NGOs for development of youth power
Ever wondered why our nation is so backward? I think i used the wrong word, what i meant to say ever thought why our nation is progressing so slowly? Their are many reasons but one of the major reason is Youth. Yes you read it right, we are always told from the beginning youth are the future of our country but are these youth given proper opportunity to prove themselves? Are they being given proper education and equipments to prove themselves? Yes they are being given opportunity by the government to become successful and take our country to next level but all the children and youth are not aware about it.
Government have set many NGOs for youth from where they can grow. NGOs not only help the youth financially but also provide them necessary education and equipments of best quality. Some of the Top NGOs of India are providing this service to the poor as they know they are the future of our country. Government has been working for Youth empowerment in India and have succeeded considerably.  Their are many NGOs for different types of purposes. From education to sports government have set all NGOs and are trying their best to reach to every single youth who need their help. Some NGOs provide education facility and provide free education to poor. They provide free books and uniforms to the poor children who can not afford these things. Moreover  they also provide a few financial help by which the children can help their family financially.
Their are NGOs who help the youth in sports sector also. Their are many NGOs who provide and encourage the youth to learn more about sports and improve their skills by training themselves under experts. These NGOs provide all the necessary sports equipments and have recruited professional trainers so that they can train the youth for high level tournaments. These youth sometimes are so skilled that they can even reach national and international levels but they need to get their skills polished. Some of the skillful children lacks behind because of lack of knowledge about NGOs and even lack of good source.  To provide these youth the power and ability to improve themselves government has never backed off and have always created NGOs for them.
Knowledge about NGOs is also a great thing which influence the youth empowerment in India but some campaigns are also created to provide knowledge to all such youth about the facilities and useful services provided by the NGOs. Some accepts their offer and reaches to great heights but a lot, thinking these all things absurd, do not intend to join. Some of the Top NGOs in India are trying their best to cover all these youths and aware them about the advantages. Many times their are situations where we need help from the youth society and this is the true field where they can help not only us but themselves.

Youth empowerment NGOs in India
How NGOs are working to empower the youth
Many Nongovernmental organizations are working to make better India.  They have group of voluntary people who are fully dedicated toward the aim of the NGO. Nongovernmental organizations are open to all who wants to contribute in social causes. Social causes like women empowerment, girl child education, save girl child, blood donation, helping underprivileged people, special child care and many more. In this series some NGOs in India find it a serious problem that the youth of our country is getting bound by many problems such as drugs and unemployment and they need the help to take their life back in the right direction. So they start working for Youth empowerment.
What Is their Aim?
These NGOs in India are very dedicated towards their aim and does the best to achieve their target. They strongly believe that a small help can change the life of a youngster. They do not believe in helping them with money, food or cloths. They help them to learn some technical or mechanical skills or any profession learning so that they can become independent financially. They believe that money and food will end at some point of time but if you provide them the skills they will use it throughout their life and it will never end anywhere and we are totally agree with this. They understand that Youth empowerment is not where you just help them with a little amount of money but it is all about to make them strong and independent.
What They Do actually?
NGOS in India working for Youth empowerment get some really amazing and meaningful ways to make them independent. They seriously tie up with some professionals and company who give professional training and help them to learn the things really well. They give the training according to their capability and skills. Different kind of professional trainings are given to boys and girls. They understand the thing really well that along with the boys of this young generation girls also need to be independent and confident. So the training boys can join is Motor Driving, A/C Refrigeration, and Motor Mechanic which include mechanical work and girls can join Mahanadi, beautician, Tailoring, art and craft and many others.
Along with the training they take them to the industrial visit and help them to understand lings lively. NGOs in India help these underprivileged people to be confident and so that they help them to learn the things practically. They arrange the training from high professionals so that trainees would understand that how thing are going to work in the real world. After providing the training they help them to get the job. . These NGOs have tie-ups with big companies and factories that will provide job opportunities after the training with a good salary. These companies not only give the jobs but also help in learning the next things in their respective field. If you also have any kind of technical or professional skill you can contribute in these training and be a part of this social cause.
