cheap lil setplay I've been using. As you float over a knocked down Dudley with lk drill, you appear to be minus. Maybe the end of its animation is fluff, like many of the dashes in this game. If you time super jump lk drill very well, you can be up to +7. Of course, being -1 (maybe -2?) or better is all you need. If Dudley performs wakeup super, you can st.mp xx saiii them.
