i was so ready to accept that there was just an evil boy band. these magical girls have a singing gimmick so the villains have to as well, don't think too hard about it just enjoy the show.

but no.

this was a targeted decision. they decided to form a boy band just to fuck with huntrix directly. they did this on PURPOSE. and in order to do this, jinu had to:

study modern pop music

write and choreograph his own routine

calibrate it specifically to go viral on tiktok (whistle and shoulder thing both easily replicated by your average fan, brilliant move)

find four 'conventionally hot' demons

TEACH THEM TO DANCE in PERFECT SYNC with the expert precision of chart topping bands

they had rehearsals

in the demon realm

for what, months? years??

was there a chalkboard that said "Always Be Posing" ??

I desperately need help because I have SCOURED the internet and I can't find any trace of this musical. It's called "Betty" from 1914 and it's written by Frederick Lonsdale and Gladys Unger with music written by Paul A. Rubens, Ernest Steffan, and Adrian Ross. It's well in the public domain but I can't find it anywhere, not even to buy from somewhere for a reasonable or ridiculous price. The actual script does not fucking exist. There are records of the lyrics and sheet music and even the original poster readily available but the script is literally nowhere nowhere nowhere. I've literally tried to email theatres that put it up in the beginning of the 20th century but almost none of them exist anymore. I need to get my hands on the script, I need to read it, so if anyone knows literally anything PLEASE help me or guide me in the right direction. Again, it's Betty by Frederick Lonsdale and Gladys Unger from 1914. Music is written by Paul A. Rubens, Ernest Steffan, and Adrian Ross. If you would know it, against all hope, by plot instead of name it's a three act comedy about a playboy whose father wants him to marry and won't give him anymore allowance until he does, so to spite him he proposes to one of his servant girls but the father, willing to call his bluff, starts sending his allowance to the aforementioned servant girl (betty) so that he can't get out of marrying without losing the allowance again. PLEASEE

i curse the day (shortened ICTD) is a fanfiction series led by the mainfic, out of the depths of hell. it's hatchetfield fanfiction, following vaguely along the events of the musical nerdy prudes must die. the story follows the main characters of said musical as they struggle through traumas and eldritch horrors.

each main character (of which there are six: grace, pete, and steph, who live, and ruth, richie, and max, who die.) has a god or goddess which has claimed them- this is called their patron. everyone in hatchetfield (with i think 7 exceptions?) are claimed by one (or more) of these gods. they're as follows, in order of their claimed's mention:

blinky, the watcher with 1000 eyes. a bird-like creature with wings that span football fields and then some and more eyes than any being has any right to have.

tinky, the bastard of time and space. a goat-man-thing with unknowable features that shift and melt together like time.

nibbly, the one who feasts in the dark. a millipede-esk creature made mostly of mouths and teeth.

pokey, the singular voice. goo. he is goo. blue and ever-changing, he sings like no other.

wiggly, the king in black. a green octopus looking being with so many tentacles you couldn't hope to count them all. dont bother trying.

and webby, the only sister, the queen in white. a spider-like entity who weaves the world together with her many hands.

these six gods torment our main character in fun and exciting ways over the course of the story! :D such as: spiders. teeth. horns. clocks. joints! voices!

some other fun ictd things: each character is a devotee type, a subtype, and has a power level! theres also hell-lite, hell, and super hell!
