here's a thought- since everybody hates nurus dress ( because it sucks ass and literally has no relation to the problems of her kingdom) I have a proposition.

What if she wears a all dark blue outfit with a silver moon and star crown when she's in Koto. Aka the koto equivalent of funeral clothes, but with a survivalist- combat twist. And she wears like pants with a skirt.

(Lore : koto actually used to wear sky blue and violets with lots of sky colors before the meteor strikes,But over time they swapped to dark colors to make it easier to hide the blood stains and dirt.White was the color of death until it was changed to dark blue)
