War, pride, peace and issues of social life..

Seeing India/Pak tension, which could even lead to war, i wanted to mention an incident.

My father and mother are great parents. I am proud and happy to born for my parents. My father did not ask for even a single paise from his parents during partition. He earned everything in his life due to hard work and love for family. He is an ultimate hard worker. He was a workshop owner and had the biggest workshop in Muvatyupuzha locality during Ambassador/contessa/premier-padmini car times. Due to the reason a workshop owner, he had good relationships with richest people in locality who owns car.

My house is partially on hill side. When i was studying at 8th or 9th standard i guess, i do not remember the time exactly, but during my teenage time having said now my age is 38, we called a JCB and leveled our land where house is located. My house and land had proper border with trees are planted on border and also with some stones placed on border. We already had a wall constructed on one side of house and my father wanted to construct wall in the front side of house where we share the border with neighbor family.

We had and have a good relationship with all neighbors, but on minimal aspects.

With the plan of constructing a wall, my father spoke to the neighbor and tried to decide on the border line. We had a real border with stones and trees on border. Though we had a good relationship with neighbor, when the issue of border came of deciding the border line, the neighbor told a brick length of my land border is their property, which actually is ours as per my father. My father argued it is the property of ours and there are stones laid on the border. But neighbor was making strong argument though there was stones put for border.

End of the day, my father lost a brick length of land across the border of house. My father told me, since he is busy with work at workshop, he did not go for a quarrel.

Here i wanted to remind you few points:

1. If my father was using his full scale connections in politics or police or governing authorities of locality, we might not have lost a brick length land on the border. But my father was busy and not interested for a quarrel.

2. If either me or my father was a rowdy, the neighbor would not even have dare to speak on the border line issue, because of fear.

3. If we were going for a quarrel using knife and gun like a ton of cases happening in Kerala on land property border line issues , we would not have lost a brick length border land across the border.

End of the day, my father did not go for a fight with neighbor and we still maintain a good relationship with all neighbors at the price of brick length border property.

But end of the day there is a question. WHAT DID MY FATHER LOST OR GAIN?. In simple words my father lost some land and gained constant happy relationship with neighbor.

IMAGINE WHAT MY FATHER COULD DO IN THIS SITUATION:

1. My father could use his relationship in politics and police and other government, politics to get involve and help us positively.

2. My father could take knife and gun and go for pucca rowdism. In this case, they may also do same. And do a war till we get our land back.

3. Keep quiet and maintain PEACE AT HOME, FAMILY AND NEIGHBOR HOOD.

In my family my father chose the last option. The neighbor of us are not very rich family and my father might have thought, let it go.

But I will say if father was using political or government authorities to help us solve our land border issues without taking gun and knife it was THE BEST CASE SCENARIO. We would not have lost some land on border.

NOW I WILL COME TO INDIA/PAK RELATIONSHIP. Every time, Pakistan driven and supported terrorist groups will come to india and will put bomb on heart of india. Few examples are 1. Pulwama attack 2. Parliament attack 3. Taj hotel Mumbai attack 4. Uri attack etc and list is endless

Since it’s terrorists, india will be puzzled who to blame. And the government authority in Pakistan primarily is army not even people elected prime minister of Pakistan. Terrorists supported army lead Pakistan government. Then what India will do?

1. India can not attack civilians of Pakistan in revenge 2. India can not go for war, because india has so much to lose 3. India can not even attack terrorists base working from borderline of india/Pakistan

MEANING INDIA IS BECOMING SPEECHLESS EVERY TIME TERRORISTS ATTACK HAPPENS JUST LIKE MY FATHER WAS SPEECHLESS ON BORDERLINE ISSUE OF MY HOUSE LAND, INDIA WAS ALSO SPEECHLESS ON TERRORISTS ATTACK JUST LIKE MY FATHER. FUNDAMENTALLY THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETALIATE TO KEEP PEACE.

India used to say, PEACE. India always lost things from mother land when talks about PEACE. Pakistan and terrorists had nothing to lose IF COMING TO INDIA FOR DOING A FIREWORKS SHOW EVEN IN CASE OF PARLIAMENT ATTACK.. I will say we were overwhelmed LITTLE BIT TOO MUCH.. What American would have done if White House is attacked?

One way PEACE is good. Say for example, if my father was a rowdy, with no sense of mind, taking a gun or knife going to attack neighbor for a piece of land, we might not have lost some land. But THERE IS A PROBLEM HERE. My father with this ATTITUDE OF TAKING GUN OR KNIFE IN LIFE ALL THE TIME FOR EVERY ISSUES WILL GET INTO SO MUCH PROBLEMS IN LIFE. IMAGINE INDIA IS GOING FOR WAR KIND OF SITUATION EVERY TIME A PULWAMA TERRORIST ATTACK KIND OF INCIDENT HAPPENS. HOW NIGHTMARE?. Imagine both my father and india has an attitude, FIRE, WAR, GUN, KNIFE ON EVERY ISSUES ON SITUATION LIKE THIS. It will spoil HAPPINESS AND PEACE OF FAMILY..

We need a solution THAT WILL SOLVE ONLY “THE PROBLEM OF COUNTRY OR FAMILY “ WITHOUT UNDER DOING OR OVER DOING..

If my father is taking knife/gun on every issues, people including neighbor will tell about my father, HALF CRACK PERSON AND DO NOT GO FOR A FIGHT WITH HIM. The same way, if INDIA is looking for WAR WITH PAKISTAN whenever terrorists attack happens, people will call INDIAN PRIME MINISTER A MANIAC OR HALF NUT. Global leadership will call Indian prime minister or Indian leadership a A WAR LOVING HITLER OF MODERN CENTURY.

But at the same time we have an issue in hand. Our neighbor is calling bad words to our family or country. They come for destroying our land. Our neighbor is cutting our land to piece. HOW WE CAN SOLVE THIS ISSUE?

That is the SAME SITUATION NOW INDIA HAS GOT. Till 2018 india was speaking only about PEACE, not forgetting wars between india Pakistan though.. But now in 2018, we talks different. We talk about PRIDE.. It is also a fact that PRIDE ABOVE A THRESHOLD IS MENTAL RETARDATION..imagine Indian leadership is mentally retarded..?

If INDIA PAKISTAN TENSIONS were leading to war, including me everybody would have called Indian prime minister a half nut or a WAR LOVING MANIAC.

But in the case of PULWAMA SURGICAL STRIKE 2.0 and subsequent issues even in the case of Abhinandan release shows the RIGHT DIRECTION OF global political diplomacy of our prime minister and his team... Global diplomatic leadership were convinced that 1. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR WAR, 2. WE DID NOT KILL EVEN A SINGLE CIVILIAN OF PAKISTAN, 3. WE KILLED AND DESTROYED ONLY TERRORIST’S FASCILITIES INSIDE A JUNGLE IN PAKISTAN.. We don’t need WAR, but senseless retaliation ideas of Pakistan may even cause WAR..

After taking every steps to convince global diplomatic leadership and after we get every support from global leadership, if Pakistan is inviting WAR, I also will say WAR IS NOT BAD IDEA. DEFINITELY WAR IS BAD BUT IF WAR IS THE ONLY WAY 100%, ITS NOT REALLY A BAD IDEA..BUT WE SHOULD TRY TO STOP WAR SITUATIONS 100%..

IN CASE OF PULWAMA, INDIAN LEADERSHIP DID A GOOD JOB.. There may be attempts to use this WAR situation politically in the future connecting stating that its victory of only one or two political entities or parties .. But if without war, if Pulwama surgical strike ends, its victory of leadership..its victory of diplomacy.. But at the same time.. If today or tomorrow, if a WAR is starting, we will call all these leadership people CRACKS OR NUTS who use WAR for a cheap political gain..

But if war is not starting and could gain GLOBAL LEADERSHIP SUPPORT just like now, it’s so far awesome. So far so good..

Then WAR is bad.. Even I have people in army from family.. It’s hyper tension situation when we think about such situations of WAR..

But in situations like this, doing nothing is NOT THE SOLUTION.. Congress ruling always were looking for PEACE may be for the reason they know what is war between india and Pakistan.. But they always speak PEACE.. Just like my father did on a border line issue with neighbor.. Its great peace of mind and happiness one way.. WHY A FIGHT? WE ARE NOT GAINING ANYTHING IF ITS WAR AND HAS GOT LOT TO LOSE IN A WAR/FIGHT SITUATION..

But if someone can handle like prime minister Narendra Modi did in a way, till March first week, it’s GOOD, A REALLY NICE ****ing awesome good job. At the same time, he should not make it as a constant attitude or he should not become a fan of retaliation or surgical strikes..

Surgical strikes should have a PURPOSE... Retaliation should have a PURPOSE..

Say destroying fascilities of terrorist group in Balkot is a NICE PURPOSE in case of Pulwama attack. It’s a meaningful PURPOSE.. This entire tension is worth as long as we don’t kill civilians and not losing army soldiers..

The only thing is that JUST LIKE NOW HAPPENED, EVERY RETALIATION OR SURGICAL STRIKES SHOULD HAVE A PURPOSE THAT CAN BE MADE UNDERSTOOD TO GLOBAL DIPLOMATIC LEADERSHIP AND FINALLY GLOBAL LEADERSHIP SUPPORT US ON OUR ISSUES AND POINTS..

It should not be an act of killing civilians on both sides to WIN ON ELECTION IN INDIA..

But Pulwama is so far so good.. It’s diplomatic victory.. It’s about destroying terrorists army.. It’s not about killing civilians on both sides.. Even the way Abhinandan release handled is awesome..

GREAT JOB TEAM.. If Indian leadership is not making it as habitual for every attack, retaliation of this scale with a tension even a war can happen of this kind if not happening repeatedly.. So far so good.. Great job Indian leadership..

P.S: Being proud of country is good. But WAR is blood, family, stability of country etc. We have so much to lose on a war. We should be more sensible like my father did in the case of border line of my house for constructing a wall. It’s OK to lose small small things for peace OR if can avoid a war. When you are so much proud, think about longer term goals and your priorities in life. When a prestige issue comes, weight against the losses of war and decide. Fix your priorities..Happiness comes out of right kind of priorities not from heroism. But it’s OK to be bad as long as your arguments are valid, sensible and true.. No hurt feelings my dear neighbors.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer Satisfaction is the most wrongly interpreted term i ever seen in my life. This is not a good idea to use customer satisfaction to really understand the maturity of the product to create happiness in customer or even to quantify the success of a product. Basically it do not gives the right or complete picture, and even may mislead to a wrong marketing strategy without understanding the real eco system the product sold. So fundamentally to whom a product is sold is a critical factor a business should understand, and unlike the conventional quantification processes, it is never customer but it is always the ecosystem or family to which the product is sold. But at the granular level you can use the customer satisfaction as the individual unit for the measurement of the happiness. But from a holistic understanding perspective or defining strategies, the happiness of the customer can be quantified against the unit measurement called family satisfaction’ rather a minute ‘Customer satisfaction’ which completely do not make sense, due to the reason an individual can’t be happy, but coexistence make them happy. It is theoretically stand as a wrong perception to see customer is satisfied with the product because of the following reason. Customer is an individual person. Human being can never be happy individually because of the individuality in it. A man/Woman alone in an island for example can never be happy. If they want to do something to keep them happy, what they will do is always a question in the front?. Because the existence of an individuality never create happiness, but co-existence is the factor that really makes a happy human being, so co-existence and relationships are prime factors. The best relationship in world is called family. And such people spent a lot of time inside the family. For example ‘family-man’.. Customer always is an individuality of human being, having said that he always lives in an ecosystem or happy with coexistence. Family is the best way you can measure the satisfaction factor of a product. Because in a coexistence system, the very unit measurement gives the family as the best precise measurement of granularity of customer. So assuming a product makes family happy is a more clear and better picture than a product makes customer happy. So it is always better to assume product is sold to either family or co-existence than thinking product is sold to customer. Customer satisfaction is used as an easy way to quantify, but in reality it’s always family satisfaction or the co-existence satisfaction. So basically companies who gives a better picture about the co-existence or family will be able to play a vital role in this spectrum of measuring the happiness being created by a product, for example google, facebook etc. To give a better picture about the co-existence the product is sold. This is important because certain situations customer may be happy, while coexistence is not happy or family is happy, and such product can be a failure or disaster. Say you bring a sexy nuclear atom bomb to family, your parents may tell or hate it or even warn and even may tell like ‘get out of family with your atom bomb, this can be disaster or explosion’. And such hatred of family will eventually result in the expulsion of a product from the life of customer. So the measurement always should be the quantification of the happiness created in ecosystem or family. And creating marketing strategies only considering customer satisfaction may lead to catastrophic problems. For example, using whatsapp, facebook, google the individual customer may be happy. But a mother, wife, husband, father may doubt ‘is this talk a right way? is this relationship created is in right direction?’. That can create catastrophic incidents happen at family and eventually in expulsion of product and failure of the product. So when you quantify the happiness of customer, you get a short term result. But the health of the customer along with the eco system, will give you a clear picture about the long term as well as short term maturity of the product. And a success of a product always rely on short term as well as long term maturity. Because of this reason, customer satisfaction can be used only on statistical figures might be to get an individual idea, but in reality the satisfaction should be measured against the coexistence of individual, family as you commonly seen. The coexistence system is something that makes the person happy. Which most of the times will be a family. And the person buys the product for the holistic demand from the co-existence, never for the individuality of the person. For example, a person buy a phone, camera, condom, it fundamentally need coexistence which more than one person. So the product should be quantified against the co-existence for the following factor minimal Happiness of a product in customer Happiness of a product in co-existence or family And it again comes to the point that product is always sold by the happiness. Consistent and constant happiness created in families or co-existence will lead to the success of product, or the customer will buy the same product again and again when the co-existence or family is happy with it including customer. So a good product should always look for good customer or consumer in co-existence. Fundamentally from the evolution of the time of the society, people were selling various products. A tribal person who lived in the cave shared the pineapple for watermelon, is the first example of selling the product. Products in its real form had various flavours from it’s evolution. A product can be categorized and classified in the following ways. Product which is a physical form used for the existence of life. A physical form used to support the life. A physical entity like soap, cheap, mirror etc. Service that is given as a catalyst to support the physical entities of first type that do not have a physical form but used for the existence of life. A source to support physical entity like electricity, water, internet etc. Ideologies, theories etc that will be working as a supporting mechanism to life by helping the intelligence or emotions of human being. A help/support to human intelligence/emotions like education, religion, gravitational formula etc or that something that generally excites feelings/emotions of people. These three are the basic kind of products that are coming to my mind when i think about different category of products in this world. So during the evolution of society there were need for people to sell products. The need for selling products primarily came from the ‘demand’. So during the social evolution, when somebody wanted to enhance their life, they might have looked into the co-existence system for betterment of the life by demanding something. Demanding something that can improve that person’s life. When i made umbrella using the tree leaves, i am not able to make better, but i see somebody who make it good. So i asked that person, i will give you three pineapple, will you be able to make an umbrella for me? That was the first ‘demand’, in a case that person could make the umbrella and give that was the first ‘supply’. So from that time onwards we are asking is called ‘demand’ and people giving are called ‘supply’. This process of asking and giving or in other words demand-supply were there from the evolution of social life leading to business. And business fundamentally created jobs in this world, if i think a lot from my thought process this is how it happened. So fundamentally that demand-supply or business was a divine thing, meaning it was there from the time world was created. From the time of adam and eve, ate the apple, the first demand-supply was mentioned in world history. Later on, every single person on earth one way or another way was giving/taking or demanding/supplying or basically part of that chain of demand-supply. Later the better education and living standards made people to demand in better quality, such people were asking more features when they demand/ask, which resulted in better quality supply, that is called ‘increased-demanding-capacity’. Increased demanding capacity of consumers will result in better living conditions and that is through this process called ‘increased demand’ or ‘asking more in terms of quality’. So coming back to the first demand-supply, supply of umbrella for the demand was the first demand in human life. And according to my understanding the first demand came to increase the living standard of the people. So fundamentally the demand of people were keep on increasing during social evolution. As social evolution were all meant to increase the living standards. After the first demand and after the first supply, people understood business as something that improve the life. So business was always about meeting the demand of people by supplying the products in various forms. And all the time it served one purpose, increase the living standard of the people. So Producers formulated in society to supply. Better consumers started demanding more supply. Here Producer is immediately telling he can’t supply, can disturb the life of a consumer, because consumer will have certain agreements or responsibility under certain minimal terms to consume the products by the producer. For example, every producer stop the supply of ‘lady-finger’ or ‘onion’ immediately can really impact consumers. Without a ‘lady-finger’ or onion, how can people cook?. Same manner, every consumer is having a responsibility to consume the products from the producer. Say all consumers in society is telling the producer is an african-american, so will not go to the shop, will be a difficult situation for the producer. So from the time of social evolution, responsible/respected governance bodies functions to maintain this mutual agreement between this Producer and Consumer. So that every single person on this earth can be a good/responsible consumer and every single person on this earth can be a good/responsible produce. A good/responsible producer/consumer makes lot of sense to the health of the society. That is called consumption and that is called production under mutual agreement or terms. Anybody who do not stick to such terms are fundamentally violating the social harmony or social rhythm of the society and may even lead to come under judicial or law enforcement system under the terms of violating social harmony. Because a responsible governance body should always ensure this producer-consumer social harmony unless under justified convinced terms or conditions. So fundamentally it's all about a consumer earn respect while asking. A producer earn respect while giving. And that was the first time people called it by the name ‘business’. And from that time to this time, it was all about one single thing ‘give and take’. The person who know how to give better will always survive in the business. The person who are happy about consuming were always the best consumer. We call him a ‘A good satisfied customer or consumer’. After being in ‘supply-demand’ business, later people started thinking about ‘constant supply’ and ‘constant demand’. How to create constant demand and constant supply. If i am giving i should be able to give for life long. If i am taking i should be able to accept for life long. So how to do ‘constant-consistent’ business was the next problem?. So till that time people were doing short term business. Meaning if you see a demand for tomato and ground to cultivate tomato, you do business of tomato for an year. Then next year you will do potato. Then after doing short term business, people started thinking about long term business. That is the time people derived sustainability solutions. Sustainability solutions are holistic solutions that will empower business to do run consistently/constantly, irrespective of the situations they are impacted. Sustainability solutions fundamentally what it does is the same thing ‘Keep the ecosystem or family happy’. A good product always look for this very objective. How to create constant demand, was the first question to increase the quality along with competition when sustainability solutions were formulated. So people came up with various solutions for constantly supply to meet the demand. So fundamentally, the first person who found what creates constant demand was the person who learned how to do best business. And that lesson was this ‘To create a constant demand, product should make the consumer happy, in precise way consumer and its ecosystem happy or in a common way consumer and family happy’. Because business is a solution from god. This world would have been a terrible place to live if constant supply of products were creating unhappiness or people would buy products when they are unhappy. So god wanted us to be happy. So a long term business solutions or people who want to create a business for long term will create happiness in families by taking care following. Relationship with consumers by keeping them happy Maintaining relationship with family or co-existence of consumers Maintaining employees who work for the producers happy Creating a better workplace for the employees Supporting the employee at every stage in their life to empower them to deliver best quality deliverables by supporting them as a good teenage, father, husband, mother, wife, family man etc But when people do short term business, they will not look for any of these aspects creating unhappiness in society/family. And small term consumption of short term opportunities may be neglected for example a small shop near your house. But production/manufacture capacity consumption of short term opportunities can result in catastrophic nature of tension/unhappiness in world. This happens when people are highly focused/centric/organised in terms of consumption of short term opportunities lying in society. That scale of consumption of short term opportunities will create increased tension/unhappiness in that locality/country. So basically business is a divine equation placed by god in this world to balance the world. And you do the right kind of business in the right way will always create happiness in this world. And deviation from the right way will create proportional unhappiness. Sustainability are the solutions, which enable business to run long term consistently and constantly. Sustainable solutions will result in happiness not only in the family but also in the workplace, for example to run a business the organization should look for different things and few are following Customer satisfaction Employee satisfaction Work environment which is healthy Human resource management and support them at every stages of their life Social responsibility to make the business is made sure in a healthy society. Meaning when an organization is selling it should be in a healthy comfortable peaceful society. So fundamentally if you speak, all sustainable solutions you can see that is offering happiness in solutions. And there are two ways you can create products. Long term solutions for creating a product Short term solutions to create a product When you run short term solutions, you basically will be impacting the society in a negative manner. Meaning you don’t need to take care of anything like relationship in the organization, supporting employees at various stages their life as you don’t expect them in long term, you may expecting them like labours where in you don't expect quality, you may not be concerned about employee satisfaction resulting in decreased customer satisfaction and reduced quality. You will be only intending to squeeze the best out of people in a minimal term/time, which will result in unhappiness without ethics/integrity/truthfulness and impacting quality without innovation/new ideas. So basically the short term solutions works as a parasite. Short term opportunity solutions will be sucking the health of the society through various means, as their solutions do not manufacture happiness and in other means will be manufacturing unhappiness. So heavily used short term societies will end up in unhappiness, rather happy society which running long term solutions. So fundamentally speaking, when you sell you can sell the products by various means. And there are two ways you can sell the products. create happiness, so that consumer will buy the product again Enforce the product using various techniques like education, leadership, funding etc So unless the person create happiness, it will not be a productive business. Meaning unless you sell happiness it wont be value for money, meaning if you create happiness with your product, with minimal investment of time/money/effort you will be able to sell the product. But in the case of enforcing by various means to sell a product is a costly effort. Meaning you should invest more effort/time/money unless you create happiness. And the characteristics of the enforcement is that, the consumption of products will be stopped the moment people stop enforcing, again also adding up a slow-down-duration to accept to the new eco system without the product. For example, we sell an atom bomb, and consumer is in a position such a way like ‘was not really required but my family members pushed or forced me to consume it’. Under such circumstances we can’t sell the product the moment that forcing power stops. So we should never sell a product unless consumer is happy about consuming it. We should sell atom bomb in a place where people are happy to consume it. Because end of the day, there is always a factor called ‘Return-on-investment’ a business man considers, even if you calculate the effort/time/money to sell a product. So typically, any product in this world is sold either through happiness or through enforcement. The enforced consumption will be stopped and people will change when the catalyst are stopped for the enforced product. So basically products are used for creating happiness. So people who do business by taking money/interest/effort/time from their own pocket, from their friend’s pocket, and by taking loan from bank etc should always consider the following parameters. Business is always a divine element that we need to do for lifetime Business should always contains sustainability solutions as long as the opportunities are meant to consume long term. Business should always creates happiness especially happy family/coexistence. Business is always about ‘return-on-investment’ Business is always about give-take or demand-supply Business is always about creating quality relationships long term Business is divine, something given by god

Why an Organisation should give back to society..

A society is what we all see end of the day as an outcome or input/output of any process that happens from a human being. So everything that a human being do starts from society and ends with society. In a precise form, everything that starts from human being will end with a human being, in between there will be lot of processes to help the daily life of humans. In reality, a formulation is required to control this process happening in the society and that formulation is often referred to as Organization. So how is an Organisation detailed?

An Organisation is something that an organiser comes from the society to organise something and forms the organization.

So here in any society if you speak, there will be so many social entities. These social elements are called Organizations, and most of the organizations will be meeting something like a demand from the society. So any Organization if you take, will be able to survive only if that person meets the demands of the people in society. So here we should be talking about Demand-Supply and Producer-Consumer. What is it?

An Organizer to come from the society to organize something, there should be a demand from the society. Basically the organizer who meets the demand from the society contribute to the supply by providing some products. So here a producer produces products to meet the demand of consumer to consume the products.

So here any organizer who formulates a social element as an Organization will be formulating a solution to supply the products to meet the demand of the consumers. So here what the producer should be thinking about, when he has to meet the demand from consumer?

Producer from an organization who supply the demand of a Producer-Consumer life cycle by joining the Supply-Demand chain, should think about one single point. That is how his/her organization can CONSISTENTLY-CONSTANTLY supply the products. The solutions that enable the organizations to meet the demand of consumers by consistently producing the products are called SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS. So end of the day, what do a sustainable solution does or what is the objective of sustainability of an organization.

What is sustainability of an Organization? Sustainability of an organization is in supplying the products to consumers constantly and consistently for many years to come.

How an Organization will be able to consistently/constantly supply the products being part of Supply-Demand chain? One organization will be able to meet Supply-Demand consistently/constantly when the products produced by the Organization is making the consumers happy. Basically here i used the term consumers, which is actually a false term, i believe it need slight explanation on how an organization is facing a family, rather a customer. Let me explain below, and explain how organization makes the family happy.

A person alone can never be himself/herself happy. A person need more than one people most of the times to be happy, because of the same reason a person is a social being, rather individual. And when we measure more than one people, we will be able to understand the most precious form of more than one person in society is family. So family can be considered the very unit form of society. When family is the unit measurement of the society for the mentioned reason, we will be able to understand that it is always better to state ‘Organizations are family-facing entity than a customer-facing entity’, because of the mentioned reasons like

1. One person can never be happy alone and it need more than one people which is called society.

2. Family is the unit measurement you can scale as the most singular form of society.

So sustainability of an Organization is all about making families consistently constantly happy by supplying the products produced from organization. So Organization will be claim to have sustainable solutions, when they can keep family happy forever. So when you think from the sustainability perspective there are two type of sustainability solutions for any organization. Or an organization should be addressing two kind of sustainability solutions to make sure that the organization can do the business forever.

1. Organizational sustainability

2. Social sustainability

Organizational sustainability: Deals with sustainable solutions, with regard to the business they do. Any Organization will have a line of business to deal with the Supply-Demand chain from the society. So this sustainable solution will be in particular with the line business they deal with to meet the demands from the consumers. Here i would want to detail, how you can create a good consumer, which is actually a part of the social sustainability as well.

Social sustainability: Any Organization if you take, just like it enable the Organizational sustainability solution to supply the products in a sustainable manner, it require that the organization help the society to survive to have the ‘Supply-Demand’ of the consumers are quality type. So the moment the Organizations that consume the demand from the society, do not have the social responsibility or don’t have the thought to give back to the society, it will be impacting the society in a negative way.

So any Organization that have sustainability solutions which will enable the organization to meet the supply-demand being part of the producer-consumer life cycle, should also have the sustainability planned for the society. In other cases, it may happen that the consuming process of the Organization may impact the society negatively and eventually it may create an unhealthy society and further organization may not be able to consume the supply-demand from society because of the reason that consumers do not have quality. And here one point should be noted.

An Organization to constantly supply the products it creates, it needs good consumers. Since the organization is family facing rather customer facing, it need good families in society. And organization sustainability is all about creating happiness, and which is the key to sustainability, it need quality families which are happy. So an Organization should always have a commitment to society to make families happy, and that particular part of the sustainability solution is called ‘Social commitments of an Organization or Giving back to society’. So every Organization in the society is one way or another way responsible for two things.

1. Keeps the families/consumers in quality condition, so that families/consumer can constantly/consistently consume the products, and organizations can constantly/consistently produce the products.

2. Keeps the families/consumers happy. Organization’s sustainability is all about producing the products that keeps the families/consumers constantly/consistently happy. So end of the day an Organization generates happiness in society. So an organization is committed to society to keep the society happy for the benefit of organization and for the good of society.

So far we have told, sustainability of Organizations how it creates happiness and quality consumers. Now we will elaborate on the quality consumer part. How a quality consumer can be created for the sustainability of the Organization.

So far we discussed is from an Organization sustainability angle, and now we will discuss how a society with consumers should be created with quality, so that an organization can be sustainable with its products/solutions.

Basically any society if you take, happy consumers are somebody who celebrate their life. A happy consumer, should be somebody who celebrate their life. When somebody celebrate their life, the consumer will consume so many things in life. A happy consumer will have two qualities.

1. A happy consumer will be demanding. A demanding consumer will give holistic uprising to the entire concept of organisation.

2. A happy consumer will consume quality products. Producing quality products will give new challenges and new opportunities for organization.

How can somebody made in such a way, he/she consume a lot? There should be certain qualities for the consumer to consume a lot, and few of them are as follows.

1. Minimum wage or better salary

2. Quality Education

3. Sexually active society

4. People celebrating life

Minimum wages is one way to make people spent a lot of money. I will detail about the logic behind in the minimum wages later.

Another way for the consumer to consume a lot is to have celebration in society. Say if you take in a society like india, we should be thinking what is not letting us celebrate our life. I will say so many hurdles created by lack of the women empowerment or lack of women participation. I will say that sex is one idea that blocks, many developments happening in India from the perspective of women participation. If you look at very closely, you will be able to understand that the women participation or women are not going out just like another man, because of the reason that people do not have the right idea about sex, in a society like India. And women is one way through which happiness is created in everybody’s life. So an Organization that do not support women, meaning that there is lack of happiness is there in an Organization. Or we can also say that if an Organization do not support women just like men, they might be generating unhappiness not only in that organization but also in the society, since organization is also a social element. So women participation is an extremely important criteria to generate happiness, which we classify under the women empowerment.

You will be able to see that in a society that implemented sex in its right way have become society that celebrate their life more. Without a society, being celebrating the life, it can never be a good consumer. So i will say in a country like India, we should be implementing the right kind of sex in society. One easy way people can implement sex in society is to implement micro mini skirts for the kids at schools. It will make an entire society sexually active. Once the society is sexually active, society will start celebrating their life. Once people starts celebrating life, they will become good consumers. A quality/good consumer will be always demanding quality products that they accept. That demanding capacity of a consumer can be expected only from a consumer who celebrate their life. So celebrations in life is something that should be created by the Organizations. So any social elements that you take should be always promoting celebrations in life as part of their sustainability solutions. And in a society like india, sex is something that will enlighten many perspectives about celebrating life.

In a society, which celebrate life, you will be able to see that Organization will be very efficiently and effectively plan the sustainability of organizations. Because the society will be highly demanding. What else is required for the society to be highly demanding to help the organization? It’s money.

If you observe the people, you will be able to universally understand one fact, if the people are highly celebrating people as mentioned above.

Suppose, you give a person money, that person will be spending money. You give the person money, he will spent till the basic needs of the person are met. And most of the times, it all are universally accepted factors on which this threshold is determined. One person will be spending money till the time he got a house, he got a car, he got good education, he got a good daily celebrating life, vacation yearly. In a typical scenario, the money should get over after the people celebrating life. It is also dangerous for people who do not have the capability to handle lot of money is keeping the money. So here the society should find out that threshold of money required for the people to do the listed things in life for celebration, and society should declare a minimum wage considering that specific limit as the base.

When you implement a minimum wage in accordance with threshold mentioned above, you basically let people live high quality life. When the society is having everything that enable the person to enjoy/celebrate the life to maximum, the person will spend the money till the threshold is reached as i mentioned before like a house, car, education, few vacations etc. One person will save money only after that particular threshold, till that threshold people will be spending money.

So just imagine about a society, which have highly active consumers, with minimum wage as detailed above. The money inflow/outflow in society will be exponentially huge will open up an entirely new spectrum of opportunities for the Organization to take up new challenges and grab new opportunities.

It will make the society very active, but it requires one basic criteria in society.

Celebrating society.

A celebrating society will be spending money. So the inflow-outflow of money in the society, will be huge. It will make the consumers in society good/quality consumers. It will be a holistic uprise in quality for both Consumers and producers.

One another important aspect about maintaining the quality of society while they celebrate their life is the education. The degree of education that they have got will actually be determining the quality of the life they lead. It will also help the consumers to have a sustainable quality consuming life cycle. So it is really important for a society to have good education in society. According to me, everybody in society should be educated.

Women Empowerment

For many years i had this thought in my mind, why somebody need Women Empowerment? In many places i have seen women as a non-productive resources due to the following reasons, though in skilled professional working environment there may be no much partiality though.

1. The time constraints women should come/leave

2. The women needs take care situations like pregnancy, which is planned though

3. Women need extra protection than men

4. Indian social conditions are very constrained in such a way to protect women and normally encourage to tag only the minimum labels like a woman, mother, wife, daughter etc few to mention, rather a professional, business women, entrepreneur etc. I am not talking there are no exceptions, but i am talking about majority.

Due to these situations, many people consider women as a non-productive resource when you compare against the men. Which is hard reality. But there may be so many organizations which offers the equal opportunities, but women most of the times face a gender inequality due to the social conditions.

So i was trying to think what benefit you will be getting as an organization, when you have to pick between a man/woman for a specific skilled job..?

I believe that its all about HAPPINESS. HAPPINESS is the key to productivity/growth.

Basically its all about the idea that, man can never be happy unless there is a woman. An organization can never be productive unless the quality resources are happy. And growth or productiveness is directly proportional to happiness created by an Organization. And a happy Organization will be not only be a growing organization, but it will be serving its social commitments. When there are successful organizational elements with social responsibility only, a society/country will be developing.

So basically women empowerment is all about HAPPINESS along with other million advantages.

Why i told Happiness on primary forgetting many other factors helped a billion women who has grown really good and excel in their path, is because there are a many billion girls who couldn't do the same.

So i tried to understand the situation by taking an indian social condition.

In a social condition like India, women faces lot of negative situations in life that impact the freedom, compared to the life enjoyed by a man on similar situations. In indian social conditions man enjoys lot of freedom than a woman.

So my study here is how the lack of freedom of women or lack of involvement of women in society can impact the growth of an organization and eventually the society or country. Or if i say india is only a developing country because of the reason that women empowerment is not rightly applied, Is that true?

In general the excuse of the society of not implementing the women empowerment ideas are most likely the following.

1. With a women in only in family, family bonding will be more

2. Women only in family can take care family needs, while men can take care of the work

3. Women generally need to be protected inside and outside

But the stereotype orthodox thought processes that protect the women under a shell is not something worth is something that i want to prove. So basically when somebody is protecting a women, or try to classify the women only under the tagline mother, wife, daughter, house maker etc, we are actually losing happiness. In any place, what i understood from my studies is that male and female should have the equal participation to have happiness. And when men protects women and eventually when women ends up in a jailed environment, or a protective custody, or in a situation women can’t do everything a man is not capable of doing except the genetical difference, there is a difference in happiness or there will be a decrease in happiness.

To rightly understand Women Empowerment, You should understand how happiness is correlated to growth of a person/society/country. And basically by implementing women empowerment, along with other benefits, Organization/society will be creating happiness.

Few factors that enhance the happiness in society are following, and the right kind of implementation of such factors will help people to be happy. In these factors, understanding SEX the right way will help people to value people in all sex the same way. PRIORITIZATION will help people to understand and value all the people irrespective of sex. The right kind of prioritization will help people to increase the self esteem. RELATIONSHIP will help people to grow in society with happiness being created in society.

1. SEX: Its the most sinful misunderstanding among people. Only the right kind of sex, will make a person/society happy.

Here one of the biggest impact in implementing the women empowerment in its purest way is the sex and related doubts in people’s mind. Most of the people take the sex to a different dimension like it’s a divine gift or something rather seeing it as a way to enjoy life. Because of this reason that their own people like mother, wife, sister etc will have sexual relationships by some means apart from socially accepted husband/wife relationship, people eventually chose the methodologies to protect women depending on the depth of their non-sense. Basically the protection required by a women is defined in a judicial system, and they do not need any protection beyond that. Basically when people understand the value of sex or when they find the real love, i believe that they will go in a direction in which they let the women do everything they want. For eg: wearing the dresses they want to wear, walk around late night, talk what they want to talk etc are few of them. To reach to that level of maturity, people should actually be understanding the need for right kind of sex in the society. To implement sex in society, people can opt for micro mini skirts in schools, topless marches on streets by men/women etc are few examples people can do. Because the right kind of sex is happiness. The right kind of sex is peace. Right kind of sex is wealth. You can see that the countries that have implemented the right kind of sex are more happy, peaceful and wealthy. The people with high level of IQ/EQ will be living a happy life irrespective of the fact that there are girls in micro mini skirts, topless. And the right kind of sex in society will make a happy society. Happy society will help people to celebrate life.

2. PRIORITIZATION: The right kind of priorities lead people to success in life. It will help people to define the priorities and responsibilities in life. The right kind of prioritization only will help people to have happy in life. Sexual discrimination should not be impacting your prioritization process, meaning since somebody is a women, she should not move away from your prioritization.

What i have understood is that many people fail to have a right prioritization in life. The right prioritization is so important to success and thus happiness. Prioritization is something like how do you take care of things/people in a difficult moment in life. Many people will have different priorities in life. Different kind of priorities in life is good, but it should be making sense. Most of the times, in my idea the priorities in your life will be prioritizing the family member and friends as top priority. For example your kids/wife/parents will be your number one priority, depending on your personal/family conditions. Then it comes diffrent people in the priority. For many people, those priorities or importance, may be different things or different people. Having the right kind of priority will help people to take the decisions, and become successful in life. So in precise, to be happy in life, you need the right kind of prioritization. So when you prioritize, the women should be given the right place in your priorities. Due to the sexual discrimination, women should never go out of your priorities. If sexual discrimination impacts your priorities, you can never be a happy person. So right kind of women empowerment is required to help you prioritize in your life and to find happiness in life.

3. RELATIONSHIPS: In all relationships in society, the family relationship is the most valuable relationship. When more than one people involved only a relationship can be formulated. In which family relationship stands as the most valuable and the single measuring unit of social relationships. We will need a measuring unit when we say society. Society can be from more than one people to any number of people. So the purest form of the society is measured by the family or family relationship, in which more than one people are involved and the relationships are also pure. People should be able to help build the relationships in society easily. Say birthday parties, family get together, celebrations,etc are the best example to actually build relationships. People should be able to collaborate/interact highly efficiently/effectively through these relationship building platforms. And the ability or platforms available in society for building relationships are actually showing the maturity of the society. So lack of women empowerment basically reduce the right kind of relationships to grow in the society. When there are no effective involvement of women, relationships will not be truthful. Say what i have observed is that, the same age group people or a group of people who have the same views group together and build relationships through platforms partying, birthday celebration etc are less truthful to themselves than a diverse group of people. Say for example, a group of people who contains a grandfather-father-son, grandmother-mother-daughter proportions will be more truthful and loyal than a bunch of youth groups or a group of age old. So the best place where in you can find this grandfather-father-son, grandmother-mother-daughter proportions is in family. So the family relationships are considered more truthful/loyal than a bunch of same age group or people who share the common views who do not have the mentioned proportions. So any relationship building platforms which do not have this proportions will not be truthful and will not be really serving the truth of building the relationships. To basically to implement this proportions, we need women who is a grandmother or mother or daughter. And such proportions will have a truth and integrity on their acceptance. So BASICALLY RELATIONSHIP PLATFORMS SHOULD BE BUILT ON TRUST, TRUTH, INTEGRITY AND ALL. And most of the times, when a family of the above mentioned proportions accept, it is considered to have truth, trust, integrity etc. For example, a girl takes a guy to home and tells this is my future husband. Then there will be a chaos or problem with acceptance criteria of grandfather-father-son, grandmother-mother-daughter proportions. But when such chaos are solved, there will be a truth in those decisions. Thats is the same way, a product created by a producer/Organization is brought to home. Basically product built by a good Producer is offering a relationship to family. The grandfather-father-son, grandmother-mother-daughter proportions when accept that product, it should have truth, integrity, trust associated with it. Such products are called family accepted solutions. Most of the such solutions, should be trusted, it should not generate any fear, it should be completely safe for the members in family to use etc are few criterias that makes the product family acceptable solution. One of the biggest product that is accepted by family over a period of time is belief in god.

So basically relationships will give you two thoughts from different perspectives.

1. How the women empowerment will help to build the right kind of relationships.

2. How a society can produce the family accepted solutions.

So here what i am trying to underlying is that, women empowerment not only creates happiness in families and thus society, but it will also help the society to create better products. So you know that better products will be helping grow better sustainable organizations. Better sustainable organizations will be creating the better society in turn and better prosperous country.

So here i just wanted to create a line between the relation between SEX, PRIORITIZATION, RELATIONSHIP.

Sex: The right kind of idea about sex will help women to get out of the four wall of house and participate in family/social activities just like man does.

Prioritization: The right kind of prioritization will help to create self esteem and it will help people to be successful in life. And women should be rightly identified where they fit in the social/family circle through prioritization. Such realization will give them respect and dignity.

Relationships: The right kind of relationships are required in society. And without women are empowered, you can’t find the relationships involving the proportions grandfather-father-son, grandmother-mother-daughter. And to have this proportions, it require the family get together, parties like birthday parties, celebrations including families etc are the platforms to build relationships. In all these relationship building activities or in such platforms if you don’t find the proportion grandmother-mother-daughter, you will not be able to find the truth or integrity in the relationship. Without such relationships, you can never create family acceptable solutions. If in society, you can’t find family acceptable solutions, you will not be able to create sustainable products. If society is in such a situation, you can’t find sustainable solutions/organizations, since society will not be productive. If society is not productive, society cannot be wealthy or rich. So in rich countries, you can see there are million ways you can easily build relationships. And if there are no truth in the relationships, it will be bouncing back. So the relationships in a wealthy country should be relationships were in you can see this proportions grandfather-father-son, grandmother-mother-daughter. And such truthful, trustful relationship generate happiness in families and in society.

HAPPINESS: The most important element in life and business is happiness. The resources of quality type has to be happy to make the quality output/product. For the quality resources to be happy, it need quality social circle, because one person alone can’t be happy for long time. One of the prime and beautiful social circle is the family. So when people build the right relationships in social circle including family, and serve their responsibilities, understanding the priorities, feeling all the feeling and emotions rightly, happiness will be generated. Sex mentioned is a feeling/emotion, which in most of the countries a misunderstood feeling.

So if you don’t understand sex rightly or feelings/emotions related to that, you can go from an ‘unhappy-state’ to ‘mentally-disorder-state’. Then it needs so many interactive collaborative platforms to build relationships. And the prioritization and serving your responsibilities will help you to be happy forever.

And women empowerment means, the right kind of sex in society, right kind of prioritization in society, right kind of relationships in society.

Society is a biggest spectrum. Family can be replaced with society, as family is the single measurement unit of society.

FROM ALL THESE WE CAN UNDERSTAND THAT WOMEN EMPOWERMENT IS THE CATALYST TO HAPPINESS.

Happiness is created by the right kind of sex in the society. Happiness i created by people who understand the priorities and do their responsibilities in the right way. Happiness is created through right kind of relationships built through the right platforms. And WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CREATES HAPPINESS.

HAPPINESS IS PRODUCTIVITY. HAPPINESS IS GROWTH. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CREATES PRODUCTIVITY AND GROWTH.

By the above theory we can see that highly productive/wealthy countries have the right kind of women empowerment enabled societies.

SO BASICALLY A NATION TO BE PRODUCTIVE, IT NEED THE EQUAL RIGHT, WITHOUT SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION HAPPY SOCIETIES OR WOMEN EMPOWERED SOCIETIES.

How a leader should drive a system formulated from society

In society we will be able to see so many social elements. Such fundamental social elements are called social systems. Any system if you take will have its own working methodologies, manifesto, agenda etc. Certain systems are fulfilled systems in which it contain every rules and regulations what a human being supposed to do in the particular system. And most of the times these systems will be driving the society. So if you take few systems Eg: Political systems, Religious Systems by each religion, Corporate Systems, Indian social systems etc are capable of filling the entirety of systems. So here i am trying to find answers for few questions.

1. How one should be driving a system? How one can efficiently and effectively drive a system? What a leader should be doing to drive the systems?

2. What are all the commonalities in system, which should be derived for the leader to successfully drive it?

Basically to understand how to drive a system, one should understand the ecosystem of the systems in a society. So one leader is in society meaning he/she should be among so many circles, in which each of the circle will be indicating each of the systems in society.

So if you take a political system, in which it will have it’s own rules and regulations and agenda if considered as a circle/system. You can see Indian society as another circle/system which will have the rules are regulations, in the case of indian society, the rules and regulations will be indian judicial systems and law enforcement system etc. You can see a religion as another system/circle with its own rules and regulations based on the belief in god. So a human being will be living his life with so many circles around him is the first portrayal of the society.

Then when you take, these social systems can have a union part, where in two systems are aligning each other and go together. So a union of two circles/systems will be the point in which two systems will be aligned in the rules and regulations and going along together. It happens in the following scenario.

For Example: A politician is obeying the traffic rules and regulations will be the union of two systems/circles. It can be detailed in a more realistic manner in the following way.

A politician who is a member of indian society will be an example of the following scenario. So when somebody says a politician, a politician will have a parallelly running political systems which will have its own rules and regulations. So when you say a political system, a political system will have its own unwritten rules and unwritten regulations which enables them to deviate from the indian social systems which has its own rules and regulations like indian judiciary, indian law enforcement systems etc.

So this unwritten rules and regulations will enable people to decide to obey or not obey the rules and regulations of indian social systems. So such enablement of political systems to build a parallel system to the indian social system, will end up in another system parallel to the indian social system called political system or any other systems.

Such a way if you take a religious system, the ability to build a parallel system parallel to the indian social system is called religious system. So it will be something like a religious system will be containing the rules and regulations, which is not containing or which is containing in the indian social system. So here i am trying to portray the system against the social system, but you can portray it against any system or parallel to any system.

Another system if you take corporate system can also be portrayed against the indian social systems.

So if you take, all these systems like political systems, religious systems and corporate systems contain the laws and regulations which drive individual systems. And sometimes it may be mutually exclusive at some point in time. It may also happen in such a way like more than one systems mutually exclusive to each other.

For example, a politician, religious believer/priest, corporate businessman etc all obeys the rules and regulations of indian social systems, for example traffic rules are example in which whole these systems/circles will have a union point. Meaning at the union point of all these systems, they will have common rules and regulations, agenda, manifesto etc.

So you can actually see a social formulation in society like circles as detailed above with so many circles around a human being and the conjunction point will denote the commonality of agenda, manifesto, rules and regulations of the systems with union part. In those union part or conjunction point people in two systems will have a commonality in the rules and regulations.

So when we talk about conjunction points, we denote the union where in people in different systems will have a commonality in opinions. So here you should always think that, the parts which are not union or conjunction points are always a question of argument.

1. So my first theory states that two systems, when in the places they do not have a conjunction point, will always result in argument. So two circles/systems, obey the commonality in rules and regulations, they may not have a critical disagreement, but when they have a non-conjunction point, there will always be question of critical disagreement.

2. So my second theory state that, in any system, for the sustainability of the system, people should always be adhering to the system. Meaning they should not be questioning the fundamental pillars of system like rules and regulations of the system. Meaning they should not question the matters under the non-conjunction points in the system. But through the proper channels, they can suggest the changes for the system and through highly innovative thought processes leaders should always be changing the system consistently and constantly.

3. My third theory state that, somebody should always protecting system, not the people. A system should be formulated only with people, who has got an aligned thought process with leadership. So in any system, people within the system should always be adhering to the rules, regulations, agenda, manifesto.

So to my learning, the above three theories will be the fundamental pillars when a leader driving a system. It basically will help in building a unified model or conceptualization of the system.

Now we will take one system and assume a leader to answer the above questions i raised. So i am assuming a leader from the society, who will come from the society to organize something to form an organization, which will have some rules and regulations forming systems. The leader will be leading the organization, using the underlying rules and regulations of the system used to drive the organization. So we will take a corporate system for example, and you should imagine that it should be applicable to any system that you formulate, which may be a religious system, social govt system, bureaucrat system, political system etc. Any system that has got its own working style with rules and regulations.

So we will try to find out how a leader should be leading a system. Basically when a leader is leading a system, he should assume the following elements.

1. He is a leader of an organization. So he should be driving the organization in alignment to the system.

2. His organization will be within a system, inheriting the basic commonalities of the outer system.

3. His system will be possessing a set of characteristics like its own rules, regulations, agenda, manifesto etc. Assume his system as a circle.

4. His system will be interacting with other systems. So assume that he has his own system represented with a circle and that circle will be interacting with other circles/systems. So there may or may not be union points for a circle interacting with multiple circles. So you can imagine a circle with a lot of circles/systems around it and those circles around it may or may not have conjunction point with the system/circle mentioned.

5. An Organization you should be assuming as an element within such a system/circle where in the system is interacting with the other systems.

So my study state that, the success or failure of the organization within the system is always about rightly taking care the circle/system as a whole and the conjunction points within other systems.

So according to my result of the study stated above,

1. One successful leader should always be taking the system as a whole and the conjunction points in the system with other systems and lead to success. According to my study so far, one leader need only take care only the system as whole where he is in and the interacting systems.

2. System is always important not the people. The people within the systems should never be questioning the pillars of the system. If anybody questions the pillars of the system, they should be moved out or sent out of the system to protect the system credibility. If somebody questions the credibility of the system, it can impact the whole system and it may result in a non-sustainability of the system, so such people or elements should be moved out of the system.

3. The leadership should be open towards changes. In the second case, rather questioning the entire credibility of the system, one person can change the system by suggestions/feedback/reviews/comments through the highly collaborative/interactive systems provided by systems which enable the new ideas/innovations to change the systems. But in the other way of just questioning the system, within the system is an easy task to do and anybody can do that easily and whoever do that should be moved out of the system for the sustainability of the system.

So my whole theory collate to the final theory that, in any system people are not important and the system is important. But it also state that the system should be capable of taking care of the people in the system. So when people within the system work should be working in such a way, successful implementation of the system. So such a way successful systems can be formulated by leaders from society within the society.

In the above scenario, the following illustration can happen. Consider two systems like a circle or system like corporate system and another circle/system like indian social system. If you consider this scenario, there will be union or conjunction points in both systems will have same agenda, manifesto, rules and regulations. So if you take in most of the cases, when a society is not highly matured and another system is matured or vice versa, there can be a lot of gaps, which is represented by the circle’s non-conjunction points. So if you take corporate systems, there will be non-conjunction or non-union parts in circles represented by the corporate systems correlated to the social systems. So such gaps will be filled by the following ways or such gaps may expanded.

My study states that, when two circles/systems interacts, the matured/ funded/ quality-leadership oriented systems will dominate over the other system. Meaning say if corporate culture is interacting with indian social system, over a period of time the union of both circles will increase. Meaning both systems will have a commonality. It can also state that two circles in a best case scenario when interact, it may also happen such a way that will become one system or one circle. Meaning both systems will have a common rules, regulations, agenda, manifesto etc.

So in effect, say when a corporate company is running within a society. Say if you take tata consultancy services is one of the company that talks about code of conduct, ethics etc by assuming a social responsibility and with an idea of giving back to society. When people works under such organizations, a culture or character formulation will happen in society. So if there is Tata Consultancy is there in a society, it will impact the society in such a way that there will be a bunch of people who talks about ethics, good manners and mannerism with cultural diversity. So those people will bring in changes to society. Say if you take any other systems like political systems or religious systems, the same cultural formulation will happen in the society.

So the above statement works this way. Assuming TCS as an organization within a society is a matured organization/corporate-system, it will lead social changes. So it will be something like this for example take some few corporate organizations within the system like Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant Technology, Litmus7 Consulting are organizations within a huge circle called Corporate system. This corporate system when interact with the indian social system, which is another circle, either of the systems will cause changes to each of the systems. Meaning a corporate systems may influence the indian system and may cause changing the law enforcement, judicial systems etc. The same way indian social system may influence the corporate systems by new laws, say for eg: there should be 50% reservation of women employees in any corporate organization is an example how indian social system can influence the corporate systems. So as a whole, both systems will interact/collaborate each other and can cause to change the systems each other. In this case, most of the time matured/funded/quality-leadership driven systems normally dominate over the other systems. So it can happen in such a way one day indian society will have the culture of corporate like US or Western Civilization, as any system will fundamentally influence the society and will help in character formulation. Or it may also happen like with the help of indian society, corporate systems will be adopting the culture of indian society. So in the interactive/collaborative stage of two systems, one system may adopt zero/few characteristics to fully adopt the characteristics.

When the system do not have the capability to communicate with other systems or union or conjunction part of other systems in society, it may be a failure. But when it can successfully interact, it will be a successful organization.

But according to my theory, everybody should be together building the system, never personal benefit or unhealthy-competition should spoil the system. Any factors that drive the personal benefit driven or unhealthy competition driven, may impact the overall goals and credibility of the system should be removed from the system.

So what i suggest by the overall study is that in a society, a leadership should always drive or should help to grow the system, never the people in it. And the system should always be changing with highly collaborative/interactive platforms using highly innovative/new ideas.

But my study also state that one person can never build a flawless system, he/she can only assume the best system. Then using highly collaborative/interactive systems one person should be constantly/constantly fixing the flaws in the system.

Priorities and responsibilities - The Social Impact

I used to wonder what makes us all happy, the beautiful. Many times the thought came to mind that ‘how we can say, that i am happy’. Do money makes people happy, like somebody is getting money and somebody from that moment onwards will be happy? Does it happen in that way? I don’t think that from the time onwards people gets money, people will be being happy. What i believed all the time that there is something in every people’s life that uniquely makes them happy. Sometimes it can be money or it could be everything. But everybody follows some patterns and it is something like this.

Everybody will have some priorities in their life and some responsibilities associated with the priorities. And those priorities and responsibilities makes the people happy.

Priorities in life may be a lover, wife, husband, father, mother etc. The responsibilities would be maintaining relationships, earning money for kid’s education, commitments towards the work etc.

So it is important that people should have the right kind of priorities in people’s life. Priorities are sequential. For example a priority in sequence would be something like a lover/wife/husband comes first, kids comes second, parents comes third, siblings comes fourth etc. Somebody asks a person, what is your priorities in your life? One should always be able to tell exactly what is the priorities of people. And setting the right kind of priorities is the most of people’s success. From the moment, people set the right kind of priorities, people will start feeling the happiness, along with success. Questioning a priority situation will come often in life. Your parents and spouse are fighting, and which side you will be part with? Is a question of priority. And answering such questions will make you happy for a very long time, along with how do you do your responsibilities.

Since people are socially committed people, there should always be a social commitment from people. Those social commitments most of the time will tagged against what he/she tries to do in the society and its always tagged to a responsibility. That is called social responsibility. The person’s success will always be underlying in successfully performing the responsibility being a socially committed person along with taking care the priorities in his life. So every time, one person does his responsibilities, he should have some commitment towards the priorities in his/her life. The beauty of the priorities and thus the responsibilities one undertake are the beauty of any person’s life. That beauty of one person’s life is the happiness of people.

So one person will be happy person, when somebody has got the right kind of priorities in his life and he undertakes the right kind of responsibilities.

Say for example, wife or parents may be the priorities and the commitment towards those people are the responsibilities.

Many times people will fail in these parts. Many people when they prioritize will invite elements which are not really required into their lives. Or in other words which are lower priorities, sometimes will come as the highest priorities in some people’s life, which is wrong and it will spoil the person’s life. So it is up-to a person, how do he/she priorities the people in his life. And he/she should always be finding help from his/her priority list on a needed moment or should be committed towards helping people in the priorities when they need help. So its something like this, the prime help in life should always be coming from their priorities. But human is a social being, and it need help from society. But people should always know that such help are only for serving the need, it should not impact the priority. For example, one person helped you in a very needed moment, you should not make him/her as a god and keep as your priority number one and spoil your life. In such case, you should always be getting help and should deal the help and helped person accordingly or in such a way you may even completely forget the help that you got in a best case scenario.

Not everybody in this world will help you, other than your priorities should be your platform to live a life, then people are social being and they need help from society. Or let me state this way that nobody in this world will help you in a difficult moment unless they are on your priorities. Somebody helping or somebody getting help, both steps are a wrong thing. When somebody help, they should be thinking about whether their priorities are all happy and their commitments are completed or not, it’s very wrong to help somebody by jeopardizing the interests of our own priorities. Because everybody can understand this and nobody would be interested in helping anybody by putting the interest of their own priorities and responsibilities in jeopardy, if somebody does like that technically it’s a wrong thing to do. Because of the same reason, nobody would be interested in helping anybody beyond that limit. And that limit is always this priorities and responsibilities. Once own priorities and responsibilities. For example, when your kids are hungry, never go to feed other people’s kids, because your kid is your priority and other people’s kids are lowest in your priority.

Then when somebody will be or should be ready to help somebody. One person should be ready to help another person only after one person’s priorities and responsibilities are completely met. Without one person meeting the goals/targets of one's own priorities and responsibilities and going ahead to help another person is most difficult problem that you can find in society. By doing this, this particular person will be putting his own priorities/people under jeopardy. In addition to that the person who get’s help if not possessing a good level of IQ/EQ to recover from the future impacts of an immediate quick help which may or may not be a quality help, will be jeopardizing the priorities/peoples of his own. So here two set of people are under jeopardizing situation. One who is helping and one who is getting help. For example, when your kid is hungry, you are going to feed other people’s kids are wrong, by doing that you are actually forgetting your priorities, or the fact that your kids are your highest priorities, and you jeopardize the life of your own priorities. But at the same time, after making sure that all your priorities are happy and your responsibilities are met, you may feed other peoples kids.

So here i am not telling one person should never help, but all i am telling one person should be helping somebody only after his own priorities and responsibilities are met. If one person’s priorities and responsibilities are never met, he should never help anybody. Same way, i am not telling one person should never get help, but i am only telling that one person should be getting help only after checking how quality the help he/she has got and after making sure that the ‘getting-help’ should never spoil the life of people.

So you should be making sure that the help that you get are quality help, or you should be understanding that over a period of time, you will be making sure that your life is not really messing and your priorities and responsibilities are not in chaos.

Now how you can be happy, the million dollar question?

You can be happy when you are success, many people might had this thought. And in the run towards success they may end up in spoiling their life in so many ways and it can end in an unhappy success. So how one person can be happy, by enjoying success.

one person, when he/she has a loving family or loving priorities, and then the person is successful are called ‘happy-successful-life. In all other cases, the person will have nobody to help/save him/her in life from his/her priorities and the life will be very unhappy.

So fundamentally, its all about a person loving people and helping people. Here what i am telling the help should be coming from a priority. Also if somebody outside a priority list is helping somebody should make sure that it is a quality help.

But its also about loving and helping in the right way. One person should always makes sure that he/she is helping/love people in the right way. I will say, people who help/love the society in a wrong way are the biggest social chaos and the biggest family crisis. Because most of the time, it may end up in the person gives a non-quality help or the person accept the help get it in a non-quality way.

Say for example, one person is very rich and he decides to help a person to set up a business, and the who receives the help is happy that he gets some money to build a business which may not be his passion or the life he enjoys, and finally when he will get only the help with few lack of money and there is nobody to help him in business, he will crash down in his business unless he possess his own IQ/EQ to survive from the situation.

Say in another example, sometime forgetting the priorities one hold, one person will go for saving the world is another example for spoiling the priorities/persons and responsibilities one person holding. When one person goes to save world forgetting everything, he may be jeopardizing his own family.

In either cases, on a non-quality help, the society and thus people will be impacted. To recover from such impacts, one person should be possessing a great amount of his own IQ/EQ. In a case the person do not possess a great amount of IQ/EQ to recover from a non-quality help, the person will be going from a state of mind which is ‘unhappy’ to ‘mentally-disorder-state’. So most of the times, when somebody gives non-quality help, it will be creating a negative impact to the society. So one person should be very careful before helping somebody and the person should be very careful before getting help from somebody. In a society, where people are helped in a non-quality manner, you can see lot of people who are ‘unhappy’ to ‘mentally-disorder-state’ people.

In either cases of giving help and getting help, one person should be looking whether each of the entity's priorities are getting impacted or not, most importantly, Is it a quality help? .

After understanding these facts, you should be getting into the society.

1. You should always be protecting your priorities which most of times should be your people.

2. You should always have the commitment towards your responsibilities. The work that you take up or the responsibilities towards your priorities or maintaining relationships etc are your priorities in your life sometimes.

3. Before helping somebody or getting help from somebody you should be making sure that it is a quality help. A non-quality help can impact your life, and it need your own IQ/EQ to recover from the impacts that will be created by the non-quality help.

4. If possible never help anybody, but we are socially committed people and without helping each other we will never be able to survive. So help and get help minding your own priorities.

Then why people help you or why people won’t help you? Or why or how people are the angels or demons in this world or in a particular society?

The people generally in a typical scenario or in a conceptualization of help, will help you, after making sure that one person’s own priorities and responsibilities are met. This is what happens most of the times, when you expect any help from somebody. Because of the reason that not all the people will be able to help you all the time, you should always make sure that the following happens in your life.

You should be setting your priorities in your life such a way that, you get help all the time in your life from your priorities. Because for the natural reasons, other people since they got their own priorities/responsibilities may not be able to help you since they have got their own priorities/responsibilities. You should not be expecting help and they should not be helping you, unless it is a quality help, on a conceptualization of how-people-help-scenario.

Then there will be definitely a question? How people will live a life without helping each other. Human beings are social beings and because of the same reason, people should be helping each other. But i am only telling that people should have the right kind of priorities and then the right responsibilities and making sure the priorities/responsibilities are met, then go ahead with helping people.

Then how do we see angels and demons in a society, people who help you a lot and people who will not help you or insult you? Fundamentally people should be helping each other and everybody should be living happily. For everybody to live happily, they should have the right kind of priorities. In indian society most of the times, we call the right kind of priorities in the families. So most of the times, people in the family will come in the priorities list above, then it could be your friends etc. Then why do we see bad/good people in society, is a question that we should be asking.

There are no basically good/bad people in society. There are only human beings. A human being generally most of the times will have a priority and responsibility in life. People who don’t have either priorities in life or a responsibility in life can be creating chaos in society. Need not be, but from the fact that an unhappy person can create unhappiness in society, there is a chance that a person who do not have any kind of priorities in life or any kind of responsibilities in life can be a mess/unhappy. So my theory also state that the people with priority of right kind and who do the responsibility towards the priorities well, will be happy in their life, but success depends upon the IQ/EQ they possess.

When you characterise people only by helping mentality. In such a way like people who help are angels and people who don’t help are demons, we can justify the characteristics of angels/demons. In people who has got a responsibility/priority can possess the characteristics from a range of angles to demons. But fundamentally people who has do the prioritization and responsibilities, irrespective of the fact that they are angels/demons are good human beings. Whatever they do, it will be good for the holistic perspective of society, because they are living in society and is not negatively impacting the society with a non-quality help. Those people are the ‘zero-help-category’ people, who live a good life, but never impact the society negatively or positively, but has got their own good life. Then ‘enormous-help-category’ people will help society a lot but at the same time will have their own life, meaning will have their own priorities/responsibilities. Both ‘zero-help-category’ to ‘enormous-help-category’ people will impact the society in a positive way, while other people will be impacting the society negatively either by impacting their own life or by impacting other people life negatively.

When we understand a person as good/evil from the help that he offers, we should look at other aspects as well. In my understanding one person is showing the characteristics of good/evil because the system enable that particular person to leverage his/her capabilities to the extend of the system. Meaning when one person is within the system successfully living, then he/she will be knowing about what is the perimeter of the system. This understanding of the system will enable the people to leverage the capabilities of him/her to the maximum in a required moment. So what i understood from the studies that i did in my life is that.

Nobody can create a flawless system. Everybody can only assume a best system, then try to fix the flaws of the system by highly interactive collaborative platforms.

So in accordance with the above theory, when one person is within the system, that particular person will be able to understand the flaws in the system. And that person can behave in a way which is totally in adherence with the system. And the good/bad of the person will always be defined by the system or the person will leverage his/her characteristics from the lower level to the perimeter of the system, on a need to need, time to time basis. So when a person help/evil, the system is actually making a good/evil person, its not because the person is bad. Also stating that if the person is really bad, he should come under the judiciary and law enforcement system.

From a help/evil a person does, a person is never bad, but it is always about the system which is making him good/bad. And if system is good, the system will be deriving the ways through which the really bad people in the system can be avoided and the other people can live a better life. And most of the times, a judicial or law enforcement systems in a system/society will be enabling this task. A system will avoid the people who are really bad from the system using a law enforcement system or judiciary. But other people will almost all the time will be good people. But the good/bad in those people will be the flaws of the system.

Say one person is doing really bad would be because of the reason that the system he is in, will be enabling the people to do that particular bad thing. So here the point is that, if its is not this person, any person who got the IQ/EQ to make use of that particular opportunity or flaw in the system will be making use of it. Say one person is doing bribe, which may be a help for some people, while it may not be a help for some people, but it is a fundamental flaw of the system. The person within the system has studied the system and came to know that he/she can do bribe without any negative impact and he leverage his/her potential to be the victim of bribe, which is actually a flaw in the system.

So good/bad people that you find in society, if they don’t come under the Judicial or law enforcement system, they must be good people and good/bad in the particular act they performed is the flaw of the system. So it is the system that we have to fix, not the person.

Say if you take the political system or entertainment business system. In either of the systems, people can leverage the capabilities to any extent they want. Its the personal choice of the people. And many times, you will see acts beyond a limit, due to this leveraging capacity. Some people goes extremely bad/good by doing their act, because they know the system and they leverage the capabilities to the maximum extend possible.

The need for Indian society to adopt Sex - How to become a productive country

I used to think what people mean by sex. Then when i thought what i could understand is that there is nothing called sex, but its the mean to celebrate life or express love. People generally talk about the ‘virgin status’, but what would be a ‘virgin-status’? To really understand what is being a virgin, we will think in a situation where people didnt had the vocabulary made to derive the virgin-status. So in those old times, when people have not built the idea around virginity, what people might be thinking about ‘Virgin Status’?. What i could understand is that, when somebody in old times though about a similar word or the word ‘virgin-status’ meant the capability of people to love. So being a virgin, people actually measure the capability of somebody to love. So i am a virgin, meaning that i am capable of loving somebody to the full extend. When two lovers in a relationship, doubts their opponent lost the virgin-status or virginity, meaning they would be actually doubting about the capability of the opponent to love or the reduction happened in loving the opposite lover. So when a lover think about partner’s ‘losing-virgin-status’ problem as something that made him/her doubt about the ‘capability-of-the-person-to-love’. So fundamentally there is nothing called ‘virgin-status’, but its only a measure of the person’s capability or ability to love partner. Society over a period of time have derived so many acceptance criteria to understand or measure the so called ability of people to love, which is again asking an easy question without feeling the mind of people like ‘Did you ever had sex?’. So having a sex information will enlighten the society that the people engaged in sex should be partners. Here society is completely or partially forgetting about the love involved.

But in other most of the occasions, the society will mix the ‘virgin-status’ on the religious ground. So now the ‘being-virgin’ is more like a holy thing than actually the measure of a person to love. So the religious ground has given a shift from ‘measure-of-love’ to the ‘virgin-status’ over a period of time or over the social enhancements. So now being virgin is holy thing than a practical consideration given to the people who are partners or lovers. When being virgin is holy thing or a religious ground, and once the person goes into a ‘not-a-virgin-status’, there is not coming back, as its a religious ground. But when people look at the issue of ‘not-a-virgin-status’ as a practical life problem, there is an opportunity of people to come back to the same relationship probably after a mutual discussion and agreement of some sort to align on the fact that they can love the same manner before breaking the rules of ‘being-virgin’.

Seeing ‘virgin-status’ on practical ground, can actually help extend the capability of ‘being-virgin’ to the life time, as its a bonding between two lovers on the ground of loving each other. Which is more practical ground than something like a holy ground. So it gives an enormous amount of opportunity for people to engage in sex being in a love relationship. Because here ‘love-in-relationship’ is what all matters, which is assessed on practical ground, and never on a holy ground or on a religious ground. So here sex is considered as a mean to celebrate life and to express love. Which is more a practical situation than a ‘holified-solution’.

Also when you consider something like that, we should see what are all the primary problems of society with regard to the misunderstanding about sex or ‘virgin-status’. One of the primary problems of society when i consider sex, is the ‘fear of society related to people engaging in sex through love, violence etc’.

When a person has to engage in sex by means of love or violence, over and above sex there is always a mean of acceptance criteria derived out by the society. The acceptance criteria derived out by the society will always be deciding what exactly happened in a sex relationship which by either means of ‘love-making’ or ‘violence-involved’ relationship. So the society will be vigilantly watching to implement this acceptance criteria on the sexual relationship of people.

So i was trying to study this particular subject ‘WHY SOCIETY IS VIGILANT WITH AN ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA ON SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP OF OTHER PEOPLE’.

This particular thought was giving me some idea about the ‘virgin-status’ and sex as a whole.

In indian culture, people look at sexual relationship like a ‘religious-holy-thing’, which is actually cutting the love part of it but at the same time cooking up the ‘sexual-meaty’ part of it, which is again a wrong perception about sex. Fundamentally sex is a love making process, it is not a religious or holy thing. People should respect the love involved in it, but from the moment people respect the ‘spicy-meaty’ part of it, people will be pushed into unhappiness, rather taking the joy of sex and happiness of life.

2. When people or society think that, one person has sex with another person, society will be thinking that both has got some sort of love relationship involved/developed. So for a society like indian society, sex is always holy and it’s a mean for tagging two people in a love relationship, which is again holy thing. So in indian culture, people who are in a love relationship only can have sex. Which is the acceptance criteria of society. The acceptance criteria of indian society states that, only partners which are accepted by society can only engage in sex. Which is the unwritten rule of society. Which is again not a good idea when you look from the perspective like sex is only a medium through which the love can be conveyed. So a person having sex with more than one person do not state that he do not love the person who is in love with, but when you go by the rules of society, it constraints that the person who is in sex with more than one person do not deserve to love the person who the person is actually in love with.

3. When a person is forcefully engaged in sex, society doubts the ‘holy-status-of-sex’ as the acceptance criteria and doubt the person who been victim of being forcefully engaged in sex, which is like being raped, has lost the ability to love or ‘the-holy-sex-is-broken’ ways. Such doubt is never a practical doubt and these kind of incidents are actually making a need for people to understand ‘what you mean by sex’ or ‘How you should look at sex, when a person is saying he had a sex, irrespective of the lover-status he got’.

4. Then everybody has got the fear of their own ‘Mother-wife-daughter’ or ‘Father-Husband-son’ engaging in sex. If any of these people engage in sex, and if they are somehow breaking the acceptance criteria of the society and is becoming culprit in front of social acceptance law of society, people are afraid of such situations. In order to really make people understand, people should make society understand, what is sex? what is love? what is love making process? Basically when society is taught the difference between ‘sex, love and love-making process’, i believe that people can actually engage in more than one sex, by keeping a love. In my understanding you will be able to love only one person and may have many sexual affair. A society may not accept it, because society do not have the maturity in this particular subject. Society is not capable of understanding what is ‘love-sex and lovemaking process’ is the problem of society. But as long as one person possess the capability to love a single person forever, that particular person can engage in as many sexual relationship he/she can.

5. When sex is accepted by the society and when people differentiate between what actually is losing when one person engage in sex, life will be more beautiful. Just imagine a world, where everybody are afraid their ‘Mother-Father-Husband-Wife-Daughter-Son’ may have a sexual affair not accepted by society and world where they are concerned only about the ‘love’ involved in it. Here question will come what people are afraid of? Is it about the sex or love? When people are afraid of only love, then society will be more mature. But when they are afraid of spicy meaty sex, it will be more immature. The love involved in it is understood by the fact that a person can be able to have love partner, by having a million sexual affair. So here society need to concern only about ‘love’ involved in it. To understand the love involved in it, it need to feel the emotions and feelings of the person who engage in sex. But society will always go through short cut, like the sex involved and go after the hassles of sex part, without understanding the feelings and emotions of people. Many society has fallen into the state of not accepting sex in the way it deserve due to the immaturity of the society. So i will say indian society is not mature. When a society don’t accept sex, it is actually killing the feelings and emotions of people. People or society should look at the love part to see the exact feeling and emotions.

6. Sex is a beautiful platform through which people can celebrate their life and build new relationships. When there are ways like big people goes to small people house and small people goes to big people house and sex is not a barrier, then its a highly productive social enhancement and social relationship building activity. Sexual relationships in society will ease the society who hang out with so much of tensed barriers. It will help to break the barriers in society. And people should really understand what meant by sex to get to a highly productive mature society. So in such a society natural sex should be available, reachable and acceptable. Here one of the crime what society does is that, society do not understand ‘what is love’, ‘what is sex’, ‘what is relationship’. Without understanding the meaning of love and sex, it enforces a pre-written laws, rules and regulations to make people life very uncomfortable. Finding the meaty part of ‘protection-involved’ in it, society will blindly follow the social rules in which society was engaged in for many years. Here society is trying to find a god than a human being who love.

7. If sex is happiness, it can reduce the extremism in society. The society that has accepted sex in it’s matured way will be more happy than society has not accepted sex in it’s matured way. So the right way of implementing the idea about sex in society can bring in happiness in society. So people in highly productive society will be implementing sex in it’s right matured way, while the people in highly non-productive society will not be accepting sex in it’s matured manner and will make the society goes to a very unhappy state, which may eventually resulting in extremism or even terrorism. So acceptance of sex is a required for the global peace or for a happy society.

8. A highly matured society, will be a good consumer. A happy consumer will be enabling the platforms for the highly productive organizations. A highly productive organization will help society to grow in right direction. So the means of sex, will enable the consumers to buy different thing which are highly diverse in nature. So to build a happy diverse consumer society, we need a good productive and highly matured sex life. A best consumer will always be the people who are best celebrating their life. And sex is an inevitable part of human celebration.

9. When you understand a human being, you can never understand a person, without understanding the person’s sexual life. So sex is an inevitable part of every human being’s life. Society handling it in a highly immature way, its very cruel. Its very cruel and tribal that sex is taboo in highly matured society like in India. Indian society should open up and talk more about sex. Eg: Masterbation, Sex life etc. But people and society are afraid what will happen to their ‘Father/Mother/Wife/Husband/Daughter/Son’ if they talk about sex. So sex is always a taboo. The taboo makes it cruel and unhappy. Which will make so many unhappy people.

10. Sex should be an easy and should be a matter which should come under education. It should be something that is being discussed like environment pollution, global peace, women empowerment etc. Because sex is happiness and it spread happiness, and it will help reducing the inequality in society by gender and it will increase the happiness and reduce extremism. So sex should be educated. Few of the ways, you can implement sex in society is to implement Micro mini skirts in schools, Sex education from starting of education etc. People knowing what is sex, should be the pillar of changing society into happiness.

So sex also should be an agenda for global peace and global wealth. So if you want to see a highly economically growing, peaceful and happy india, you should implement sex in India in its pure lovely form.

An Evening under the orange sun..!!

When i was sitting on the hay in those fields, the sky was orange in colour on the other side. An evening in orange shade but the sun was looking beautiful. It was like a beautiful orange circle on the other side of the river. It was an area river was mixing with sea. The lotus flower filled river or sea was flowing through my right side. The concrete block where i was sleeping was separating the fields from sea and it was my resting place for some times whenever i come to my father’s place. People will come to pick the lotus flowers in the small boats were a beautiful scene that you should be watching. In my childhood, i wanted to have so many talents and one of them was to become an artist and portray those picturesque sky with orange shades and beautiful lotus flower filled river. But my father’s place was more beautiful when it was my childhood. I used to sleep on the those sand ground. Now all those places are covered in concrete. We used to have somebody who used to shout aloud when we play cricket on those grounds. Then there were so many trees and i used to or we used to climb all those. And one guava tree which i used to climb was my favourite. I used to sit on top of it and see my place. When i look, i used to think all those butterflies and sky are mine. The green fields and the trees were mine and we used to run over those place. When i looked those places from those concrete block, i felt like so many things have changed except my blue sky and my butterflies. The orange shade it used to get, i allowed to change color. Then when i lay down on the concrete blocks, sometimes the clouds will come above me to ask ‘What’s up?’..I will smile at my clouds and then it will slowly move away from me. The clouds in my place were beautiful, and it used to smile at me. And we were like friends. Then sometimes when the sky cry over my face, i used to spread my hands like wings, like my butterflies. Then now there are so many changes to that place. Now its a concrete jungle. So many years back, it was a place where i saw the first thief in my life. When i was holding a branch of tree near the small water flowing canal, so many people are running back of a guy and a police officer also running back of him. Then after sometime somebody came and told, they caught the thief. That was the first time ever in my life, i understood there are some kind of people in this world called thieves. I couldn’t ask why people were running back of him, i was very small. Now when i look at me, i grown up old. But those days were like mesmerizing, those were the busiest times in my life. We used to play cricket, fishing and so many extra curricular activities in a gang of many members who will group from morning to evening. My father and mother were in my right now place called Muvattupuzha. So i was with my grand father and grandmother.

My grand father had a trunk under his bed. Which was like an enigma to me. Like a treasure box. I always wanted to know what is inside that box. Most of the time i was wondering it could be some magical thing like i have seen in one of the movies. My uncle used to take me to movies. So one of the movie was showing a trunk box similar to that. Then one day i woke up, and as usual taking a yawn i went to the front room. As usual i hitted my feet on the separating bar down the door and got pain on my legs. And cursing those bulging separating bar on the door. Then came and sat on the stair to our court yard. Looking at the sky in the early morning after a fine sleep was a good feeling. The blue sky. I knew somebody will be calling me in sometime for playing. My uncle was talking to somebody that it’s festival in the near by temple. I sometimes have gone that temple, but never knew that it had festival. That night i was late from playing and then came to bed. I took a bath and after a bath sitting on the stairs almost like evening or night. It was the first time i seen the ‘Miniature of theyyam’ in my life. And that was a moment in my life i was afraid of goddess. I went to my grandmother and my grand mother hold me. It was the goddess of the temple and it was colorful. Now when i look the colors were still popping in mind like a picturesque, like the orange color of sky. I slept on those concrete blocks looking at my sky talking to my clouds and my beautiful butterflies. Later i understood colors never spread fear, its like beautiful picturesque. Then somebody called me..

Social Evolution through sustainable solutions..!! Progressing in life..

I was just thinking of the social formulations that we have in society for social evolutions in the right direction. There are few formulations that I have noted so far in the right direction under the category of the social formulations. These social formulations with its sustainable solutions will help society to develop a culture and the people within to develop an appropriate life within that culture. Having said that a social formulation will help the people to develop a life and will help society to develop a culture, it is important to know what kind of social formulation that we have in the society. When we consider the social formulations, we should be primarily targeting the social formulations that could attain the status ‘family-accepted-solution’. Generally the sustainability by the term itself implies the same. But certain feelings or emotions of people or the variations in the happiness factors I have observed have stated to me that sometimes for a solution to be family acceptable, it need not be sustainable solution. So here the sustainability being offered is not through the generic sustainability factor ‘happiness’, but a variation in the feeling or emotion that creates people to a new state of mind to create happiness in a holistic manner. So generally the sustainability is achieved through the ‘happiness’, but certain situations the sustainability can be attained by what people believe it as happiness. And in my understanding happiness is never a state of mind which people are actually be happy, but it’s a mixed state of mind where people primarily aware of the state of mind called happiness, and sometimes happiness can be a state of mind in which not aware of unhappiness.

But in general the state of mind of happiness is the key to the sustainability of any social formulation. In certain varied situations, people who believe that they are in specific state of mind called ‘happiness’ in which they are not aware of happiness can also be result in the same sustainability of the social formulations. Then what is the social formulation? A leader coming from the society and formulate the solution for organizing the activity result in an entity called social formulation. It can be a Bakery, Hospital, and Vegetable shop, Manufacturing Plant etc. So when a leader gives the solutions for the social formulations in an organized manner, it will end up in creating happiness and then resulting in the sustainability of the solutions or the sustainability of the organizations, which the leader has formulated to give the solutions of social need. So basically an organization will be creating some type of impact to the society through its organized/unorganized methodologies or in other words through its sustainable or non-sustainable solutions.

Any Organization in the society, which a leader have come from the society and formulated, a solution will help in characterization of the society. Meaning say somebody is working in an organization, that particular person will be learning something from the organization he works. So if the organization is giving sustainable solutions, he will have sustainable solutions learned for his life. For example, an organization is adhering to the dress code, will help teach a society who does not know how to dress neatly or who wear torn dresses. Like the same way there will be lot of things a society will be learning from the life.

To understand how deeper such characterization will help in society, we will take some good companies say Litmus7, TCS etc. The employees of this organization will be learning a culture from the working environment they are in. If you take TATA group is one of the company that embraces the integrity, ethics and trust in relationship etc. So people when they work in a company like such a conglomerate, they will have so many things to learn in life from a ‘living-life’ perspective. So basically these organizations will be teaching people to formulate a character in their life. A character formulated out of ethics/integrity/trust in relationship etc. These formulations will help develop such characterization in the society and eventually helping evolving a society, which is happier and healthier for a better tomorrow.

To understand this difference in a much better way, let me narrate a scenario.

Take a vegetable shop/bakery/hotel, a person who is working in the particular vegetable shop or bakery or hotel, will be adhering to the standard or the complications made by the owner or the leader of such organization. So here an Organization is driven a character formulation of society by the individuals who lead the organization. So suppose a particular person who work in a vegetable shop/bakery/hotel is not taught the integrity/truth/trust in relationship just the way it’s taught in the corporate companies like Litmus7, Tata Consultancy Companies and all. Then that particular person will have a character, which is not based on integrity/truth/trust in relationship and all. So to really understand the impact of society development multiply this particular person character by the number of population in this world. To better understand, imagine a world where,

* A person who learn ethics/integrity/Trust in relationship through a corporate company like TCS/Litmus7 * Number of people in this world (7 billion) are in the society.

* A person who do not learn ethics/integrity/Trust in relationship through the work environment but will be driven by the sole character of the leader/owner of the organization and formulate a character which is not appropriate or sometimes appropriate, which again depends on the caliber of person/what work environment teaches him * Number of people in this world (7 Billion) are in the society.

So just imagine about a society, that constitutes the people. So which chunk of people will give the society more happiness? Or which society will be happier. And I can very much tell that the happiness created by the companies/Organizations based on ethics/Trust in relationship/Integrity are attained through sustainability in their solutions. So end of the day whatever it provides happiness is what it provides sustainability. And all the Organizations that provide sustainable solutions are supposed to create some form of happiness. Again, in certain situations, we should also state that happiness is a state of mind one person recognizes the ‘being-happy’ state and he may not be aware of the ‘being-unhappy’ state.

If you take, there are many social organizations that formulate the sustainability in solutions. Religious organizations are one example of such social formulation. Two of the best social formulation that I have observed so far in society is Christianity and Corporate. If you take Christianity offers a wide range of solutions for sustainability in life. A religion is something that touches the life of people in the society and let them help build a good life. The sustainable solutions will help to formulate the society in such a way helping people in the society in character formulization and also in helping people to create a happy life.

If you simply analyze and understand Christianity we can see that the solutions that they have are wonderful. Christianity offers the best people management solutions available in a developing society. They have got the following collaborative/interactive platforms for the families/individuals to converse. They have got Churches, Auditoriums, Meeting rooms, Priests like HR managers or People managers, Hospital/Research Center/Schools/Colleges Institutions etc. It will help people to solve so many problems in their life and meet the demands in their life or meet the challenges in their life.

If you take, Christianity offers Churches, in which a family can go to and pray for sometime. It may be the best meeting place available in locality. They will be sitting in the best monument available in the locality or the best building available in the locality. It will help people to create self-esteem or create dream in people’s mind. I can tell that people who are in Christian religion will learn to see bigger dreams sooner than people in other religion, and then it also depends on self-efficiency.

This is one example, which I told to talk about how Christian Organization help create sustainable solution. Will take Christianity to explain the sustainable solutions and explain how a sustainable solution will help create happiness in the society. A person when he grows will go through this cycle.

A person is born->Will grow with learning from life->Apply in life->Face challenges to success/failure->Progress in life.

So basically when a person is born to the progressing in life, it need so many solutions in the society for a successful life. From my understanding a society in which Christian organizations are there will be offering a more organized solutions for the successful happier life and to progress.

Will see how a person is born and progress in taking Christianity as a social formulation and assuming Christianity solution as the sustainable solution.

Let’s consider the following statement and from that statement we will assume or figure out the factors which provide the sustainability in life of people. And how Christianity helps to formulate the character formation.

A Christian is born, and he goes to church every Sunday. He builds relationship with people in the locality who are big/small circle. He mingles his problems with priest, he talks/discuss his problems with the members of the church. The church by the entity itself may provide the solutions for life, or the person through his relationship he got through an entity called church can be make use in his life to be successful. And Christianity is one of the religions at its basic ground gives solution for so many interactive collaborative platforms. They celebrate their life in a peaceful manner, they at a very bottom line stands for the peace or their upfront attitude is standing for peace. And through Christian solutions, there will be so many successful people in the society who are highly educated and high contributors to the same society. Say for eg: When you need a help from society, and through the platform like a church, there will be so many people who might have got a bigger status in the society meaning a Christian society may be containing more doctors/engineers/scientists than another religion society. So when you need help, these people will be helping you through the platform like churches.

But as a Hindu, I am telling you; you need a platform like Church/Auditorium etc and so many institutions like colleges/schools/research centers/hospitals etc. Otherwise when you will have a problem, an entire society will crawl on your head is a nasty feeling in your life. And disgusting too J. Then you may join RSS/BJP/Marxist/Communist/Congress and die for the party is another option, but people who want to live a normal life what they will do? People like me

But when you are a Christian, you can go to churches. You can talk to people, mingle with friends, who are capable of solving the problems which are from the highly matured state of society, can be met through the highly interactive collaborative platform, which is highly peaceful at the same time effective called church. Fundamentally a social life consists of challenges. People creating challenges for you and you have to face those challenges. Here people need an uncertainty spectrum to live. Suppose you are a big guy. A big guy can be a big guy when he is rich, famous or in a way like some sort of spotlight is on his body. From that time onwards that particular person is a big guy. Depending on the reality of the ‘BigGuy’s Bigness’ people will respect him or may behave rudely. It again depends on the culture of the individual on how rudely one person will be behaving in the society.

So when there is a spot light on a big guy by some means of money, fame etc, from that moment that particular person will be start facing love/harshness of the society. And some people may behave affectionately, while some other people may behave rudely to the person. Here when the person is a Hindu and Christian we will analyze the scenarios.

I am a Hindu guy, so I was just assuming myself in this situation. Also I need to state that I want peace, no chunk thoughts of religious belief. I need only solutions to help my life to attain a better status; I don’t want to invite any other junk in such name. When as a Hindu, when I face problem, what I can do is go to temple and pray to god. Or join any political party, which is again a social formulation, and die for the party/country/state, which is again your wish.

While its Christianity, I can tell you the following. I don’t know about Christianity, I have seen only churches and I learned in Christian educational institutions. So I know that they stand for peaceful solutions to some extend. Now say I face a problem in the society, how I will be facing if I was a Christian, when say an entire society is ‘eating-my-head’ situation so pathetically. Which is disgusting, but a hard and realistic.

Either I will be going daily to church, or my family will be going daily to church. Or say at least weekly or monthly. Christian solutions by its holistic development in society through its sustainable solutions have helped to create so many highly matured people who are already big in the society like doctors, engineers, and businessmen in the society through their educational institutions like Schools/Colleges/Research development centers, hospitals etc. So me who go to a church everyday which is the best monument in that locality will be getting an opportunity to interact with the highly matured people in the society and build up a relationship. So the person who is going to church by that means only will be having so many relationship in the society who can help solve your problems. Then through so many get together, family celebrations etc I will be able to develop such relationships. Say, if I can create a relationship with a big guy, it’s an ‘uncertainty spectrum’.

An UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM is a solution or it’s the cause of a fear. It’s a fear factor. One person can use the so called ‘UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM’ to avoid so much of inconvenience caused in the society by people to a person who progress in life. So UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM is something like this. I am associated to church. I talk to the one person with whom I built a relationship. That particular person has gone to rome to see the pope or Marpapa, and had a coffee from the local tea shop in Rome and came back. It is similar to some people who build stories when they were in military. But when a person in the society thinks, the guy is talking to a guy who went Rome, and the ‘Rome’ will make him an INTERNATIONAL GUY. There is huge difference between an international and local. If it’s INTERNATIONAL nobody will have any idea what happened in INTERNATIONAL but if its LOCAL people will have some idea what happened in local. UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM I explained will be bigger and better when the particular case is INTERNATIONAL. So here if you speak, Christianity is a religion, which we can rely fully meaning, we will be able to go to a church with our family. It’s not like a party office, in which half a dozen might be dead tomorrow on the streets. Here though how small that UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM be it will help to create a fear factor among people in society. People will not simply be jumping on your head and eating your head if you are with UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM and without UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM.

Basically in Christian religion, UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM creation can be beautifully done with family involvement. Meaning so many people who are matured enough who got a high status can be made in relationship can solve your problems, through your relationship build activity through the churches.

Here UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM can be built through various steps. Many social formulations like political parties and even religions will be doing that using/spreading fear. UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM is all about this, if you are touching me in a bad shape, you will be having a bad experience. So touch me carefully. So if you have any solutions, try to adjust that with or without touching me. But I would say, preferably without touching me. As a matter of fact, any person who grows up in their life will need to face such problems in life. It may be a neighbor rich/powerful person threaten you, your business competition may need to make yourself with an image, in which you are a big person. You may want to convey this message to the society that I am a big person. Here is what you call UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM will come into picture. So when a big guy threatens you, you will need an UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM to defend him. Using the UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM you will be telling that you are also a big person, so touching me may be bit problematic. Some people will tell like, if you touch me I will beat you, I will do something to hurt you, But better solutions which offers sustainability will solve this problems maturely.

So if you go to church in every week at least, and if your church consists of so many highly big people, you by that simple mean can create an UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM. But at the same time, I am a Hindu and if I go to Temple everyday, I will get blessing from god. Then another option is like I can join a political party, which is also a social formulation. People join the political parties and other social formulations to get this very benefit of achieving a big status in the society. ‘I am a BIG GUY and I have got so much of UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM around me and people should be dealing nicely with me’ is the message conveyed by a normal big guy in the society. And this UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM creation has to be done very carefully. This is where the sustainable solution comes into picture.

There will be so many advantages by associating to any social formulation like a religion or political party apart from UNCERTAINITY SPETRUM. But i am only telling a family should be able to accept such solutions at the same time being beneficiary of it. So it tells like tomorrow if you can offer me a benefit of UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM which is family acceptable, i may even join a political party to take advantage of it.

UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM for a family is needed in such a way to create a fear among the big people to convey the message that I am also a big guy and you should deal nicely with me. And a family need UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM in such a way like create such a small fear and come back to family and live a life.

But many of the social formulations in the society, other than some exceptional cases like Christianity deals with it in a very bad shape. Some political organizations in society goes for the terrorizing methodologies to convey this very specific message of creating UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM. So when the spread fear or terror, people will be afraid of those people or in other words in such cases the UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM depth will be higher. Such kind of UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM created by FEARFUL or TERRORISING methodologies are not good for the society. So any social formulation or an organization when they try to achieve the ability to create UNCERTAINITY SPECTRUM is attained through TERROR or FEARFUL methodologies, its going to create so much of negative impact in the society. It will not help a family to get help and come back to family and live a life. Any TERRORFUL or FEAR CREATING methodologies are not family accepted solutions. And its not good for the people who born in good families too. Also FEAR in society is a good cause. A FEAR generated through the appropriate methodologies are good for people to live. A BIG guy is afraid of a relatively small guy by some means through FEAR is good.

So FEAR to some extend is good for society. A FEARFUL society will be happy society. At the same time that FEAR should be generated through sustainable solutions. And sustainable solutions should be

1. Interactive collaborative platforms 2. Relationship building activity 3. Awareness of methodologies 4. Successful leaderships in society through matured ways.

Social Formulations for the social harmony..!!

So many years, I had been thinking on how to formulate solutions that are sustainable for the social situations or social life. An Organization is a social element and thus anything pertaining to this very social formulation will be applicable to the Organization itself. For many years society was evolving and thus technologies and new applications, but fundamentally people had always only one single cycle throughout. That was this.

Producer-Consumer cycle to meet the Demand-Supply Chain. Since the social formulation and from the time to time social evolution, people were contributing to this very idea of meeting social demands. So any products/services/technology people were so far created/invented/discovered was to meet this very social need. So once a person lives in a society, he will become part of this social evolution and thus he will become part of the Producer-Consumer life cycle.

From time to time, people had been using various mechanisms for these transactions mutually happens also to align with Demand-Supply chain, and the latest in the evolution is money. So somebody will be giving money and somebody will be consuming money in align with same producing/consuming of either services/products being created by the producer and being consumed by the consumer.

So on the various stages of social evolution, better ideas suited for the very social conditions were formulated. How efficiently and effectively the Demand-Supply can be meet. How efficiently and effectively the Producer-Consumer ratio can be met. During the social evolution when somebody thought about a way through which how this Producer-Consumer, Supply-Demand ratio can be met, the first Organization formed. From such a formulation of an

Organization, we can assume the following.

1. An Organization is part of the society. 2. An Organization serves the Purpose of Producer-Consumer, Supply-Demand ratios. 3. An Organization has got social responsibilities of various forms through families. How an Organization connected to families I will explain later. A family is the most precious/most precise form in a society. So when we see a family, we see a more unit part in a society than we see in a consumer. A consumer is much lower part of family, but family gives the bigger or probably the best picture in its most precise single unit measurement. 4. An Organization will be led by a social entity, who is a social being. In a social term, he will be called the leader of the Organization. 5. A leader according to his intelligence/wisdom, may formulate the solutions for the Organizations. So if the solutions that are formulated are going to help the Organization to sustain for long years, we call it sustainable solutions. But most of the leaders will not be possessing a high level of IQ/EQ to derive sustainable solutions. It will cause many Organizations that we see in society as non-sustainable solutions or non-sustainable organizations. 6. An Organization can take part in the Producer-Consumer life cycle at any point in time. So the entity of an Organization who at some point in time serves the purpose of the Producer may be an entity who will be a Consumer at some point in time. 7. Since Organization serves or contribute to Social cycle of Demand-Supply. An Organization also possess a social responsibility to serve the society. So as long as somebody leads an Organization, he is not only meeting the Demand-Supply chain, but he is also serving the purpose of a social responsibility. When somebody fails to serve the same social responsibility, it can impact the society through the means of impacting the consumer. Social responsibility definition is as follows, Producer when he produces, Consumer expects or plan his life/family life in accordance with production from the Producer, so one way or other way, both parties are liable to serve both parties agreements on a morality ground, as both serve the role of Producer/Consumer in Society. 8. Since Producer-Consumer, Demand-Supply chain is vital for social sustainability, it also need to be driven by rules. Because the moment, an Organization fails to serve this rules, probably in an unethical manner, it will impact the sustainability of the Organization and thus will impact the society. Since Organization serves consumer and thus family. When there is an impact on the consumer/family in an unethical manner, it is the failure of an Organization to perform its social responsibility, which eventually will have an impact on the society on a longer duration or on the shorter duration.

Then in a society as per the above formulations, there may be various kinds of Organizations. An Organization may be Tea Stall, Vegetable Shop, Bakery, Hospital, Educational Institutions, Manufacturing Plants or any Industries. According to the sustainability in the solutions that an Organization have, we can categorize the Organizations in two general Category.

1. Un-Organized Organizations 2. Organized Organizations

Unorganized Organizations are the organizations that consume a specific short term social need/situation. For example, somebody needs vegetables and a leader comes from society and starts an Organization called ‘XYZ Vegetable shop’. They basically would have intention to serve a specific short term need or a short term demand-supply chain. This depth of the Organization may vary from small-scale organization to large-scale organization depending on the scale of the supply/demand chain they fulfill. But the moment, an Organization is not having a systematic sustainable solutions to offer for its long term sustainability, it will be called Unorganized Organizations. Basically Un-Organized Organizations are a social impact. It impacts society through its solutions which are not sustainable. I will explain how Organized Organizations serves the need of the society and how they will be positively impacting the society while unorganized solutions negatively impact the society. How do the social impact comes from both organized/unorganized organizations can be explained in few points as follows. Organized Organization:

Ø Value Consumers on a process oriented/systematic manner: It will help to create a healthy happy culture or build relationship. Families/Consumer will be taken care very well or in a more organized manner at an organized organization which will create ‘happiness’ in the experience of becoming part of a Producer/Consumer cycle. As a result more families will go for meeting Demand-Supply rather an individual person goes to an Organized Organization. So here it increases the family participation and thus Organization will become more blend as a social element. That blending with efficient/effective factors, primarily monitory benefit will tell the status of the Organization.

Ø Employee Welfare: An employee working in an Organized Organization will have a status in society associating to an Organization which got Ethics/Trust etc. which are tagged to a brand value. It will help creating dreams in his mind from a self-actualization state. I am working in much more safer/happier environment will help to boost his own self-esteem and his status in the society.

Ø Competitive Platforms: An Organized Organization will give more competitive platforms than an unorganized organization. A quality worker who work in an Organized Organization can look forward to more challenging job than sticking to the same job that he performs.

Ø Dress Code: A dress code in a society, which do not know how to wear neat dress is something that makes a social impact. It will help to boost self-esteem and will help to create dreams in the minds of workers.

Ø Organized Organization depends on process/system/rules/regulations while unorganized organization generally depends on the people: In an organized organization, system will be tagged to brand value. So organized organization will always be taking care of brand value, which give a holistic upraise to the quality in whole delivery of organization to society. While in an unorganized Organization, it will not have any brand value and may not be really worried about anything in longer term. So it all depends upon the owner/leader of the organization who generally do not be driven by any specific rules/regulations/process/system. So the services made available from an unorganized organization do not guarantee the ethics/quality/value unless the leader involved is adhering to that. So here the primary difference is that quality of services/products offered from an Organized Organization will be tagged to a brand Value. Generally Organized Organization will go for brand, having a long term goals in mind. So he will generally will protect business values. Which is the assumption at least, but again it may vary depending on how much an Organized Organization is organized. But in the case of an Unorganized Organization, all the qualities expected out from an Organization will be tagged to a leader/Person. So the leader will be deciding which most probably resulting in a not systematic/not orderly fashion to deliver products or services to the maximum quality. But here also, depending on the IQ/EQ of the leader, the quality of the services offered from an Un-Organized organization may vary.

Un-Organized Organization fails to serve so many goals and few of them are above mentioned. Organized Organizations are the Organizations that will have sustainable solutions. When somebody provide sustainable solutions, it comes at a cost. It comes at Intelligence/Time/Effort/Resources etc. So many Organized Organizations will have a brand value. So they will have a brand associated to them. Eg: Nike, Ferrari etc. A brand indicates that they have sustainable solutions or at the minimal it indicates that they stand/wish that they have sustainable solutions. So a brand value which comes at a cost and so sustainable solutions. So what are sustainable solutions of an Organization?

Basically anything that can serve the purpose of Producer-Consumer, Demand-Supply chain for rest of the life by making Benefit/Profit/Money/Value (It basically depends upon the supply-demand in society on what they should be expecting in return) is called Sustainable Solutions.

Who will be the Beneficiary of the sustainable solutions? One big mistake that I have observed in my life is that many Organizations talk about Consumer as the beneficiary. Consumer is a lower measuring unit. But Consumer as himself do not have any existence. Consumer is a social entity. When Organization serves society, we should be finding a measuring unit aligning with social formulation. The most precise unit that can be measured like a consumer, when you talk in the perspective of society is the family. So an Organization never makes any consumer happy, but organization makes a family happy. And when a consumer/family is happy from an Organization, the society will be happy. When it comes to unhappiness, it’s the same criteria which is applicable. Provided the following,

1. A consumer is never a social entity as a single person. 2. To formulate a society, there should be more than one person. 3. And Organization can’t stand for a consumer, Organization serves society. So when an Organization stands for the society, we should be taking a measurement unit from the society. So the most precise form of measuring unit from the society is a family. So an Organization always serves a family, never a consumer, probably also a consumer. Consumer is lower measuring unit, which comes under family. Consumer always has to be satisfied, but Organizations should be actually looking for the satisfaction of families, as an Organization serves society and thus family, which is the single/precise measuring unit of the society.

Having said that, what is again sustainable solutions? Solutions that can serve the family needs (From here onwards, I may be referring a family as the consumer, provided it is the precise single measurement unit in society, as society can never be formulated with one person and it always need more than one person) for a very long term are called sustainable solutions. Basically sustainable solutions are highly subjective, it purely depends upon the Demand-Supply, Producer-Consumer proportions to derive out the sustainable solutions. So one can always try to make a system in which all qualities of sustainable solutions are involved. So how do we simplify it? What are all the commonalities that we can find in any sustainable solutions? Basically any sustainable solutions will make families happy. So I can say ‘happiness’ is the sustainable solution. But it generally contains so many terms and terminologies that makes or help Organizations to be more systematic and organized.

But basically it makes families happy.

So how do I describe the ‘happiness’ factor or sustainable solutions. I will take a real time example from the society.

We draw a scale from 0 to infinity.

0 denotes the organized solutions. Organized Organization which makes families happy. 0 is the most best conceptualized solution, which most of the times are imaginary. Infinity denotes the un-organized organizations which makes family unhappy.

From this 0-to-infinity scale, we will conclude or derive out the factors/terms/terminologies that are required for sustainable solutions. Solutions that will make family happy to solutions that will make family unhappy, from the following assumptions.

1. So ‘happiness’ is the scaling factor. So it also add to the assumption that when an Organization can make the more family/Consumer happy, the more, the Organization is going to be beneficiary in terms of money/benefit/Profit/value addition etc. Without return on investment, no Organization can sustain. 2. The unit zero will be indicating that the Organization is the most organized organization. Which is most of the time a conceptualized modal or more like an imagination of a best case scenario or a happy path. 3. The unit infinity will be indicating that the Organization is an unorganized Organization. Which also may be an imaginary point, because technically it may not be possible to reach to such infinity point. 4. Also remember that Organization is nothing but an entity of society. And Organization is formulated by a leader who came out of society and meet the Demand-Supply of the society and serves as one of the entity in the Producer-Consumer life cycle. 5. So a sustainable organizational solution is the subset of the sustainable social solution.

Now we will take a real time scenario and will try to find out the impact that is made by these organizations to families in terms of ‘happiness’.

Just for example, I am taking two entities.

I will put an Organization like Tata Group on zero as one of the most Organized Organization, assuming Tata Group made the most number of happiest families.

I will put Bin Laden on infinity as one of the most unorganized Organization. Assuming that Organization which is led by Bin Laden creates the most number of unhappy families. Organization of Bin Laden is also serving the Demand-Supply chain of the Producer-Consumer ratio. If there was no demand from the society, Bin Laden never could supply and thus his organization never could have a stand. So the moment he serves a specific need of society like a leader, he owns an Organization. Depending on the characteristics of his organizations, probably we may tell it is one of the most unorganized organization.

Now we got two extreme entities, Tata Group as an Organized Organization and Bin Laden as an Un-Organized organization. This comparative study will enlighten our thoughts to give much clarity on what exactly the sustainable solutions are. Basically what makes the families more ‘happier’?

So we should be thinking here from different perspectives on how somebody reaches these organizations and how do they meet the Demand-Supply chain. So from those factors, we can figure it out the sustainability factors. Basically it would be few of them, if we think from the following perspectives.

1. How a Consumer / Family goes to an organization. Here the Family is the lowest unit measurement, so family is the first consumer. So what the family will be looking at an organization when they go to an Organization. 1. Trust/ Brand Value: Some sort of trust should be maintained or established between the Producer/Consumer through the social entity called Organization. 2. Quality of Service: Quality of Deliverables from an Organization is the prime important factor determining the sustainability of Organization. Consumer/Family should be getting the best quality of Service/Products that an Organization produces. 3. Relationship: There should be a very good relationship maintained between Organization and the consumer, which is family. Relationship should be in such a way like family should be able to adopt the outcomes of the Organizations to the family, meaning they should be able to use the outcomes in such a way to generate ‘happiness’ in family. 4. Family/Consumer Satisfaction: It’s a subset of Relationship/Quality of Service/Relationship. Consumer Satisfaction can be attained only through long term relationship with consumer by providing the best quality of service and maintaining the relationship. So when you tell maintaining relationship, it is the real outcome of Consumer Satisfaction, but it is the most ever difficult thing any Organization will face in its life cycle. 5. Employee Welfare/ Social Responsibilities: This is also the subset of the Brand Value, and it comes from the Organization Perspectives. So when an Organization maintains the Employee Welfare/ Social Responsibilities, there will be adding to the Trust people will have on the Organization. So basically an Organization from a Trust Perspectives will be observed from the Society throughout the time and that is how the trust is developed. In that observation, what the outcome of an Organization makes is a major criteria/factor that generate Trust of society on the Organization. And it’s a highly critical and primary factor. Trust of the Organization will not only be depending on what is the quality or success of the Organization, It also depends on how ‘Socially accepted an Organization is”. When the Organization is socially accepted, which primarily it has to, because of the reason that Organization is a social entity, Organization has to support the society, and then only the “Trust” on the Organization by the society will be developed. So employee welfare/ Social Responsibilities are the two at most important factor for the Organization to be a socially accepted Organization. It is a highly critical factor to develop Trust in society by giving back to the society. When you give back to the society, then only Organization will be accepted by the society. Society has to be part of the Organization and Organization has to be part of the society and such a social harmony should be maintained, which again contribute to social acceptance and thus Trust. So here the Trust is a directly proportional factor to the social acceptance.

The above are the few mentioned very bottom line primary sustainable solutions. But most of the times, sustainable solutions are very subjective. It depends on so many factors, so Organization should be having the flexibility and should be able to adopt the solutions which may serve as sustainable solutions uniquely for the Organization. Basically when somebody look at or talk about the holistic final list of sustainable solutions, it will be always pertaining to the Organization and then the business they do.

So basically business is the subset of Organization. And Organization is the subset of society. And sustainable solutions will be covering all these aspects and it should be looked from different perspectives to get the final list.

1. Consumer Perspective: How/Why a Consumer/Family goes to an organization. 2. Organization Perspective: It’s very interlinked with the society. All solutions pertaining to the Organization Perspective are on the assumption that Organization has to be a social entity. 3. Business Perspective: It’s purely about the business and Organization does to meet the Supply-Demand.

Consumer perspective will be depending on how much ‘happiness’ is being created by becoming part of the Organization entity as a consumer performing a social responsibility also by performing a role in the Producer/Consumer equation.

Basically Organization is a perspective of formulation of social elements and creating a leadership, and leader leading the Organization. Assuming the Organization has to survive/serve in the society. Business is like the engine of an Organization. Business serves the Supply-Demand.

All these perspectives are at most important and the solutions that are derived should be sustainable to make the overall Organization sustainable.

So far we discussed is the Organized Organization. Now we will get into the other extreme of how are all the characteristics of an Unorganized Organization.

So here though its imaginary points of zero and infinity. Probably Tata Group may be a conceptual modal for the zero, or the most nearest entity to an Organized Organization.

While Say, Bin Laden, who came from society, to meet the Supply-Demand chain, by leading an Organization is also possess solutions which by its characteristics, we can tell whether it’s organized/Unorganized. Since according to me, he was impacting the ‘Happiness’ factor negatively, he might be one of the leader (Organization is always lead by a leader or a group of leaders), who created infinity in terms of Organized solutions. Means he might not meet any sustainability in his solutions. Having said, zero is the most sustainable solutions, and it makes the organization the most Organized Organization. When we deviate from zero, it will deviate on the sustainability in solutions.

So small business, which do not follow the process/do not focus on long term relationship or do not focus on the long term solutions will come in between Eg: 8,100,100 which is a number between zero and infinity. So small business like Vegetable Shops, Bakery, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Manufacturing plants, Servicing Companies all can be placed in between these numbers, depending on how organized they are and how sustainable solutions they have.

Also having said that, when an Organization is organized, it’s a positive impact. While the Organization is unorganized, it’s a negative impact. So any Organization that do not comes in the zero will impact the society negatively in some form. Eg: Customer Satisfaction may be an impact or Employee welfare or Employee Self Pride/Self Esteem may be one factor which might be getting impacted. Which is actually a social impact. So any

Organization that do not come to zero, is actually will be making some sort of negative impact to the society and it will be impacting the ‘happiness’ in families.

Also having said, zero is an imaginary point for an Organization. Which possibly never be able to attain for any Organization unless there is a social/political/economic etc conditions that are supporting the Organization in such way.

Having said, zero is the most Organized Organization and infinity is the most Unorganized Organization. Both of the points are actually a conceptualization and thus imaginary points probably. And most of the Organizations now we see, having said a leader comes from society and meet the demand of Demand-Supply chain are Organizations, thus a Vegetable Shop, Bakery, Hospital, Educational Institution etc all are Organizations. If a less number like 2, 10, and 50 will denote they are highly Organized Organization, while a number which are near to the infinity will denote that they are highly Unorganized Organization. So most of the Organizations that we see in society will come in the middle point somewhere.

So basically when an Organization, attains the scale which are nearer to zero, it will cause the positive impact. While the Organization attains the numbers on the scale, which are nearer to the infinity, it will cause the infinity numbers. So fundamentally the Organization has to achieve the numbers nearer to zero, to maintain the harmony in the society. So when the Organizations are scaled, to the numbers nearer to the zero, the more social ‘happiness’ or ‘social harmony’ is maintained rather, when we consider the Organizations which are in numbers on the scale nearer to infinity. So a society with more Organized Organizations will have more peace, love, system/platforms for the social problems, social harmony etc than in a society with Unorganized Organizations. According to me Corporate Companies which adhere to the extreme standards/processes in its best way will make the best social impacts. For eg: Tata Group, while Un Organized Organizations with higher values nearing infinity will create bigger negative impacts.

The Kill

It was a nice day with weather and they were driving the long hill into the jungle. I was looking outside like nothing happening inside me and was enjoying or could i? He was smiling all the time like he always do and was cracking some useless jokes. I looked at him like, does he mean anything he tells. The Jeap was climbing the hills like it was very tough to reach there and as a matter of fact, there were no roads at all. And the two guys who were sitting in the back along with him were laughing like they heard a funny joke and it was throughout happening in the journey and we were travelling for around few hours. And fun was there throughout. I looked outside through the trees and the light was piercing through the trees to my eyes. Though it was bit disturbing I wanted to enjoy that beauty and the rhythm of the jungle. The beautiful trees and the butterflies around where flying in the sky was so beautiful. There was a waterfall around somewhere was giving a sound of the water flowing around. I asked the guy who was driving the jeep, How long it will take? He told may be thirty minutes and its very tough to drive. I didn’t ask anything more. When I looked back, as usual he was giving a smile at me and he turned back to crack some jokes and everybody started laughing. He is really a funny guy I thought, but I turned back and told ‘Could you please stop..’. Suddenly everybody stopped smiling but they continued smiling. I looked outside and when I looked at the sky bit outside, the light breeze with cold wind and a shower of rain was giving me a chill feel. And the jeep was going to the hills. Finally we reached our place, where there was a waterfall and we all moved to the ground over there. When we reached there I told him to sit down on your knees. He sat there on the ground. Every guys were around and they were looking at me and he just the way he always does, was smiling and I never could understand why he always smile. I took my brand new revolver from my back and checked it and pointed gun at him. Then also he was smiling and he told ‘have a nice day..’. I pointed gun at him praying he should not be smiling at me, but he was doing it even when I shot him. My friends pushed the body down from the hill to the waterfall. I walked to the Jeap, and I could hear somebody telling like ‘oh..crazy’..!! Then on the way back when I tried to enjoy the beauty of butterflies, I was thinking ‘Why he was smiling at me?’. The clouds around me where so fast or is it the Jeap so fast..! When a drop of tears fall on my hands, I thought it was raining outside, but when I looked outside it was those butterflies and skies and the same valley that I always see..!! It never changed..or did i? I can never change..

The sense in a non-sense: When the god is an alien..!!

I many times tried to look out the world for clues that placed in this world to prove the presence of an extra-terrestrial presence which touches every human being. Say if I was an extra-terrestrial coming to earth, I never should be showing my extra-terrestrial carry truck that we call like space-ship and sent few coolest weapons to earth to destroy it as it’s shown in movies. But instead I would be spending a lot of time to study the earth and come up with plans to strategically control earth and will be trying to avoid any war kind of situation unless it’s really required. When I tell avoid war, it is always a fact that when two kind of species has to unite, one take reasonable advantage over the other and eventually extinguish the presence of other species depending on the capacity/caliber of the other species and definitely threat or level of relationship is also another factor. Then it all depends on how efficiently the two different species can get along by building relationships. The stronger the relationships, the less the chances of a war kind of situation. So no good leader ever started a war, unless there is a reason. So if there is a presence of extra-terrestrial people in this world, there could have been a war logic, doesn’t make any logic. Now we just need to think only if there is any extra-terrestrial presence on earth.

We will not be able to just wipe out entire possibility for the existence of extra-terrestrial species on earth. Our milky way is big and there could have been human kind of species in other planets too. We are intelligent people. Have we ever thought how we made bulb or radio? Or so many inventions? It is just because one single reason. We can feel... We can feel the taste, hunger, pain, emotions and all the feelings that we have. When we feel the difference, we will be able to calculate, measure and predict. There is always a prediction before inventions, the greatest of the people behind those inventions gave it a name, ‘The dream’. So the dreams are materialized because we human can feel the difference. A bird if you observe, does the same thing again and again every day, it doesn’t feel the difference. A lion when torture a rabbit, it never think the difference between eating a carrot instead. I never aware of any species in this world, who tried out things differently because it knows/feel the difference. Certain animals possess the characteristics of ‘feeling’ their world, but its very unique to what they do. Dog shows care to their owners etc. But human species shows it very uniquely. The most revolutionary part in this is that they come up with new ways to improve their life. When there are a feeling like ‘pain-areas’, they reduce the pain with new inventions or discoveries. So my point here is that what if species are out there, somewhere in Milky Way, in which who can feel better or having the capacity that enable human being to make inventions, with double/more capacity of the humans. Then they will be evolving in much speedier way than human beings. They will invent stuffs with much more quality and fast. It will enable them to come to earth, well before human beings could reach to them. So basically that we see in scientific fiction movies..!! Aliens coming to earth. But people who possess such a high level of intelligence will never attack the earth just like that. There first attempt will be to strategically get control over the life of humans. Something that they would be interested in the initial times of life would be something like follows. Get control over the following items of humans.

Governance/Authority/King

Religion/belief

Profession/Job/Work

By taking control over the governance, an extra-terrestrial invasion can actually start their first step in measuring the humans and seeking out a strategic alliance, avoiding a war situation. So if I was an extra-terrestrial coming to earth, I would be seeking out the options on the above mentioned.

So having said that to search the presence of extra-terrestrial stuff, we should be starting within us rather we search in milky-ways. Because only a hero does war, others do calculated moves to get the same benefit as the outcome of a war. In order to reach earth, somebody should be showing such level of intelligence. Or if a lion/Godzilla kind of alien reaches earth, they may only making maximum of tsunami caused or to analyze the loss, we can watch a Godzilla movie or Jurassic park whenever gets time, that too when we have leisure time. Who worries about a lion who is out of cage? What we may worry will be about a Bin laden, who is intelligent or Dawood Ibrahim, who is a master mind?

So when we look an alien stuff among us, whether if somebody already have invaded us, where we should be looking. It must be in

Here I am not really good to tell exactly what happens at the level of meeting the basic needs of human beings. Governance and government are something that my observations can’t reach to. But in world, I have observed the governments that run in accordance with how human beings are created. I have observed religions in accordance with how human beings are created and the profession. What is the criteria that made me chose these categories are the basic needs of human beings. Without a good governance body/law enforcement system, there won’t be peace. Without a religion, there won’t be control on majority of people. And my personal thought is that a religion will be helping a majority, but not intelligent leaders who drive the majority. The leaders will not be really interested in any religion, but when we take a society as a whole a religion or division based on some belief is something that we can’t avoid/exclude. Moreover a religion is something that teaches/lead people who are not capable of sustaining themselves within their own thought process. So religion is an important area of concern on that ground, it need not be called as religion, but instead can be called as a ‘belief’. Then there will be the work people does. Profession is another important thing which people should be considering very important in their life. When it comes to a third party, these three things would be their matter of interest than really giving them protection by means of food/shelter etc. But at the same time, we should also be understanding that government/governance will be giving them those means or satisfy those needs, which comes under our criteria ‘governance’.

HOW WE CAN FIND OUT ALIEN PRESCENCE:

Before I make out these points, let me re-iterate that these thoughts may not be exactly meant to convince the presence of aliens, but will be telling that if an alien came to earth before, this is how he should have done. So none of the statements below should not be taken on its on ground, but should be taken as a catalyst if you have such a thought.

I liked ‘Independence day’ movie, but it was a movie which doesn’t make any sense or it might happen to human beings in a time, when human are capable of fighting against these aliens. Also war is the outcome of uncertainty or fear, which a good leader can most of the time avoid. Also it is such a waste of time to think that an alien will waste their highly productive resource and energy for war on a billion light year away planet called ‘Earth’, unless it is really important or and by then if they can make the resources required on the same planet called ‘Earth’ or at least in a near-by planet, if ‘earth’ is not safe for production of resources. But it should also be satisfying the condition that those planets should be like the same environment friendly and good for production. And most important thing is that an alien will never be draining out the resources that they have brought from their planet, unless it is available on the planet which is near-by and reachable from planet ‘Earth’. So it also implies that in case if Aliens have invaded us, they will not be attacking us like shown in movies, but will be strategically deploying ‘influence of some kind’ on key positions. Like governance, religion and work of people. So we have to look for two things, and identify them, to find out the influence of aliens on this world called Earth.

So what could be the nature of ‘influence of some kind’ on governance/religion/profession of humans? It could be something like they might be ‘communicating’ already to people on earth. Provided they are highly advanced in terms of technology and they might have reached earth many thousands of years before. So communicating to a human, by an alien who invaded earth will not be a difficult thing to do. So the ‘influence of some kind’ I mentioned before would be this.

Finding out and deploying the right kind of people who can influence the governance body/ religion or believes of human/ and the profession /work they do.

Then most importantly communicate to them and give them directions.

So when I tell, aliens will not opt for war a billion light year away unless they can consume the resources locally, it all stands for the possibility of this. Aliens are already inside our world, consuming the resources available locally. It might be in any form of resources. And one another thing that they will be doing is studying the species they come across, that’s we human. Provided somebody should be out there in this world who is already communicating to aliens, to control these three factors which are governance/religion/work. So here the primary medium that connects or give aliens control over the human is one important thing ‘Communication’.

Let me tell you one thing, which is important of communication. A good level of communication implies the right set of relationship. Establishing the right set of relationship is getting control over the primary factors governance/religion/work. So Aliens could establish the means of communication, with human being, it’s the most powerful weapon. If Aliens are communicating and establishing the right relationship, it means that they will not need to do war and can consume a lot of resources locally, provided destructing an entire species is not their objective primarily. Also a war is an outcome of fear and uncertainty, and in history if a war happened, it happened only when there is a need for control over an absolute uncertain area. Here if aliens have visited earth, they might have got a lot of time to study humans which might have reduced their level of uncertainty or fear. In all the time, leaders were doing war when there was threat to their own existence, but here in this case we might never be a threat to an alien. It might also have happened in this way that the highly intelligent alien species have strategic relationships built across the galaxies, or wherever the intelligent species like human are found. So if aliens have already came to earth, they might built this strategic relationships with human species either with the calculation in mind to get the whole control over the human species. So they gets a lot of time to either avoid war or prepare for a war.

Now we will look into where we can possibly find the people who might have established relationships with aliens by means of communication and thus relationship to themselves. In order to find the alien presence in among human governance, we should be first finding out how the best human governance run. When we look into the governance, we should be looking into the nations where the good governance run is with the following factor, which country has the following measured high factor.

Under which governance people enjoy their life or people celebrate their life.

Highly productive governance

When we look into this I should be pointing out to European countries/US. So if aliens might have established a relationship with a governance body, it must be with the most efficient govt. And here the capacity of the governance is not measured by not looking into the efficiency of leadership, but by means of how people enjoy their life and how efficient and productive they are. So if an alien is in some governance body, they must be present in US/European governance body. It also implies that less problematic governance means, the less effort on managing the govt. The more efficient the governance means, the more concentrated effort on alien’s own work/less cost spent on their own resources or less utilizing their own resources. So I personally believe that if an alien has invaded earth and established communication with human beings and through the same nurtured a good relationship, then they must be in a place where the people enjoy/celebrate their life and a good governance is on. One possible such country would be any of European countries or US. These are few of place where people celebrate their life and possess relatively high productivity, which will help the aliens to reduce the cost involved in utilizing their own resources. An efficient governance also means that they gets more time on their own work.

Then another important managing mechanism is controlling the religion. So aliens should have a religion which is controlled to control the majority of people of the world. Which should be possessing a relatively high standards in terms of the same criteria as follows.

Both of these aspects of a religion will make the controlling of religion a less cost affair. Again high level of quality in the both above parameters also implies that people will be self-organized and less cost is involved in maintaining the religion. So when I personally look into such a religion in this world, it will be pointing towards ‘Christianity’ religion. So if an alien has invaded the world, they must have taken control of people who can influence the ‘Christian’ religion. It is also need to mention that Christianity is a religion that allow people to celebrate their life and possess a very good/efficient governance body for themselves.

Now after the governance body and a religion, we are left with work life of people. So what should be the parameter that should be deciding the area where the presence of aliens could be located? That is corporate world. If you see any work place, that can be divided into following on a very broad level.

Organized sector

Unorganized sector

In this when an alien people controlling something like profession, controlling an un-organized sector is too much costly and they may not be even getting more control over the sectors. But controlling the organized sector is very much less costly and more productive. So if aliens have control over the day to day work human does, it must be on this organized sector. Which is less costly and effective utilization of their own resources as well as the resources that they find from earth. So if you look around for the same criteria, your search will end up in the corporate business sector, which is very much organized and centralized and is very easy to control. Controlling few people means, the entire business sector is controlled.

So when somebody asks why the wealth of the world is in few hands, it’s the reason. Aliens might wanted it to be centralized, so that they can effectively control one of the worth resource that drive the human beings, which is money. So aliens might be controlling the corporate leaders, in a case aliens have already invaded this world. So for the ‘profession’ entity, aliens might be controlling the corporate world which is organized and controlled in a centralized manner where the whole money is accumulated in few people. Again so much of money in right hands means high control over the acts of human beings while so much money in the wrong hands or dispersed money, is high cost on controlling the human beings in terms of money/finance.

Also personally speaking I do not see any chance for any alien species coming and attacking us for few reasons.

War is always a massive utilization of resources, which they won’t be doing it unless they can make weapons.

If they are making weapons locally, there intelligence might have established relationships with people, which can also avoid a war situation. A healthy relationship can always avoid war situation.

And in a case, if a war happens, humans need not look at galaxies, by the same theory that they will not massively utilize their highly productive resources a billion years away. But they will be attacking us from locally produced weapons. So if a war comes, it will be happening from the underground. They must have some weapon production system under ground, and my wild guess is that it must be located under some sea, may not be under ground, as sea is much more safer than ground.

Personally I see that aliens might avoid any situation that can avoid war, though what we have seen so far is that different species when they communicate has always tried to extinguish the other species, but so far we have seen were the people who were not intelligent or people who can’t feel. So when two different species collaborate intelligently, I see that there is less chance of war situation, as they can intelligently see things. It will be like tension between two countries. But if somebody is seriously thinking about an upcoming war, they need not look at planets, it will be starting from the underground.

So do you see aliens within us? What if the god’s that we pray to are aliens?

Parameterized relationships in society..!! How we can make healthy/happy society by building healthy/happy relationships..

The society of the human kind are based on relationships. The relationships can be of different types varying in the intensity and the type involved. The base of any relationship can be classified as two, one is the relationship which is personal and the second is the relationship which is professional. It also implies that a human being is designed in such a way like they work, earn for their living and nurture a personal relationship, which is most of the times their own family. But when we try to narrow down the relationship into two, it would come in two flavors or variant

Personal Relationship Non-personal relationship

Both kind of relationships are the very causes of mere existence of human being in a society. People in the society makes relationships, which are good or may be bad and they make or earn an outcome from those efforts of getting into relationships. Definitely when human beings are social beings, they posses certain characteristics from other species. They make relationships by means of so many feelings, emotions, care, love etc. And these feelings and emotions of varying types will have varying impact on the personal/non-personal relationships.

In both relationships, human beings are designed to give personal relationship or personal life more priority that the non-personal life. It also says that the relationships which comes under the category of personal/non-personal relationships are the building block of the first category called personal relationship. It also proves that relationships plays a vital role in making a human being social being.

A social life of human being starts in a family, which is another form of relationship, which comes under categorization called personal relationship. Any person most of the times, gets familiar with the first kind of relationship called personal relationship and then gets into the second category of relationship called non-personal relationship. Though I personally believe that nobody teaches anybody anything in this world, it is proven that the health of personal relationships also determines the health of a non-personal relationships of a human being makes in the society.

There are so many ways through which we can build relationships in the society.

A HEALTHY SOCIETY DEPENDS UPON A HEALTHY SYSTEM CAPABLE OF BUILDING BETTER RELATIONSHIPS IN SOCIETY.

So what are all the ways through which we can build relationships in the society? There were many ways through which people were making personal/non-personal relationships from centuries. But all the times, overall health of the social lives were absolutely depending upon the ways or mechanisms involved in making better relationships in society. As I told, from centuries people had many ways to involve or develop in relationships. Few examples were friendships, marriages, chit-chats etc. These were the few of the mechanisms available in building relationships in society. But even we tell these broad categories, we should be also telling that there are a broad range of varieties and flavors for any single category that we take, for example friendship. If you take friendship, we can tell that me and this guy have this kind of relationship because we are friends from the time of college, another flavor is that we met in tea stall, we met in facebook, we became friends while on a travel to my native are few of the example of making relationship called ‘friendship’.

It makes absolute sense in measuring/noticing/watching how people are getting into relationship to determine the overall health of the society.

HEALTH OF THE SOCIETY DEPENDS UPON HOW PEOPLE INSIDE ARE GETTING INTO RELATIONSHIP. A HEALTHY WAYS IN ESTABLISHING RELATIONSHIPS IN SOCIETY WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE HEALTH OF SOCIETY. AND IT IS ABSOLUTLY A MEASSURABLE PARAMETER/INDEX TO DECIDE THE HEALTH OF SOCIETY AT ANY POINT IN TIME.

So people who are contributing to the society as leaders in society also should be measuring this index to determine the health of society and should be taking preventive measures. Definitely a healthy society can deliver happiness while an unhealthy society can deliver unhappiness. So a good leader should always be trying to build a happy society for which he should be building block for people to get involve in healthy relationship in society.

HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS IN SOCIETY ARE DIRECTLY PREPORTIONAL TO HAPPY SOCIETY

So people should always be keen and leaders should always be watching the ways people are involved in making relationships. A simple but really notable one such way I recently observed to make healthy relationship was an initiative by ‘operah winfry’ called ‘Say hi’ initiative. It was like ‘say hi’ to an absolutely unknown person that you meet today and give a smile. It was such a wonderful way to make a healthy relationship in society among another million ways, but it was one beautiful way to make a happy/healthy social life.

So have a happy relationship..for a better life, for a better world.

My seven chapter Novel – Publishing.. ..THE END is not required for all the novels though..

CHAPTER 1: Sitting on the shore of the lake, I could see a train going very far and it was making a roaring noise. Sitting on a concrete block, I was enjoying the heat of the mid-day sun left on the concrete block and it was burning sometimes when I was sitting on top of it. The view from the concrete block over the river was amazing. There were lots of lotus flowers in the river. My place or rather my father’s birth place called ‘Thripunithura’ had lots of temples and churches, so there were so many lotus flowers were sold all the time. People will row over the river to find the lotus flowers and they will pluck the flowers without making any damage to the flower. We ourselves sometimes used to pluck the flower in gang, and used to eat the very inner part of it raw. It tasted good with mild sweet smell of lotus flower. Lotus flowers used to look very good in bunch and they used to scatter around the river was such an amazing view to see. In the evening time, I used to lie down on the concrete block that is constructed on the river shores separating the paddy fields and the river. Sometimes I used to lie down for hours, looking at the orange color sky and the many birds heading towards it nest in the eve time. And you will hear only the echo sound of the birds crying, chirping and ‘bloom’ sound of fishes coming out on the air to see me. It will be total silence except these sounds other than that sometimes the train will crawl distant like a monster and sometimes I used to hear the sound of mothers calling out their kids. From where I used to sit, I could see my house like a small house. There was a lot to walk to reach there. I always used to run, we always used to run. I could see a kid from the far running towards me. When he passed me, he was splattering muddy water on my body and was running towards the place where I used to sit. I used to do like that all the time in my childhood times, I thought. There was so much dirt on body and he was running enjoying mud and water. I heard a lot of noises in the back, while I was looking at him. It was a gang of people in his back, they were chasing for some reasons. I decided to sit on the bump on the paddy field shores with hay for some time. I looked far, I could see small coconut trees planted in some order. It was very small trees, if somebody wanted to get a coconut, they could get it without much effort. There were no thieves much I believe, otherwise there won’t be any coconut at all on these trees. I remembered, I have seen a thief running through these paddy fields myself and people running behind him along with two police officers. I was standing near a tree holding the branches, which was located near my house. I could remember that thief running on the paddy fields and all people chasing him. I was small at that time, probably in the second standard or something. Later my friends of my age told me that police could catch that thief and beat a lot. That was the first time, I really came to know about how powerful the police are. Anyways, this place was free from thieves for sure and obviously from the naughty guys there. When we were there, we used to climb all the trees, especially guava trees. In that land there were lots of guava trees and we used to climb all those trees. There was guy used to look after that land, which was owned by a son-in-law of a big politician in Kerala. This guy won’t like us we playing on those lands, as we may climb in all the trees and may destroy the trees and all. So he used to make us run a lot of times.

I saw that guy when I was walking to the same ground which I was playing from day to late evening till my mother or grand-mother comes. He was very old, he came to me asking ‘How are you and when did you come? And who and all came?’. So many questions, I sat in front of his house for some-time and he was keeping on asking questions about me. I asked ‘How do you feel?’. He started telling all his problems, started murmuring about all problems of his kids. He has two kids, one is doing one small printing shop and other one is learning painting. Meanwhile I heard a sound from inside the house, somebody calling out my name and asking ‘When did you come?’. My father’s place was like that, every body knows everybody well. When in my childhood, we were like a gang of five to six people including a girl. We used to have lunch from different houses. So everybody knew us like one of the member in family. Now that place changed a lot I thought. I told to that guy ‘I came yesterday, father and mother is also with me’. He replied ‘oh..ok’. I asked him ‘How do you do?’, he told ‘come inside’. I got inside his room and he was talking to me. He was not in a good rapo with his father as he choose to paint. Somebody told him that he passed through all the exams till tenth standard in a single stretch, which he failed sometime back. Then when he chose the higher studies, he quit his studies for paintings..!! He was showing me few of his paintings, and some of them were looking very good. He showed a bunch of paper, in which he was drawing parrots of different kinds. Somebody offered him five thousand rupees if he can draw five hundred different parrots. That was also looking nice. After some talk with them I got out of the house. I told bye to all and headed towards the home. Previously that place had only very minimal houses, now it’s all surrounded by so many houses that there is not even a place to build another house. While walking back home, some other old people also asked me ‘When did you come? How long it is seen and all..’ I smiled at them and told that father and mother also came. When I came back, I could hear the loud noise from the terrace people playing cards. My father and my uncle and his friends used to play cards and it was a very common time pass for all those people. My child hood times, I missed the climax of many amitab bachan movies only because of the reason that my father and uncle sometimes stops the game early and we will come back to my place called ‘Muvattupuzha’ on a Sunday late night. At that time, we had two ambassador cars, one for my father and one for taxi. The car in my father’s hand was not permanent, it will be changing all the time, because of the reason that he is in car re-selling business at those times. My father owns a workshop and he used to buy cars on cheap price with good condition and used to do all the maintenance work and used to sell it at a higher price. Sometimes he used to get good price and sometimes ended up in even or loss. Whenever my father’s friends comes, they used to discuss about these buy-selling business. After tenth standard I asked my father ‘shall I join with you in workshop?’, then father told me to concentrate on your studies. Studies, as far as I was concerned was like a habitual thing. I used to study a lot initial times. In my school, there was a chapel, so every morning before going to class room, I will go to chapel and I only used to pray one thing ‘ I should be getting distinction in the tenth standard’. It is considered very remarkable achievement to get distinction in the tenth standard and my sister also could get the same. But when the result came, I was very disappointed that I lost distinction for ten marks. Even my place changed a lot, when I looked through the window of my room to outside I thought. I used to talk and spent a lot of time with jackfruit trees we had near by my window. It will wave hands to me whenever they see me. There were even few nests in the trees. Then later, all the three big jackfruit trees we had cut for extending out house. My father had a plan to build a two story house, for which everything is done, including cutting three jackfruit trees and in the final moment, bank manager didn’t sanctioned the loan. My father is a very short tempered person and he became angry on manager’s act on disagreeing on final moment and he shouted at the manager closed the very topic of constructing the two storied house. But my father renovated our house in such a way that the house had a new look and feel. With a JCB, he ditched down the hilly type areas and made ground and constructed walls around and made a garden and all gave a good new look for the house.

CHAPTER 2: It was dark in the room and I shouted aloud and when I wake up, I was totally sweat like water spilled over my body. When I woke up, I realized that it was a dream. I had no idea, why I started seeing bad dreams, like monsters crawling around and the faces which I see on the streets comes in my dream with swords and weapons. I was not afraid, but don’t know how to express that feeling, may be fear. Fear of monsters, spreading their wings in the room in the dark night. Probably the reason for this nightmare might be that I saw a same person in Bangalore and in my place also. What is there in seeing somebody, might be my mind is unnecessarily framing up things. Then when I saw him, he was looking at me like he wanted to smile. This is not a new thing for me, in the past many months few people were shouting at me. I always knew that people shouts many thing which I don’t need to care about. But they were telling/ shouting about things happened in my office. Few naughty things and things which I was keeping as secret professional/personal. They were shouting like they were constantly watching. I never done any crime or did any bad thing in office, then why the hell should somebody watch at me? I tried my MCA entrance exams many times and I didn’t even get through or didn’t even get a reasonable mark. Which was one of the highest intelligent test which I attended after a course. So why should somebody watch me. Watching inside the office was something acceptable to my mind, but they were watching me outside office. I was under so much pressure at those times. I started watching nightmares, about the people who I see on the streets, about the people who started shouting on me. I was afraid to work even. Then in my night mares they will come and when I look at them, they will have wings, dark wings, spreading wide they will rise to the ray of light passing through the window directly to my eyes.

CHAPTER 3: I was looking outside through the window, then mother called me for something, I turned back and asked why? Mother told me to buy some vegetables for cooking. My house was bit remote from the shops in town. My town was called ‘Velloorkunnam’, which was not really big town but not a small town as well. During the time, I moved Bangalore for my new job, so many changes happened to that place. There was a junction where all the time, some accidents used to happen they constructed without the dangerous curves. Also a muslim mosque situated in that place they ditched down for the road and constructed with marbles and all in the near by land without obscuring the road. I took my Yamaha RX100 and started to town. My father bought me this bike when I was in BCA. From that time, I stopped using my cycle. My cycle also was almost new, when my father bought me this bike. Initially I had a BSA SLR which my uncle gave me, which I was using for a long time. Which I used for cheating a thief and lost it. Btw, it was a funny story. My neighbor one day told me to buy dry grapes from town, when I was studying in pre-degree. So I took my BSA SLR and started to town. When the shop keeper gave me the dry grapes, he folded in such a way like it looked like a bunch of folded money. With the dry grapes on the back of my cycle, I stopped in front of my friend’s house to talk to him. I went inside by keeping the cycle outside, opening the gate and rang the calling bell. His mother came out and told he is not here. When I came back, somebody stole my cycle. Somebody thinking that the folded dry grapes might be money, they stole my cycle. I personally considered that as an ever time achievement in my life, that is to cheat a thief. Then I got bit shouting at home from my mother and father for not keeping anything safe and carelessness. Then for me to have a cycle was a necessity for my family. Whenever my mother wanted to buy anything, it became very difficult for my mother to do house hold works. That is how my father bought a new cycle for me with recommendation from my mother. The cycle was for everybody, my sister and my brother. Then when I got into bachelor degree, I started making noise in house. I wanted a bike. Everybody in college are coming in bike, though fact was that few people were coming in bike. But I wanted bike at any cost. Even my younger brother’s friend’s had bike. Then finally my father agreed to buy a bike, and we started searching for a second hand bike. I wanted Yamaha RX100. It was small, powerful at that time. Then again another problem, I don’t know how to ride the bike. I presented this problem with my friends. I told my father has got a lampy scooter which nobody is using, which we will fill the petrol and will try learning. I had license for two wheeler, but I was not really good in riding bike and I was bit afraid too. My two friends came to home one day to take the scooter, they told my mother that they know riding and somebody hold the bike and one sat in the back and I ride the scooter. I ride the scooter somehow reached till one far end of the road and I told my friend it is not a big deal to ride a scooter or bike. When he tried, he is not able to ride. Then we decided to go to our ground which we call stadium ground and decided to teach him how to ride. That day, we both ride the scooter and I became good in riding the scooter. After two weeks, I got my second hand bike Yamaha. Then I used to go in bike to college for some time.

CHAPTER 4: I shouted that night, because of pain on my body. It was late that night and in my room I was alone. I was looking for reasons. In fact looking for many reasons. What I never had in my life so far was answers. Why it is happening to me? So far I was never crying, but I was shouting. from that night it all started, from that place where it all started to this moment, I never cried. Many times, I wanted to cry out loud, but my mind never allowed me to do that, so I was shouting. The more pain I got, the more I shouted, the more I shouted, the more I got pain. Yesterday also I saw those guys, while I was travelling from Cochin to my place, when I ride my bike from town to my home. I saw those guys, strangers. They were strangers, but they are seen everywhere. In the beginning and the end of every journey, they show their face and will smile at me and will disappear. And they will disappear like they have nothing to do with my life. Then why should I care about so much about the strangers that I see. Initially I never worried, then I started noticing, then they were shouting, they were smiling and now the pain. When I sleep, it crawls on body like a thousand ants crawling through your body and it will push you down on the bed, then you will feel the pain. You will start feeling the pain. In fact that was the moment, I started or realizing the strangers. The strangers that you see were not really strangers. Initially it was all fear that drove me, fear of strangers and dark night. But that night changed everything, when I had to run away from that place, I never could tell anybody the reason that I felt the pain of breaking your bones into thousand pieces. I never could tell anybody that somebody told me that ‘It is a sting removal processes and I never wanted anything but escape from that place. Till that time or till this moment, I never wanted anything but I just wanted to live my life.

CHAPTER 5: It was a busy day in the office. I was a hard working guy. I used to spent lot of time in office, as I never had anything that kept me busy all the time except wandering around nearby malls in Bangalore. And most of the times I used to roam around alone. The company which I was working was one of the highest paid company in the market (provided, I am not talking about the super paying companies). One day I was walking towards the forum mall, then all of a sudden one guy who was standing in a mobile store shouted at me ‘what you do with yahoo messenger?’. It was an odd behavior to me and I was experiencing such an experience for the first time in my life. He shouted at me, but when I looked at him, he turned his face and other than a feeling that I did something wrong, that incident didn’t leave anything on me. Probably it was not to me or I might had this weird feeling that people are noticing me. In fact, when I was in my company, I always had bit complexes. Different types of complexes, one of which was something like this that all people notices me or looks at me, and sometimes nobody even cares about me even on a day I wear the costliest shirt in the world I could buy. And obviously there were a list of girls, who I wanted them to look at me on a day I wear these shirts. Those times, I had lots of money in my hand. My home, there was not much need for money and end of every month it ended up so much of money. Then I started buying everything branded, sometimes very costly shirt, perfumes and make overs. Then later I find out that very truth about me that spending money over make-over and shirts is such a waste of time. Nobody in this world is going to look at you, even if you wear the most costly shirt and obviously make overs, for example fair and lovely, lakme, l’oreal etc. And obviously these brands had a very costly items they had which I was a regular customer. So a bunch of money on a monthly basis was flowing for these reasons. One is lots of outfits and lots of make-over products. Then slowly I realized this fact, I don’t need to spent much money on this and no matter what you wear or what make over you have, nobody in this world is going to notice you. So I changed my strategy. Anyways the shirts that I buy will be used only if my targeted viewers are looking at me on the day I wear, in other cases, no matter how costly it is, I used to throw away. Then this idea came to my mind. Why should I throw away good shirts. Anyway its trial and error. So my new strategy was something like this, with the same cost of I shirt I started buying two three shirts and started trying out. And in my company there were so many good looking girls. Then along with work, I started roaming around the malls. Most of the time, I will be in office irrespective of Saturdays and Sundays. And Sunday and may be Saturday roaming around was my routine. But later I find out another truth. We should be smart, at least to get an overall notice even if it is in an office environment. Then after days and month of research, I found an answer, rather answer was finding me. One day in forum mall, I was standing in the library reading a book (Though it remained a fact only two big books that I read other than curriculum books are ‘sherlock holmes’ and ‘The rain maker’. Obviously as you might already understood, the second one I lied.). My company was a high profile company with majority of employees from IITs and bigger institutions and one thing which I noticed in these people was that they read all kind of books. And from that moment, it was my dream to become a ‘book worm’. But unfortunately it never happened in my life. In that eagerness, one day I even bought a book spending almost 500Rs, getting a suggestion from a friend in such a way like ‘If you read the first page, you will be finishing only in the last page’. So hearing this word, I was totally enlightened. There are books available in this world, which can satisfy my hunger. To become a ‘book-worm’. I wanted to buy and eat that book as early as possible. Then in the next week, I bought that book. Then started reading. It was amazing till the first paragraph, then I was not really sure, from where the sleep was coming to my eyes. I slept that day without reading the first page. Next day I tried, but couldn’t reach second page. I do not know, for some reasons I was not that type guy. A ‘book-worm’..I started thinking about alternatives. But I used to read lots of technical books. Technical books were so much interest to me. May be other books were never making any interest to me. So I quit from my dream of becoming a ‘book-worm’.

CHAPTER 6: I was noticing those days that many people were shouting at me outside referring stuffs that I do very personal. It was something like this, may be some name which I am familiar with..may be some terms which is very unusual but that I used on that very specific day..and they will look at me. I found this very odd to me. It was like this, nothing odd, people may be doing it very coincidental, but why they all the time look at me and sometimes try to smile. But I never cared about all those stuffs. Initially I never worried, but in office also things were getting complicated. I was not getting good appraisal worried me a lot. Then it was about jumping the company. All my friends who were jumping at those times were getting very good pay. Then it was only like one and half years with a total experience of two and half years. When I started thinking about me for jumping the company, I found myself missing something in me. That was smartness. When some good looking nice girls join the company, I was not even able to look at them due to my lack of smartness was worrying me a lot at those times. Those days, I used to think how these guys can even look at a girl, even when they don’t have glamour or anything. It was a puzzle for me. So glamour was a distant reality for me, then next step was ‘become smart’. When I was looking for solution, it came to me one fine day. In fact, I thought about joining English speaking course, some training courses etc, but later I ruled out everything due to the lack of their productivity. I wanted a platform where I could speak and improve my English first then my speech second and third to talk to everybody. So this was my mission. Keeping this in my mind, I was looking for the solution and it all came in my way one fine day. AxWay…!! As I told before, I was standing in the crossword in forum mall. I had a book in my hand I was observing like a planetarian observe galaxy. With a book in my hand, I was spotting some stars, moons here and there and all. Then one guy came to me telling this specific sentence ‘These days people are very picky’. He just simply told to me. He showed the book to me and he was talking about the book and author. He told he is from one of the IIT in north india. Then I was like ‘OMG..’. Another IIT with a book in hand. But he was talking very nice, though I was not paying too much attention to. He finally told this, this IT do not offer competitive salaries and we should be finding some extra source of income. Would you be interested in earning an extra source of income?. In an eagerness to avoid him, I told yes immediately though I was not listening to a word he was speaking. But he asked for my mobile number. I gave. Next week, while I was watching a movie. Yes, I had like a collection of almost 300-400 english movies which I watched. Everything very classical to latest ones. From good-bad-ugly, god father to Tomorrow never dies. Everything was serving that single purpose, not reading books. I used to appreciate myself sometimes, when people create movies from books why should we read books. I was so damn intelligent in that perspective. Yes, the guy who met me at the forum mall called me. He told me, there is a business meeting happening for which you can participate if you are interested in. A speech and business, should I be going? My target on smarty boy came to my mind. Yes dude, this is your platform. If you can deliver a speech, you are the smartest boy on earth. Finally I decided to go. When I went there, they were talking about some products. The idea was something like this. They have many products like tooth paste, dish cleaner, car washing shampoo etc. All these items are highly concentrated and no need to say highly priced too. So the marketing strategy of this product is something like this. If you buy a tooth paste with almost double price of the costliest tooth paste available in the market, you need not take a full brush length paste, you only need to take a quarter of it, which can save almost one by fourth of your money. So this was an example, and all their product was something like this. They had a car shampoo which can be filled with water and make same density of costliest car shampoo available in the market etc.. In fact, I was really fascinated by this idea. I was actually fascinated by the idea of me becoming a marketing guy. In that seat I dreamt marketing tooth paste and car shampoo to my different people who are my favorite, enemies and friends. So I decided one thing, I want to join this business.

CHAPTER 7:

The guy who met in the forum mall and who lead me to the business meet was my mentor. We used to have regular weekly/monthly/yearly meetings. I used to attend this meetings. My main idea of attending the meeting were that I should be able to speak on the stage. Many times I used to wonder, how do they speak without any problem in English. I had this thought in mind that I will never be able to speak English for two reasons. First we should be actually finding out a word similar to the language I am familiar with, second which should be coined with a proper sentence on a proper time was impossible for me to do was my thought. Many times, I thought about alternatives of going to English speaking courses or some platforms where I can actually speak without any fear of getting wrong. Or I wanted a platform where I could challenge. In fact, after coming to Bangalore only I felt the necessity to learn English. Though I had my studies out of state, in Coimbatore, we were totally surrounded by malayallee guys. In native language we call malayalee guys, mallus. So there were no necessity in learning English. Though we tried ourselves learning English by speaking English within ourselves were really didn’t work out and we stopped in between.

I found not useful to go for any meeting anymore and the work load in office also increased and thus I almost quit from my first business venture. Then also one dream was alerting me like a nightmare, even in the dark which I was afraid of, starting from my first friend to whom I tried to sell my product, why should have he called me ‘XXXXX’, and why I never could sell any products. Am I not a smart guy.? As an impact of that, In office, when I see some bloody stupid looking guys seems talking to some good looking girls, I started spitting on the floor like I hate this world. As a symbol of I hate you, I hate this world and I hate that very specific girl only because of the reason that she has not find any other good looking guy, but you. She could better find a light color, beautiful smiling guy, like me. But she kind of girls are extremists, who will never find good ..and always against the very underlined rule of Jangoism.

By the way, Jangoism was a religion, we established in our college, where people who hates the entire system that we have now in this world. The primary feel of jingoism was hate towards everything. We hated couples, we hated love, we hated teachers, class room and everything we saw, touched or even felt. The front line activists of Jangoism considered to be the people who are not part of the main stream. Main stream are the students who answer first, students who gets highest marks and students who mingle with girls etc. We jangos, hated them all. Jai Jangoism..At this time, I remember all those active workers of jingoism we had in college.

The Hero..

When I wakes up, it would be sun almost straight above ahead. Going college was another daily routine for me. Studies were happening in my life just like that and nobody was pushing me so hard that you study and it ended up me having only one book for all the subjects. For few subjects, I had tuition and there it was really funny time in tuition center. When on college, it was a push on me seeing myself as a grown up man. But it ended up like you got so many sweets and your parents telling you don’t touch anything. In the beginning it was a push towards so many things, seeing so many things, but ended up nothing and I was slowly realizing that I was not at all a hero in this world. There were so many out there, and those freaks were performing in front of me, and very clearly telling me that I do not belong here, in their world. So the push that I had in the beginning, were slowly vanishing from my heart in the realization that I do not belong here. Then where do I belong? Then I was like a guy who saw the climax of the movie first and then again starts seeing from the beginning. Was I disappointed? Not really. But it was like I wanted to do a lot of things in college, but ended up in nothing. Then it was like ‘spitting-on-the-floor’ like attitude. I started hating anything and everything, especially seeing the freaks that over perform, I made sure that I spit on the floor whenever I see them, and when I spit, it would be mixed with the mud of my college ground and would be one day feed a tree, and the tree will tell to my ancestor college mates that one legacy called me studied in this college. On that realization, I was teaching myself to hate subjects, objects and everything in and around me. But the bogan villa flowers that was there near our college I liked them a lot. It was beautiful like so many girls liked in college. Whenever I get’s time, I used to go there and sat there near the bogan villa as there was a concrete block to sit. Then I used to look above sky, and used to talk to the god ‘What was my problem? Rather if I do not belong to here, why I am here?’. That moment, while I was praying, few freaks, were coming towards me. I thought, did god heard my pray and did the god sent them for me. I was ready for anything as it was not many months I joined. Probably the seniors who were coming towards me might not like what I had been doing in the college, especially the kind of heroism I was doing in college. So I was getting ready for anything, I looked at my muscles, it was telling me that it is ready for anything and I looked at the people who were coming to me. There were four of them, I prayed to my god of fight, Jackie Chan. I was ready for anything and on my analysis, I could easily hit down two of them. Do I need to take few push-ups before they come to me and ask something or before they start a problem. No it was not quite necessary; I expanded my chest and sat on the concrete block, like it was my kingdom. Do I need to wake up, when they come, I asked myself? Normally juniors used to wake up, when they seniors. Nope, it was not quite necessary; after all we are all Indians right. Long time back, during Second World War our forefathers fought with Hitler, I knew that story. But another thing is that I didn’t want to put stain on my shirt, especially during a fight. It can get stain and what I will tell at my home? Nope, No matter this whole world stand against me and blame me, I am not going to leave them in case of trouble. Do I need to take few push-ups? I asked myself. Nope, it will create a wrong impact on the people who comes to fight. They will think that I am not prepared, but on the other side, I was waiting for this very moment throughout my life. I was ready, I was ready for that very moment in my life, I looked at all of them. They were coming to me, I stood like a man, rather in way expanding all muscles I had. By that time, they reached me.

One guy was shouting at the other guy, you hold and I will pluck. I was thinking, what they are going to pluck. They came to me and asked, can you move little bit. I looked at them, that guy smiled at me. A smile, that was the last thing I wanted at that moment. A ridiculous stupid smile. I wanted fight, I wanted to shout it aloud standing on each one of their chest, when they all will fall down. In my thoughts, I was taking some time to give some attention to the guy who asked me to move. Second guy asked me, we want to get some bogan villa flowers. I moved and walked towards the college, they were making some voices and was plucking flowers. It was nobody sent by god, it was just some stupid guys I thought and continued my walking. When I entered inside the college, there were other few guys holding flowers. It was a festival mood in college. All guys were running all over, I was wondering what is happening today, is it some college festival or something. Then one guy is telling ‘If she is not accepting my flowers on Valentine’s Day, she will never get a flower from me’. Oh!! Today is that day.. The day which is created to make the people like me the very disappoint to the maximum. Do I need to go to college today? I asked myself. ‘Whatever’ I told to myself.. After sitting sometime in class, I thought will go to canteen, I decided. I walked to the corridor of the college and came to one end of the corridor. That was where our class room located, and it was like the row of classes. Me and my friends used to stand there whenever we gets time. The end of the row was for 2nd group batches. 2nd Group was filled with so many girls and I was in 1st group which was mathematics. During the lunch time, we used to stand in the college corridor watching all the girls walking for the lunch. After making sure that even the last girl is gone for lunch, we used to go for the lunch. Then days were passing by, I was concentrating on studies more. But I always wanted to be one of the main stream guys. The guy who perform on stages, sing songs and plays cricket and most importantly guys who fight. Cold blooded fight. One day I was sitting in classroom, teacher didn’t come yet, as the bell was not rang yet. Then one of my friend came in front of the door, and shouted to the entire class room. ‘Maakkan is on fight, on the volleyball court’. Who is this makkan? Makkan as far as I know, was a colloquial term used to call the frogs. Whatever, who cares? But few guys who were sitting back on my desk jump over the desk to the corridor. Some shameless girls, who were sitting on the row also walking/running to the corridor. Seeing all these, I also walked towards the corridor to see the fight. It was like one guy hitting a group of people. My college was situated in a row, in the middle there is a ground. I looked around, all the girls were watching Makkan on a group fight. Shameless creatures..!! I told to my mind. Though nobody was looking at me, from that moment onwards, it was a new me inside. I wanted to fight. I prayed to my fighting lord. The Jackie Chan..!! One day a pray will come in front of me, I guessed. That day, I went to my father asking one thing. Father, I want to join karate class. My father looked at me, while taking breakfast. My father is a kind of father, who will not listen to anything on a first say. So I repeated, once again. My father stopped eating and started looking at me in anger, and shout at me.. ’Karate, don’t you want to do anything else.. Go and study something..’ and my father continued. So after my parents came to know, it was impossible for me to go for karate class.

That day my mind was full of the fight that I have seen on the college ground and the so many people staring at the heroes who were fighting on the ground. I also wanted to do some fight. That night I was seeing or was reiterating through each incidents happened before and after the fight. So many people including girls looking at ‘Makkan’ when this guy was walking through corridors. Even the girls in my class was looking at that senior guy like that. That night I took a decision, I will do some fight in college campus and by that time sleep got into my eyes and I slept.

Next day, when I woke up I was feeling so much energy on my body. It was not the me that was living in this world till yesterday. After taking the breakfast, I was going to college and I was not in fact, walking or travelling on bus, I was floating on the air. Then when I reached the college, it was a total change to the college campus; so many people were looking at me, which were not happening otherwise or on any other days. I had absolutely no idea what happened yesterday. Then when I was going to class room, many people including few girls were whispering in the ears each other, something which I couldn’t understand. I was in a feeling like what is happening on this earth kind. I got into the class room, and sat in my desk without any feeling that something had happened to me. When the class started, few guys came to the door of the class room, they were asking for me. Omg..!! I looked at those seniors, they were our seniors who were standing at the door and asking for me. That too in between the class running. I looked around, probably there may be another one with my name in the class room, then teacher is also asking for my name and nobody is getting up. I got up on my seat like I am going to take me myself to hang. I walked along with those guys, one was telling that this time, we should win the election. I stopped there for some time and walked along with them. I had no idea what is happening with me. But only thing which I was sure that these guys were talking very seriously. They were talking something like this, somebody nominated me as the representative for that election and I have to do so many things like requesting for the vote etc. And like a miracle happened in my life, all this was happening in my life. I was raised all of sudden from nothing to a lot of thing over a short time. I was never understanding how all this was happening all of a sudden. Who nominated me? How could I speak in front of so many people all of a sudden? How I could I request vote from girls? I was afraid of doing all these, but suddenly I was doing all of these. Then days were running, and the election was running in its peak time. Then one day, one of senior came to me and there were only few days for election. Today we have to stop ‘Maakkan’, he was tearing some of our wall posts and were disturbing our election activities. Fighting with ‘Makkan’.. For a few minutes, I went to the center of our ground in our college. I was putting my legs on the body of ‘Makkan’, who fell down on the ground and when I was looking around, so many people, including girls telling, whispering, murmuring. In that dream, I was shaken and brought back to the people. Today ‘Makkan’ will go through the college gate, we have to stop him. I looked at the guy who told me this. We means? I asked inside my mind. Then I looked at the guy who told me this. He definitely was not going to survive this mission, I thought inside my mind. Then I looked at my bisceps and trisceps which I developed, using the dumbells, which were a big round stone my mother used to make chutney. Was it good enough, my musles? But fight man..The fight you were looking all through these years. The fight of a man. I told I am ready, I remembered all the Jackie chan movies that I have watched. From all those learnings, Karate was never a problem for me. But I never practiced, all this was one problem which I faced at that very moment. I asked the guy, so we need to stop ‘Makkan’? He told a very firm ‘Yes’. Wasn’t there an echo in his sound that I alone have to do this? May be not, probably it was my feeling that I alone has to do this. The fight of political parties was very strong. They used to fight like anything. During the fight, we may even get wounds, I thought inside my mind. Wounds were not a big problem for me, but I hated the bloods that may flow from wounds, I may get fainted. But nothing was a real problem for me, at that very moment. So that was my day, the day which I was looking through all these years. The fight..!! Yes dude, you are going to be that very one guy all these people were looking for. After the fight, the murmuring, whispering, hearing names from unknown class rooms and all eyes on me like spot light. The moment.. that very moment, you had been looking all these years finally has come. The very moment, for which you were keeping all your energy for like a batman probably or may be like He-man etc. Yes, we have to stop this guy. I told my friend. We all agreed upon the same idea, then it was planning. A plan for the perfect spot, perfect timing etc. That afternoon, I waited near the gate of our college. Our college was located on a hill top and there was a steep road down leading to the college gate where I was standing. So ‘Maakkan’ will come through the road to the college gate. We were standing on separate places. I was standing in a tea shop near the gate. One of my friend in the same gang was standing near the gate and another was standing near the bus stop. The guy who was standing near the college gate will give us the signal was the plan. Then we were waiting for the time to come. Tension was on the air. I could see one of my friend started smoking. I looked at my biseps and triseps. It was telling me, you are all set dude. Then I heard the whistle, it was a signal that ‘Makkan’ was coming. When I run to the gate, I saw him coming on a bike. I got into the rush which had near the gate slowly. When ‘Makkan’ came near the gate, I used both my hands and caught on his body and throw him away from the bike down to the ground. Bike rolled down and hit the gate without a driver. Then it was a fight. People were calling out so many names, I heard few calling out even my name. While I was hitting ‘Makkan’, I doubted.. seriously ..these guys are calling out my name in this situation. Anyway I continued my fight, though my attention was deviated for a short moment of time. But suddenly somebody grabbed me from the back. I was in a struggle to get out of those guys. I was hitting and I was getting hitted. It was a real things happening over there. In the hands of those guys, while I was struggling, I looked around; there were so many people around me. Many of them were girls on the far top of the shop we used to have tea. In that short moment, I heard somebody shouting loud my name. In the eagerness, to see what’s happening, I looked to the side where I heard the name. But the only thing which I could see at that time was a stone coming towards my head. It hit directly on my head. I put my hand on the place where the stone hit, it was blood all over my hands. Blood, all over my hands, I was feeling like the entire world twisting around me. I was hearing a noise like a bee inside my ears for some time. Then my eyes were starting black out. The people in front of me started disappearing and it was like a thick black cloud in front of me. I fell down on the road with a big noise. I cried out loud and in that sound I heard another sound of something falling and my back side of the head started aching after hitting somewhere. Again it was another shouting. That moment, I heard the sound of my mother, brother and sister running towards me. When I woke up, my head again hit on something. When I opened my eyes, I was under the coat. The me who slept on top of the coat, how reached down under was, still a mystery for me. I rolled straight to the door and sat down on the floor for some time as my head was aching. I looked at my hands, there was no blood. My mother came running asking what happened? I told nothing, it was a dream. My mother started murmuring something like ‘dream, made people afraid..’ and started walking towards kitchen. I got into the bed again, but my doubt was something like this. Do people see dreams like this?

My Skies, Butterflies and She..

When the rain was falling down deep earth, it was making the smoky smell of muddy earth around my house. I sneaked through the window to see the sky. It was so angry to me that day, and never had a smile on its face as it used to had. I never mind as I was so busy that day to pack. I was leaving my native to another world. But I still looked at my skies, to say a HELLO, but when it gave me a flashy smile, I was back out as I used to do in my childhood times. The wooden window we had on my house through which I could see my sky sometimes will give me a night mare when I look through its grill which got corrosive over a time. It was few years we painted the house. Painting the house, generally happens on some rare occasions. But that time the iron grills the window had all the paints gone due to ageing. But still I used to love my windows. It was my world rather it was my window to my world. When I was afraid of thunder, I used to look at my sky through the window. As I knew the information from my physics/geography class that thunder will not pass through the plastic, I used to enjoy a thunder day by sitting on the chair putting my whole body on the seat. I always loved the mild breeze of the rain and the smoky smell of the mud during the rainy time and getting out and run on through my courtyard putting my hands on air like my butterflies do. Then I will go out to see my rocks, it would also be wet after a rainy day, then standing on top of the concrete block that we had roadside, I will look to see the changes that happened to my world. Then I will walk. That was my world. My skies, my butterflies and skies. And that day, it was going to happen, I was going to miss that world and definitely I had grin on my face, as I was going to become somebody in my life. I was going to be richer than my dad, who got a handful of cash. So I was so happy and I sat on the window and looked at the sky and told I am going very far..!! For some reasons, I always could see a face on the skies, which will node head, rather react to my talks and when I talks, they used to move or dance and give me kisses. But the day I was about to leave, I expected it will rain, but it didn’t..May it had a reason, summer time..!! A summer time…

Then when I got in my bus, I was looking out for a professional look. Because the vast amount of knowledge I had till that time about this world was not really giving me a competitive advantage to fight in this world. And when one beautiful girl taught me about how a lift works, like if we have to go up, we need to press the upper switch and if we have to go downstairs, we have to press the down switch. More than helpful information, I was thinking about that ridicule moment in my life. My dad could built a lift in my house. Then I was building a boundary around me. In that boundary, I was building a block each day and it was keep on rising. But one sudden day, I realized the sky who was my friend sometime back and the one who didn’t cry when I left him, I could touch him. But by that time, I was also realizing that I became so lonely in my life. The loneliness I created or it created by itself, was some complicated chemical process that happened within me, which I never could understand. Then one day I was sitting on one park ground, without making any plan out of my mind. Because by that time, I learned to sleep on park benches. When I will sleep I will touch the ground with small grass and looking at the same sky that was far above me. I was alone and never felt needy of anybody. Banglore was a nice place, but the grasses, butterflies everything I loved in here till I saw her on the park bench that day. She was so lean and tall and sitting on the park bench from the time I noticed her. She won’t be wearing any splashy a normal looking but gorgeous ordinary girl. One good thing in that park was that there were so many doves around there chattering, murmering...Within few days, I could understand that she stays nearby and my spy eyes could easily locate that within few days. She was calm quite and very rarely came with friends..And more interesting fact was that she was alone most of the times, at least I had this mirage of thoughts built up over a time around her that she was very lonely or she wanted me to build up such a thought around her was my gut feeling. I was never observing her, though my eyes were or rather sometimes wander her on what she doing exactly. Most of the time my intelligent thoughts that I used to use for the calculations or arithmetic formulas while sleeping on the park bench, sometimes I used for her to find out the question ‘Who is she?’. She sometimes looked at me, whether she might looked at me or most of the people will look at people just like that. There may be hundreds of reasons for that, I might had a very splashy dress or I had a really good mobile or something which is really attractive. Could that be me. Hello, btw she was just sitting there and me had no other job to do, but sleep on a park bench. In Bangalore, nobody will allow to sleep anywhere else than in a park bench to sleep. It was those times, I used to sleep so tight. The only thing which I made sure that nobody steel from me was my company tag. I will put my legs over the park bench hands and head under my hands and looking at the sky. Before she came into my life, Yes, the moment she started sitting there, I invited her into my life, I used to measure the space to skies. I read or rather knew that some far distance away there is some people living just like us. They will also have some park benches and somebody like may be sleeping on that park bench. One day I shouted to the sky ‘Mr.ALIEN’..!! Are you there?. As nobody was there in the park at that time, I was safe. Then with a smile on my face, I came back to my bench. Over a time, I in fact owning that park. There were three benches for my park. One for me, one for her and I never cared who was sitting on the third. But one was for me and one was for her. Then one day, late day..I slept on the bench and when I woke up, it was slightly a night time. Then one alien smiling at me from the skies. I asked Whats up?, He/she chimed her eyes to me and told it was late night. Then in the realization of my late stay, I was in a hurry to go back home, and when I was about to leave the gate, she was going through or passing by the road. My realization became dream and sat on the side of the road to see where she is getting into.

I was so sure that she will be staying somewhere nearby as the people found with her seemed to be her parents. I sat on the side of the road, and she was passing by. When she reached near me, I said hello to the ants passing like a military march on the leaves of the plants where I was sitting. But I doubt whether she could hear that, but she noticed me? She might have seen but whether she might have noticed me. Like this guy used to sit in that park bench and observe me on what I do. When she was feeding the doves, he was learning the first lessons of being kind and on a day she missed her doves, he was learning the philanthropy. Then when she was moody, he was telling his buddies on the outer space that she is my best buddy. I always cared for her, and every single moment and when she was sad, I used to pray for her. But when she was passing by with her parents to her home, I really needed to grab her attention though. Did she looked at me? Or the look she was giving to my side, was that for me or to my new shirt or new mobile or something splashy she found interesting? As that moment, I really wanted a look for her. But apart from all those nice things happened in my life, one happy thing happened in my life was that I could find her house. She had a pretty good house. In the night I will be able to jump to the outer wall and then to the upstairs and to the window to see her sleeping. If not possible in that way, through the tree, that was on the roadside to the balcony and to the window. That was my plan B, in case if the plan A is not working out. As per my thoughts going to many possible permutations and combinations, she passed by. Then there was a quick doubt came to my mind, whether she was looking at me or my latest mobile or splashy something else. I looked around, there was cat who was looking at me and few ants marching like going for some war on their country border. I asked the cat, What are you looking at?, as I found it as the only species around me to which I can ask a reasonable question. What are you looking at? That stupid creature didn’t even mind to answer my question. I thought in my mind ‘damn stupid crazy fellow’. Then I thought of leaving to home, once she got in the house. He father was very masculine, enough for a fight with me. In case, if some fight is happening, I would need to take out all my fighting capacity to the ground, enough for that. I looked at my bicepts, tricepts etc. It was enough for any fight. I took a deep breath in and expanded my chest. It was bulging out and I was proud of it. During the time of my school times, I used to exercise. Like putting a quarter kilo of coconut oil on my body and taking the stone which my mother used to use for making ‘chutney’ and using it as my dumbbells. The effort that I have taken all those times was not such a waste of time. I proudly looking at my chest, it was smiling at me like ‘I am on the right hands..’. Someday I have to make six pack. I thought in my mind. I spit on the floor to the cat who was looking at me like he wanted some sort of fight with an unimaginable hatred towards that incapable creature. He was still looking at me. I took a stone and throw with as much capacity I had to that specific creature who was boasting himself. My stone was a direct hit and it run like a cheetah running back of deer. I laughed looking at the sky and looked at the muscles in my hand. Then I looked at her house and told ‘Bye bye babe, I will be back..’. My life was changing during that time, it was getting more complicated and when it gets complicated, I will get more time to spend on outside my office. So sleeping on the park benches was my initial time pass and she was my first pray on that front. Then one day when I was thinking, I had this mild thought on where she will be studying.
