Had the opportunity to do some pole right under the Tree of Life in Audubon Park when @cbtrn was here. It was too hot and humid to do anything crazy impressive. But Cristian always reminds me that it is the simple moves that create some of the best shapes and lines...and translate better to still photos. He's right, of course. 😙🌳 (at Tree of Life)

Had an amazing time at a Blacklight Buti class yesterday at @awakeningsnola 💜💙 Decided to stay after and play on the aerial hammock in the dark. Thinking some blacklight pole or aerial flow classes might be fun! (at Awakenings Pole and Aerial Fitness NOLA)
