asks. He imagines that they'll decide the dog should stay with Carter, but they should discuss it.

yesterday

"I don’t know," Carter said quietly and looked down at his lap. He had no clue what he wanted to happen. If he stayed with Spencer then it would only last two more weeks and if he left him then it might be a bit easier to watch him leave. "Having you for a few more days or weeks is a lot better than not having you at all." The brunette needed that hug. He needed so much more but he really did need that hug. He hugged Spencer back tightly and buried his face in the other boys shoulder. 

Carter nodded, he’ll be able to make it thought two more weeks without breaking down, right? He didn’t want to cry or break in front of Spencer and especially not if this was his dream. Carter wasn’t about to keep Spencer from that. He pulls just slightly away from the hug and presses his forehead against Spencer’s. “Two weeks,” he repeats out loud. “That— that’s okay,” he said, his voice wavering.

"Well actually, I won't be able to tutor you anymore"he explains his gaze falling to the floor. "I'm sure Carter will though"he adds. He bites his lip as he debates telling her, and finally he looks up. "Can I talk to you about something?"he asks her. "It's sort of important and I haven't really told anyone"he says quietly.

Bailey furrowed her eyebrows in confusion at his laugh. Usually he’d roll his eyes or sigh long sufferingly at her, but for once… Something seemed off. “Is everything okay, Spencer?” She asked, leaning over to touch his forehead as she had seen other humans do when they were concerned, although she didn’t really understand why. “Are you sure? I… Thanks.” She added, flattered, sitting back into her seat, still confused and now feeling a warmth in her chest. “That’s really nice of you to say. I… I’m sure it’s not true, but.. Thank you.”

I was going to get on but I just got home from a band movie night and I am exhausted. So I'm just going to crash, i'll do as many replies tomorrow morning on all characters, and the rest will be done after track. I have a track meet saturday so I have no idea how much i'll be on.
