P’andor’s suit was made from very durable material and none of the tools found on Earth could open it. Only thing able to do so was taydenite spear created by Kevin.
But then in Omniverse we can see that couple of Kraahos can do so and even fall from certain height can open the suit.
Possible reason:
While the suit looks just like the P’andor’s one, it is not neccesarly built same way. Aggregor’s aim was to protect himself from radiation and imprison P’andor . Suit generated by the Omnitrix is also created to protect nearby people from radiation, but the priority is to keep the user safe, so the suit can be left when stuck or may cause trouble. (Ben himself was able to open it from inside)
Even if it wasn’t the case from the very beggining, we can always assume that it was implemented when Ben got the new Omnitrix.

Bloxx seems to be one of the fan’s least favourite aliens due to his lego-like look. As much as his abilities are very useful and Segmentosapien species’ history sounds interesting, his design’s color theme bothers plenty of viewers.
Since we haven’t seen other examples of Bloxx’s species we can assume that they don’t all look alike and can have different coloristics. Possible look: https://5yl.fandom.com/wiki/Bloxx?file=Bloxx.png done by KuroTheArtist.
As we know, the Omnitrix chooses prime example of every species. It means the most healthy, fit and skilled one. It wouldn’t be a surprise if it also meant the most handsome one (Attea instantly fell in love with Bullfrag; same with Tini and Fourarms, so that proves the point).
Many species on Earth tend to choose the most colorful representatives of their species as their partners. There’s no reason why it wouldn’t apply to some aliens as well. Bloxx is definitely very colorful (lego resemblance is totally accidental) and his look might have been defined by the Omnitrix, whether we like it or not.
