GX Finalized-Subs!134 (WIP): Pondering the Orbs

i've been waiting since [when that became a meme] to get here and say that

133-134 update! I've been running a little later than I'd hoped with working on finalizing 133-134's subs as I'd gotten a bit of extra Tag Force Special work going (setting up voicelines for DM's Honda by reworking his Duel Links lines to fit his TFSP lines better where able; more on that soon), and should hopefully have them done in the next week!

As part of that, I wanted to revamp the little translations I'd had for these back when I gave Season 3 my second pass on my way to finishing subbing the show for the first time, which worked for the time but I felt would be a bit out of place nowadays, especially with a bit more Aegisub/Photoshop/AfterEffects skills under my belt now:

To that end, I refined the subs I had in place for the Sadness and Doubt orbs and repositioned the text to be over the kanji while not getting in their way too much, along with better color matching. I was initially also going to do the same for the Anguish, Anger, and Hatred orbs and use Aegisub's move tag to have them pan across the screen, but for more consistency with the positioning, I opted to instead use Photoshop to get the text in place in the last frame of the Fubuki and Manjoume/Kenzan shots, then use motion tracking in AE to re-pan the edits across the screen in a much more seamless way. Overall, much happier with how these look now, as you can see in the gifs above!

As for the orbs' later appearances in 135 and 136 (or beyond with Shou's Doubt orb), I'll most likely stick with a quick side-note sub noting it in their first appearance of each episode, especially since I know there are panning/zooming shots involving Shou's that could be a bit trickier to work with.

So, yeah, hoping to get 133-134 finalized sometime next week; stay tuned!
