It's that time again. Promo time....again! Run for your life! Another Lucy blog. Is this my third time now?

Lucy and Mirajane  (✿◠‿◠)

Lucy attempts to startle the male by sneaking up behind him. "Pst. What are you whispering about?" 

"No one understands …" Truly no one ever will.

"Perhaps. Either that, or Natsu just gives away our rewards blindly. He thinks we're a charity. ...though I guess he does do most of the work."

"Oh! I do like strawb--WAIT! NATSU SAID W-WHAT?"

"— In that case, I have a few job requests that I've snatched off the board, that I've been saving for your Team! Even though, the results may be the same with those three, I'm sure since you're probably the calm one of them, you'll probably be able to talk some sense into them. I'm sure explaining it's for your rent will do the trick!"

"Something fruity you say? I think I've got just the perfect thing since I've remembered a time when Natsu was telling me on how you smell like strawberries, so strawberries it is! He tells me practically everything there is to know about you, it's adorable!"

The sight of him grinning put Lucy into an even bigger mood, her eyebrow now twitching as she stared at the ice mage. “You can’t even remember what you did?” She threw her hands up exasperatedly, giving up as quickly as she started. “You, Natsu, fight.” Perhaps that would jog up some sort of memory; then again, when were Natsu and Gray ever not fighting?

"Which antics are you talking about Lucy?" The ice make mage grinned a bit and smiled hoping that she would at least cut him a break. Truth be told he actually didn’t know what she was talking about. At least, maybe he had forgotten. Either way he was at least trying to enjoy this before the worst came.

"Ah--nothing much. Just hoping for the best money wise. I barely have enough to cut it. I'll probably have to start doing some jobs, ha."

"You have it so easy, Mira. I wish I had your job sometimes. It's so tiring working with Natsu and Gray. They're either always arguing, or breaking things. Then Erza runs in thinking she can outdo them, and poof! There goes our reward."

"Just something normal. Anything fruity will do. I'll let you be the judge. I trust your judgement."

"—Hey Lucy! I’m just doing the daily things, answering requests for drinks, and handing out some job requests! What’re you up to today?"

"And Of course, you can get something! Is there anything specific you’d like?"

“Mira… I almost wish that I was on your team sometimes,” Lucy was perched alone at one of the tables in Fairy Tail; half of the guild was a mess – due to Natsu and Gray as usual. “I’m never going to afford this month’s rent. Not to mention that Natsu tends to spend his time there eating my food!” She yelled out, gaining a few looks from other members of the guild who were used to the ranting’s of Lucy Heartfilia. She pushed her arms out across the table, acting lazily, her head refusing to lift to glance up at Fairy Tail’s face—Mirajane.

It wasn’t every day that she came across something quite suspicious—no, that was a lie, she always did. The world was filled with new people, and different experiences. It’s just that Lucy was always lacking in the battle area, that she often only got out with Natsu and the gang. However, here she was on a solo mission – which should have been perfect, as the others were a tad disruptive and their money would often go to repairs, and not in her pocket. But as aqua hues laid upon the other figure, she started to question that mind-set – ultimately declaring it as no good, as she wasn’t particularly sure if this person was good or bad.

The blonde hurried into Fairy Tail, obviously quite distressed by the recent occurrence – the disappearance of her novel. The culprit? Probably Natsu, Happy or Gray. Yes, it had to be one of those three; Lucy was certain of this. However, she saw no sight of either of them, and deduced that they must be off hiding together. Not only was Erza not here to straighten this whole ordeal out-- neither was Mirajane. Her hands flew to her face in surprise, obviously distraught by the lack of commanding figures in the guild. Whatever. She’d have to use a different tactic to lure them out. “Oh, Wendy~” The blonde sang, taking a seat next to the blunette, “Would you like to help me with something?”

“YOU BAKAS!” The blonde screamed at the top of her voice, her fore finger pointing the blame at the two male members of Team Natsu. “I demand to be reimbursed. I don’t have enough money to pay for my rent this month because of your recent antics.” She stomped on over to them, her arms crossed tightly – staring them down.

“Mira-chan. Hey! What are you up to? Do you mind if I request a drink? I'm quite parched.”

The blonde celestial mage flopped down on the surface of the bar, her arms flailing madly as she tried to contain herself. “AH! We lost all the money again. I’m never going to be able to pay my rent!” Natsu shot up with one of his infamous lines, and all Lucy could do was growl and attempt to kick him. However, the pinkette moved, disabling the attack, and Lucy was found sprawled across the floor of Fairy Tail instead. Happy stifled a giggle unsuccessfully which made her all the more cross, and she threw a darkened glance towards him as she pushed herself off the ground and made her way to her seat again.
