Velvet von Ragnar fanfic snippets!

This fanfic is going to be me trying to work my burnt out brain to bring some flesh to the plot of Never too young to die (and also draw some cute images for each chapter he he he) but also make a cute little funny oc x Velvet fanfic following Helena He or Leni, a top-secret agent who works with (that scumbag) Drew Stargrove.

Trust me, Things are going to go nuclear when Leni risks her career and entire life to (secretly) love Velvet.

The moonlight clung to the neatly placed pool chairs, reflecting off the silver grills and shining through the umbrellas that shielded the spotless glass tables. Lush rose bushes watched behind the white picket fences. She breathed deeply, swearing she could smell them from here.

Penny would smile. Why was she still thinking about Penny-

Penny Taylor--who is that? Penny was not only Helena's former lover, but also... Velvet?? I've changed some things up for the fanfic and will be happily touching up on Velvet's back story!

Married. That word sent a slew of happy memories through Leni’s head. Like, running her hands through Penny’s hair even when it grayed, or taking her sweet little honeysuckle to any city she even mentioned. Penny blinked long and slow. Leni couldn’t wipe away her grin.

Ok so I didn’t expect to receive that much attention from the first post- I DON’T DESERVE ALL THIS PRAISE 😭

Well, I might as well give the people what they want! Here’s some headcanons/made up storyline and an attempt at designing outfits for them 🤘 (+ drawing of them together)

Disclaimer: I cannot draw men, especially attractive ones, so sorry if they look girly

Spaceman/Space Ace

• Spaceman zooms around space for fun in his little comet (as shown in the drawing)

• His eyes light up when he’s happy (or spaced out… so basically 90% of the time lol)

• Hangs out around many different planets and has probably met every single kind of extraterrestrial life (Except for “star-people”)

• Likes to visit earth and enjoy the nature and human technology while hanging out with his friends (Cat and Fox)

• Enjoys giving people nicknames

• Was shocked when he first met Starchild since he never saw any living being as breathtakingly beautiful as him (That’s a lot considering he doesn’t even breathe)

• Silly mf

• Loves playing with card decks but doesn’t actually know any games

Starchild

• Leaves a trail of rose petals when he passes by (again, as shown in the drawing)

• Pretty stoic and blank faced for most of the time

• Used to be a sun before becoming a humanoid star (and basically froze the one planet that used to orbit him)

• Has future vision in his dreams

• Lives mostly by himself on the frozen planet whit his only “Company” being someone who talks to him in his dreams (Aka the Elder)

• In denial about his feelings for the Spaceman

• Oh yeah his eye lights up too

Yeah I basically fully blame AO3 for this. I was bored during the new years and decided to read a kiss fanfic for the first time, I was surprised to see that Ace/Paul was the most popular relationship, I got curious and now here we are

I would write my own fanfic if I knew how to write, but that is a skill that I unfortunately do not possess. Maybe I’ll share my ideas if anyone is interested but idk if this will get any attention

Fanfiction idea incoming!

I’ve been dying over Never too young to die since I watched it and I know I already posted a small rant but this is different. I’m thinking of a fanfic because we got 0% back story on Velvet Von Ragnar and I’m unhealthily invested in her I’m on life support ☺️

I‘ll be writing before the movie and start during her childhood, like giving where they are a very dry setting, like you know how grey things get in the middle of winter when it’s not snowing and the sun is out? Just how dull it is? I’m thinking of that aesthetic for the start of it.

And the rest? Velvet’s downfall into what she becomes later in the movie. Horribly depressing ideas are racing through my head and it is pumping me with serotonin. (Things will definitely get lighter)
