Sculpted a Webkinz W-Pond because I was nostalgic for the DIY craft blog they used to have. Featuring a w pond I made when I was little! (It's seen better days lol.) The new one is made out of foam clay, plastic, eyeshadow/highlighter, acrylic paint, watercolor paper, toothpicks, and superglue. The old one is made out of printer paper, cardboard and colored pencil/marker.

Fragments of Self - 2024

Using jagged glass pieces suspended in the air, the material refracts and obstructs the self portraiture printed on each shard. While using glass to represent fragility, the very hands on process of mod podge transfer requires me to be a bit rough with each image. The installation itself, not only in the subject matter of each image presented, works as a self portrait as a whole; fragmented and delicate.
