P.S I think Boyega would have been a much happier character had he been allowed to do more than just scream “reeeeeeeey’ for 3 consecutive movies …..

The fact that j/b when questioned about Kelly's harassment said that "just cause you didn't like the character doesn't mean you can harass the actress" and didn't mention the racism in the harassment or how she was shafted in the next movie kind of proved to me that he was not in favour of her storyline 😬

Frankly that isn't itself isn't so bad or a black stain on him that he wanted KMT out of the way of his character. Lets be fair here. This line only shows he refuses to give away his throne of victimhood to someone else especially an Asian woman. Which in itself is despicable in its own right and certainly adds fuel to the fire of what harassment KMT got . ( I remember even his GQ interview where he went full blast on "I was discriminated by SW!" campaign with KMT being appropriated in the narrative he still insisted "no one faced as bad racism is me!"...gosh...he is utterly tasteless)

If you want a more solid proof of his intentions that he doesn't care for any other actor's career especially a minority one as long as he can get ahead, not giving a shit about causes and reasons he says is dear to his heart then the interview, where he said that Rose's role was like a millstone around his neck and such is better smoking gun. I think some of my moots even have screenshots for it too.

Honestly if fake wokester in this website want a Black superstar to venerate then why not stan Anthony Mac/kie? He is rational, humble, stands up for actual disenfranchised people in the industry ( the technicians) and clearly cares for people without making it about himself. He is what people think J/B is.

Completely agree - the sequel should have been about the redemption of Ben Solo the son of our legacy characters - rey should have been his love interest / the one that saves him abs Poe and Finn should have become a couple and Finn the general freeing up the storm troopers
