Ronnie Wood took wife Sally to Paul McCartney's wedding on their first date

Whilst many of us are happy with a trip to Nandos when embarking on a first date, Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie Wood went the extra mile and then some when he was trying to impress his now-wife, Sally.

In fact, it has now been revealed that the star's very first date with the 38-year-old theatre producer was at none other than Paul McCartney's wedding to Nancy Shevell in 2011.

Erm, just a Beatles wedding, no big deal... Right?

To be fair, Ronnie and Sally had been friends for quite some time before he realised that he'd developed feelings for her and Sally has recalled that dancing with Ronnie at Paul's wedding was when she truly fell for the star.

She explained: "There was this lovely family atmosphere and Ronnie and I had a real laugh.

"We danced and it was the first time I remember thinking of him in a completely different way."

A few weeks later, 69-year-old Ronnie proved how old school he is by penning a romantic letter to Sally, explaining that he wanted to give a relationship a go and the rest, as they say, is history.

The pair are celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary next week and welcomed twins Alice and Gracie just six months ago.

Speaking about the 30 year age gap, Sally insisted that she'd never even noticed it, sharing: "You know what, I find it rude when people talk unkindly about it... Yes, he is older and I am younger, but I don't think about age when I think of Ronnie.

"He's always had this unbelievably positive, youthful energy about him, which I absolutely love.

"I also think there is a lot to be said for marrying an older man. He knows who he is, he knows what he wants. He makes me happy, we laugh and he's a great dad.

"He's so relaxed and incredibly creative."

Ronnie is also dad to 40-year-old Jesse, 33-year-old Tyrone, and 43-year-old Jamie and 38-year-old Leah from previous marriages.

It's safe to say that Dreamgirls coming to London's West End was always going to be a highlight of any musical theatre fan's year.

Over 35 years after it made its original Broadway debut, the much-loved show has finally made it to the Savoy Theatre, and we are pleased to say that it was most definitely worth the wait.

Made even more famous by the 2006 film adaptation, which stars Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson and Eddie Murphy, Dreamgirls tells the story of a young female singing trio who are desperately trying to make the big time.

Unfortunately, they soon learn that showbusiness isn't as easy as it seems and it isn't long before their glamourous world starts to crumble.

Starring Glee's Amber Riley as Effie White, this is one production that should definitely not be missed... But if you don't believe us, here are 5 reasons why you should check out Dreamgirls sooner rather than later:

1. Amber Riley

Let's get this one out of the way; Amber Riley is absolutely phenomenal as this show's leading lady.

Those unfamiliar with her previous work will no doubt be blown away by her stunning vocal range, with the audience giving Amber a standing ovation mid-performance on more than one occasion.

As well as having an absolutely flawless singing voice, Amber is also an impeccable actress and her rendition of 'And I'm Telling You' moved the majority of spectators to tears - including her Glee co-star and close friend, Chris Colfer, who was sitting nearby and radiating pride for the star throughout the entire performance.

2. The Songs

Dreamgirls is just one of those shows that has something for everyone; you want to cry? There's a song for that. You want to feel empowered? There's a song for that. You want to dance in your chair with a massive smile on your face? Guess what? There's a song for that.

As fans of the film or the original stage musical will know, Dreamgirls is all about the music and we are just lucky that it also carries a gripping and emotive plot as well.

3. Jimmy Early

It's universally agreed that the character of Jimmy Early is bloomin' brilliant, with Eddie Murphy's high energy performance in the film earning him an Oscar nomination.

As a result, it'd be easy for any other performance of the eccentric character to be a letdown, but we are ecstatic to confirm that Adam J. Bernard is showstopping in the pivotal role.

Providing comic-relief throughout, Jimmy shines on stage just as he does on camera and although every single Dreamgirls cast member is faultless in this production, this will be one of the characters that'll stick in your mind the most once you leave the theatre.

4. The Ensemble

It's easy to give the lead characters all of the kudos when reviewing a show, but can we take a moment to give the impeccable Dreamgirls ensemble cast a shout out?

Effortlessly flitting from scene to scene with a series of high-energy dancing and faster-than-the-speed of light costume changes, the ensemble are arguably the slickest in the business at the moment - further highlighting that there really isn't a single weak link in the entire production.

5. The Set

As if having a phenomenal cast, brilliant soundtrack and an extensive array of wacky characters wasn't enough, you'll be pleased to know that you'll also have something absolutely gorgeous to look at and admire.

With all the glitz, glamour, sequins and glitter that you could ever even dream of, Dreamgirls is a visual marvel and, to be honest, we're sure that you wouldn't have expected anything less.

Louis Tomlinson thanks fans for their support

Louis Tomlinson has taken to social media to thank his millions of dedicated fans for their support over the last few days.

The star was left heartbroken on Wednesday 7th December when his beloved mother, Johannah Deakin, passed away aged 43 following a short and secret battle with leukaemia.

Johannah had been looking forward to seeing Louis make his solo debut on The X Factor final at the weekend, and the One Direction star made the difficult decision to fulfil her final wish and go ahead with the performance as planned just three days after her tragic death.

Louis' three 1D bandmates, Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Liam Payne, dropped everything so that they could support the 24-year-old singer backstage at Wembley Arena, and the star's collaborator, Steve Aoki, also cancelled his own booked appearances so that he could be there on the night.

Sharing a photo from his heartfelt performance of solo single 'Just Hold On', which has since reached number one in the iTunes chart, Louis simply wrote: "Thank you for the incredible support :)".

Louis had previously taken to Twitter to thank his friends, family and fans for being there for him on what was an understandably difficult night.

Admitting that he wasn't prepared for quite how hard the performance was, Louis wrote: "That was harder than I ever imagined. I want to thank everyone around me and all of the amazing fans out there that made that so special!

"Feeling so much love around me and my family . Mum would have been so f***ing proud ( sorry for swearing mum ) love you ! [sic]"

Louis was visibly fighting back tears after his performance, with Simon Cowell paying tribute to Johannah, saying to Lou: "I have to say something to you. I've known you for six years, what you've just done - the bravery.

"I respect you as an artist and I respect you as a person. Your mum was so proud of you Louis and she was so looking forward to this performance. She's watching over you now and you've done her so proud."

Johannah was also mother to 18-year-old Lottie, 16-year-old Felicite, 12-year-old twins Daisy and Phoebe and two-year-old twins Doris and Ernest.

Niall Horan discusses flying to London to support Louis Tomlinson

On Saturday night, all of our hearts melted when it was confirmed that Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Niall Horan had dropped everything so that they could be at Wembley Arena to support their One Direction bandmate, Louis Tomlinson, as he made his solo debut just three days after his mother tragically passed away.

The three men were keen to keep out of the spotlight as they remained backstage for the duration of the show, supporting Louis privately in a bid to not detract attention from his new solo single, 'Just Hold On'.

Now Niall has opened up about his decision to fly from New York to London in order to be there for his pal ahead of his appearance at last night's iHeartRadio's Jingle Ball in Washington D.C.

On the red carpet, a confused reporter asked Niall: "Weren't you in the UK like an hour ago?"

To which the Irish star replied: "Yeah, I flew home for... I was in the UK for twenty hours.

"For a very good reason."

Niall didn't divulge any further information, but, to be honest, that was all that he needed to say.

Niall's comments come after UnrealityTV reported that the singer has no choice but to miss Johannah Deakin's funeral due to work commitments in America, however, he still took the time to celebrate Johannah's life after The X Factor on Saturday night, with he and Liam joining Louis and his younger sister Lottie at a London nightclub to toast the mother-of-seven.

A source said at the time: "Harry, Niall and Liam all came down to X Factor to support Louis. They all were backstage with him supporting him. It was a lovely moment - and shows the unity of 1D. First time all back together in a year.

"It was a lovely touching moment backstage and they all came to support Louis during a horrible time.

"[Afterwards] it was family and friends drinks in Cirque, all paid for by Johannah’s husband Dan. It was a celebration of her life and his X Factor performance. It was a very emotional night."

Johannah passed away last Wednesday [7th December] following a short and secret battle with leukaemia, as well as Louis and 18-year-old Lottie, Johannah was mum to 16-year-old Felicite, 12-year-old twins Daisy and Phoebe and two-year-old twins Doris and Ernest.

Ed Sheeran returns to social media following one year hiatus

Listen up guys, 2016 might have been one big mess but 2017 is already set for bigger and greater things, with Ed Sheeran ending his one year hiatus.

Yes, the rumours are true, our favourite ginger-haired babe is back and we couldn't be more excited.

Ed broke the internet earlier this morning simply by tweeting a blue square.

No words, no caption, no explanation.

However, it was more than enough to get his fans excited as it comes exactly one year to the day that he announced his hiatus.

On the 13th of December 2015, Ed wrote: "Hello all. I'm taking a break from my phone, emails and all social media for a while.

Sharon Osbourne: 'Honey G treated me like a verruca'

Last night, X Factor viewers were all left stunned and suitably outraged when eliminated hopeful, Honey G, was given her own performance segment during the live final.

Despite being booted out of the show two weeks ago, Simon Cowell and co. decided to let her perform a medley of her previous covers at Wembley arena before she announced that she was releasing her debut solo single just in time to try and nab the prestigious Christmas number one title.

Viewers were left unimpressed by the move, branding Honey G's special treatment as "favourtism" and "unfair" to the other contestants as well as Saara Aalto and Matt Terry - the two finalists.

And, as it happens, fans of the show weren't the only ones shocked by the whole thing - with Honey G's mentor, Sharon Osbourne, claiming that she had been left completely in the dark about the entire thing.

Yep, Mrs. O apparently knew nothing.

Speaking to Rylan Clark-Neal and Matt Edmondson on The Xtra Factor last night, Sharon dramatically exclaimed: "Where did that come from?! Where did that come from?!

"Where's my plane? She promised me a plane, where is it?!"

She went on to add that the controversial aspiring rapper had treated her "like a verruca" - as in, the unpleasant wart that you can get on your foot.

Sharon explained: "I'm just like an old shoe, thrown away now that she's got a single out.

"I was treated like a verruca tonight! Really, Honey G?!"

Honey G hasn't commented on Mrs. O's comments, but with a solo career looming we reckon that she couldn't care less.

Tom Fletcher's 'The Christmasaurus' to be adapted for the stage

It has been a pretty fabulous year for McFly star, Tom Fletcher.

After welcoming his second son with wife Giovanna Fletcher, Buddy, back in February, the star has embarked on a McFly tour, released a book, and kickstarted the motions for said book to be turned into a feature length, musical film.

But the fun doesn’t end there.

Yes, this morning Tom made a seriously exciting announcement and revealed that his book-turned-film, The Christmasaurus, is also going to be adapted for the stage and we honestly couldn’t be more excited.

Unfortunately we have a long ol’ while to wait before we’re able to watch the stage show as it isn’t launching until December 2017, but that just gives us even more time to get excited about it, doesn’t it?

Announcing the news in true Tom Fletcher style, the popular YouTube vlogger created a video of himself whizzing around the backstage area of the Eventim Apollo, London, promising “snow, magic, Christmas lights, a very Christmassy dinosaur, music and singing elves” before he walked on to the stage only to find that there is nobody in the audience.

Tom concludes with: ‘Oh, the show’s next year,  sorry!”

Stop being so ruddy adorable, Tom – we can’t cope.

The super talented Tom has written a number of original songs for the film adaptation, which is being directed by Michael Gracey, and he is set to perform one of them at this year’s Royal Variety Performance.

Needless to say, we couldn’t be more excited; bring on December 2017 – it’ll certainly be worth the wait.

Will Smith used his fame to get petrol money from a fan

There are some celebs that appear to love nothing more than moaning about the perils of fame and fortune.

However, Hollywood actor Will Smith has opened up about the perks of fame in a new interview, admitting that he has used his star status to borrow petrol money from a fan when he was caught short.

Well, it’d be silly not to.

The 48-year-old actor was talking on Jimmy Kimmel Live when he made the revelation, sharing: “I was driving, and I realised I was on E (empty). I was on E, and I was like, ‘Oh no!’ because I was about 30 minutes from my house.

“So I pulled into the gas station and I didn’t have my wallet and I was like, ‘Oh tragedy!’ right?

“So I was like, ‘Oh I’ll call Jada’ [Pinkett Smith, his wife] but then she’d have to drive 30 minutes to come so I looked over on the other side and I saw a dude. He was, like, 36, and I was like, ‘That dude is a Fresh Prince fan.’ You can spot them!

“So I kinda rolled the window down and after a couple of minutes, he was like, ‘Will?’ He said, ‘Hey, man, can I get a picture?’ I said, ‘Yeah man, I need about $10.'”

Will insisted that he tried to take the kind fan’s details so that he could pay him back, but the man refused.

The star continued: “We took the selfie, he lent me the $10. I was like, ‘Give me your number and I’ll send it back’, and he was like, ‘Dude no way. No way, that’s yours.'”

He then concluded with: “I want people to recognise me. I’ve met a lot of people where fame can be burden, but I just love it man! I really do.”

And we have to admit, that’s a pretty refreshing thing to hear in this day and age!

Planet Earth 2 insist they saved every baby turtle they could in series finale

Last night's episode of Planet Earth 2 had hearts breaking as terrified viewers saw newly-hatched hawksbill turtles get disorientated and walk towards a deadly main road in Barbados.

The turtles usually follow the moon's reflection to the sea but the city's lights proved too confusing for the babies, with many instead making their way to the city and consequently falling down drains or getting run over on the roads.

Passerbys failed to save the newborns and fans of the show were left distressed and outraged by the footage, but show producers have now insisted that the crew saved the babies off-screen.

Traditionally, Planet Earth's crew never intervene with the wildlife but they made an exception with the turtles and reportedly carried the creatures back to the sea.

A statement on the BBC's Planet Earth Twitter account read: "Every turtle that was seen or filmed by the #PlanetEarth2 crew was collected and put back into the sea."

It is not known whether they also rescued the ones who slipped down the drain.

The Barbados Sea Turtle Project are also an organisation that aims to save as many of these turtles as possible, patrolling the beach and helping newly-hatched turtles to the sea.

Speaking at the end of the series, host Sir David Attenborough made an emotional plea to help these organisations, allowing wildlife to live beside humans in harmony.

He explained: "Only a small number of animals have managed to find ways of living alongside us. And every ten years an area the size of Britain disappears under a jungle of concrete. But it doesn't have to be like this. Could it not be possible to build cities more in harmony with nature?

"Now over half of us live in an urban environment. My home too is here in the city of London. It's also sobering. It reminds me of just how easy it is for us to lose our connection with the natural world.

"Yet it's on this connection that the future of both humanity and the natural world depend. It's surely our responsibility to do everything within our power to create a planet that provides a home not just for us, but for all life on Earth."

Needless to say, we couldn't agree more.

X Factor 2016: Sharon Osbourne breaks down as she refers to Ozzy split

Last night was emotional all around for the X Factor family, as this year’s series of the show came to an end and Matt Terry was crowned the 2016 winner.

However, Sharon Osbourne appeared to break down as she referenced her split from husband Ozzy earlier this year, with her concerned co-stars rallying around her.

Filling the time before the results were announced, host Dermot O’Leary asked the judges what their favourite part of the series was, with Sharon’s answer shocking everybody.

After Louis Walsh quipped that his fave bit was getting his job back, Sharon took a turn for the serious as she shared: “The X Factor came at a time during my life when I needed to have fun.

“I can’t tell you what it’s meant to me, I have loved every minute.”

As Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh embraced Shazza, Simon Cowell got out of his chair and moved to be closer to Sharon, kissing her tenderly on the head.

The star’s revelation comes after she admitted that she and Ozzy were set to renew their wedding vows for a second time after a difficult year, with the Black Sabbath frontman’s affair with a hairstylist being exposed.

Sharon consequently left Ozzy before they rekindled their romance months later, with the X Factor judge admitting that their hectic schedules had taken a toll on their love life.

She said at the time: “In my life I have been so blessed but when one side of your life is so brilliant other things can suffer. It is hard when you are both successful and both working away.

“It is easy to take each other for granted. We have been married for 35 years and been together 38 years. You have to have some ups and downs.”

Sharon and Ozzy tied the knot on July 4th 1982 and renewed their vows for the first time in 2002.

JLS star Oritsé Williams arrested and questioned after being accused of rape

JLS star Oritsé Williams has been accused of raping and sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman in a hotel woman earlier this month.

Oritsé, who shot to fame when JLS appeared on The X Factor back in 2008, has been arrested and questioned by police over the incident.

The Sun reports that Oritsé met the woman at Gorgeous nightclub in Wolverhampton on December 2nd, where he was promoting his remixed 2015 album, ‘Waterline’.

The alleged victim and a friend were reportedly invited back to Oritsé’s hotel room to drink with him and another pal, however, when they left to get a taxi home she realised that she had left her handbag in the room and went back to retrieve it.

The woman claims that this is when the rape took place.

A police spokeswoman told the paper: “West Midlands Police were called to a Wolverhampton hotel at 7.45am on Friday December 2 after an allegation of rape and sexual assault was made by a 20-year-old woman.

“A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of rape and a 29-year-old man arrested on suspicion of sexual assault.

“Both men have been bailed until February, pending further enquiries.

Oritsé’s reps have not commented on the matter, nor have any of Oritsé’s bandmates – Marvin Humes, JB Gill and Aston Merrygold.

One Direction fans raise over $25k for charity in memory of Louis Tomlinson's mum

It has been an incredibly tough week for Louis Tomlinson and his six younger brothers and sisters, with the family losing matriarch Johannah Deakin in the early hours of Wednesday morning following a short and private battle with leukaemia.

However, the One Direction fandom have hopefully given the family something to smile about in their darkest days, raising over $25,000 for charity in Johannah's honour.

Every year, the fandom raise money for a charity close to each member's heart in honour of their birthday, with Louis being a proud patron of the Eden Dora Trust.

The drive initially started in honour of Louis' upcoming 25th birthday, which is on Christmas Eve, but following the news of Johannah's passing the creators posted a message to say that they have dedicated this year's drive to her memory.

They wrote: "We are so saddened to hear about Jay's passing. We'd like to dedicate our drive this year in her memory. She was always such a big supporter of charities and I hope she knew how much she inspired others."

Before adding: "C'mon, mum let's make someone happy today" - something which Johannah had previously revealed Louis said to her during their many charitable ventures together.

Since then, over 900 people have donated a whopping $25,879 (£20,580.54) to Eden Dora Trust - surpassing the drives $10,000 target in a seriously big way.

Leaving messages to pay their respects, donors wrote: "In honour of Jay, who I didn't have the pleasure of knowing personally but was seen as a loving, kind woman. Sending my love to her family."

"Jay is very beautiful lady and was taken too soon by a horrible disease that we need to find a cure for."

"In memory of Jay & her generous, loving spirit. I admired her strength & unending love & support for her kids. My condolences to Louis & the Tomlinson-Deakin family. All my love."

Louis bravely took to the X Factor stage last night to give an emotional performance of his debut solo single, just three days after his mother's death.

Louis had always been scheduled to perform ‘Just Hold On’ during the X Factor final, something that Johannah was looking forward to seeing, and it is understood that her dying wish was for her eldest son to fulfil his commitment to the show and go ahead with his performance.

The 24-year-old star was visibly fighting back tears following his emotional appearance on the show, but once he returned backstage we are pleased to report that he had the support of not only his family and close friends, but also his three One Direction bandmates.

It is understood that Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Liam Payne dropped everything so that they could be at Wembley to support their friend, opting to remain out of the spotlight so not to detract attention away from Louis’ big moment.

A source told the MailOnline: “Harry, Niall and Liam all came down to X Factor to support Louis. They all were backstage with him supporting him. It was a lovely moment – and shows the unity of 1D.

Niall and Liam had previously taken to Twitter to send their love and prayers to Louis after news of Johannah’s tragic death broke, with Zayn Malik – who quit 1D before having a very public Twitter spat with Louis last year – also taking the time to pay tribute to the mother-of-seven.

Following his performance, Louis took to his own social media page and admitted that getting on stage was even “harder” than he thought that it would be, writing to his millions of fans: “That was harder than I ever imagined.

“I want to thank everyone around me and all of the amazing fans out there that made that so special!

“Feeling so much love around me and my family. Mum would have been so f**king proud ( sorry for swearing mum ) love you ! [sic]”

He also thanked his collaborator Steve Aoki, who cancelled two shows so that he could be with Louis last night.

The star added: “Also @steveaoki , you have been such a rock and inspiration throughout this! Pure talent and a real gent ! [sic]”

Steve replied: “U were the rock my brother. U are my inspiration. U have the biggest f**king heart and I’m so proud of u. Blew us all away for her [sic]”.

‘Just Hold On’, which is thought to be about Louis’ mother, has since shot to the top of the iTunes chart.

Speaking to a tearful Louis after his solo debut, Simon Cowell said: “I have to say something to you. I’ve known you for six years, what you’ve just done – the bravery.

“I respect you as an artist and I respect you as a person. Your mum was so proud of you Louis and she was so looking forward to this performance.

5 reasons why Tonight With Donny Stixx was one of 2016's best plays

London's multitude of theatre venues have played host to many gritty and brilliant shows over the past year, but arguably the most poignant of 2016 was The Bunker Theatre’s 'Tonight With Donny Stixx' - a one-man-show that had audience members laughing, crying and grimacing in fear.

The electric 80-minute show starring Sean Michael Verey tells the story of Donny Stixx, a young boy who committed a heinous crime that lead to him being dubbed The Most Hated Boy Alive by the tabloids.... However, Donny doesn't care about the crime, or his tarnished reputation, all that Donny wants is to be famous.

Transferred to London from the Edinburgh Festival, Tonight With Donny Stixx is a black comedy by playwright Philip Ridley, and here are five reasons why it was one of London's best shows of the year:

1. Sean Michael Verey

Let's get this one out of the way first; Sean Michael Verey is absolutely outstanding as the sole actor in the show. Playing Donny Stixx, and performing an 80-minute monologue in the process, Verey showcases his raw talent by bringing every single other character in the story to life flawlessly.

Keeping the attention of an audience for the entire play run-time must be no mean feat, but with the help of Ridley's incredible script, Verey turned an empty stage into an entire world as he told us the story that in turn made the audience laugh out loud, sob genuine tears, and even jump out of their seats in terror due to Donny's terrifyingly unpredictable behaviour.

Recounting Donny's entire life up until that point, audience members were able to watch him grow from a young boy to an awkward, aspiring magician, to a desperate and fame-hungry entertainer, trust us when we say that you will never see a performance quite like this again.

2. There Are No Gimmicks

When we say that it is just Sean Michael Verey on stage, we literally mean it.

There are no props, no set, no gimmicks - it is just one man, dressed in just a T-shirt and a pair of jeans, performing a colourful, multi-layered and fascinating story with nothing but a great script and raw talent.

And let's be honest, when you have those two ingredients what more could you possibly need?

3. It's Gripping

Put simply, there really isn't any time to get bored when watching Tonight With Donny Stixx.

The story is as gripping as the acting and the audience were on tenterhooks throughout the show as they waited to find out what heinous crime Donny had committed, and what it was that got him there.

It'd have been easy for the climax and consequent conclusion of the play to be disappointing following all of the suspense, but we are pleased to report that it is completely worth the wait and emotional investment,

4. It's One Of A Kind

We have honestly never seen a show quite like this before, and we reckon you'd be hard-pushed to find somebody who couldn't say the same.

5. It Sticks With You

Be warned: This isn't going to be your average trip to the theatre.

Tonight With Donny Stixx isn't the kind of show that you can enjoy passively before catching the train home, having a nice cup of tea and forgetting all about it.

This is a show that will play on your mind for the days if not weeks after you have watched it; you'll be incessantly telling everybody that you meet to head down to the theatre to watch it for themselves - and then enjoying the opportunity of having somebody new to discuss it with.

As you can see, it's certainly safe to say that Tonight With Donny Stixx was one of the best London plays of 2016, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed that it returns to the stage in the New Year too.

5 reasons to watch Trainspotting Live

As we draw closer to the release of the sequel for Danny Boyle's shocking 1996 film, Trainspotting, based on the hit book by Irvine Welsh, there has never been a more apt time to revisit the original characters and story.

Thankfully, In Your Face Theatre have assembled an authentic Scottish cast to recreate Welsh's novel in the most unique, incredible, and certainly memorable way possible - with an immersive live production of the gritty black comedy drama.

Telling the story of Mark Renton and his friends as they fight their way through Edinburgh's heroin scene in the 80s, this is one performance that will make you laugh, cry, and grimace throughout its entire 75-minute run time.

But if that isn't enough to convince you to watch the show at London's Vaults Theatre, here are five more reasons why you should check it out:

1. You won't ever watch anything like it

Let's get one thing out of the way; this show is unlike anything that you have ever seen before. When you walk into the theatre, the cast are already mid-rave as they usher you to your seats and thrust glow sticks in your face.

They interact with audience members throughout the show, sometimes in a terrifying way and other times in a hilarious way - one minute you can have Renton's disgusting bedsheets being thrown over your heads, the next you're being shouted at by the unpredictable Begbie - all whilst the story faultlessly unfolds in front of your very eyes.

The immersive aspect of the show means that there will never be a passive audience, and as the production progressed you could feel every single patron in the theatre becoming more and more emotionally involved in the plot, which makes the second act all the more difficult to watch.

2. The acting is out of this world

It would have certainly been easy for the production to just rely on the gimmick of an immersive show, but arguably the most impressive aspect of Trainspotting Live is the stellar cast and mindblowing acting talent all around.

Much like the film and the book, the first half of the show mostly depicts the characters having fun and messing around without a care in the world, however, the second act takes a sudden and harrowing turn for the worst and this is when the cast have a real chance to shine - and boy, do they shine.

Which leads us to reason #3...

3. It's gritty

Trainspotting Live is most definitely not all fun and games and by the time the cast return to the stage for their well-earned bows, you will be feeling emotionally drained in the best possible way.

The second act will have you on the edge of your seat as everything starts to deteriorate for the characters; from the scene where Alison and Sick Boy discover Alison's baby, which has died due to the neglect of his heroin-addicted mother, to the moment that a clean Renton discovers Tommy's lifeless body after introducing him to the Class A drug, absolutely nothing is hidden away or sugarcoated on this stage.

After laughing and grimacing your way through the first half of the show, you will be ending the night in tears - after all, Trainspotting most definitely isn't a fairytale; it is a difficult and harrowing insight into the world of drug addiction.

4. It's loyal to the book

As you can probably tell by the familiar scenes that have already been described, the theatre production of Trainspotting is incredibly loyal to Irvine Welsh's original book - which will no doubt be a huge bonus for fans.

At just 75-minutes long, the production has obviously been forced to take a couple of shortcuts but certainly not to the detriment of the overall play, and it has even had Welsh’s prestigious seal of approval.

The author commented: “I was shocked and I wrote the f***ing thing”. 

Just imagine how the rest of us felt, Irv!

5. It'll stick with you

It's not very often that you see a show and it continues to play on your mind long after you have left the theatre, but Trainspotting Live has the ability to stick with you for the days, if not weeks, that follow.

The show takes the audience on a roller-coaster of emotions; nerves when you first walk into the unknown, not quite sure what to expect, the excitement at seeing the play unfold, laughter at the characters antics followed by sadness, shock, and - above all - awe at what you have just witnessed.

Intense and moving, this is without a doubt a show that you will be urging your friends and family to see before it leaves its London base, which is why all that is left to say is: Choose Trainspotting Live.

Prince Harry was dating a Burberry model whilst wooing Meghan Markle

It's safe to say that November has seen the emergence of the hottest new celebrity couple, with Prince Harry being linked to 'Suits' actress, Meghan Markle.

However, sources have now claimed that Meghan wasn't the only woman in the Prince's life until recently, and he was actually wooing a Burberry model at the same time as Meghan.

Scandalous, eh?

The 32-year-old royal is now said to be absolutely besotted with Meghan, but before things became serious he also pursued Sarah Ann Macklin, David Gandy's ex.

Speaking to the Mail On Sunday, a source claimed: "Their fling is an open secret among her friends.

"David Gandy knew that Harry was pursuing her and tried to get her back. At one point she had the country’s most famous male model and a prince vying for her affection, and the novelty was not lost on her.

"She ended up turning David down and dating Prince Harry. It eventually fizzled out but they are on friendly terms."

Another mysterious insider added: "They were introduced at a social gathering and Harry made a beeline for her. She was very flattered by the attention and they went on a few dates. Everything was kept very below the radar.

"They got on, but are quite different. She is very clean living and barely drinks and in that respect they were on a different wavelength. Harry also seemed a bit non-committal and it never really got off the ground. Things fizzled out before he went to Africa for a month in August."

The news comes after former royal butler, Grant Harrold, claimed that Harry and Meghan are "in love".

He told The Mirror: "Harry loves her and she loves him.

"And that will be what matters in the eyes of the Queen and Prince Charles. I don't see any reason why Meghan couldn't be The One."

It is thought that Meghan will be travelling to the UK to spend some time with Harry over the festive season.

YouTuber Carrie Fletcher shares inspirational bikini photo as she hits back at bodyshamers

We have always had a whole lot of time for YouTuber and actress Carrie Hope Fletcher, with the 24 year old often using her high-profile to spread positivity and happiness among her thousands of followers.

And this morning, Carrie was even more inspirational than usual.

The star is currently reprising her role of Eponine in the Dubai production of West End musical Les Miserables, and poor Carrie couldn't help but notice that she was being criticised for her weight by cruel trolls.

Taking to Instagram, the star showed off her absolutely amazing body as she posed in a bikini and wrote alongside the image: "Someone recently called me fat in the comments of one of my last pictures here on Instagram.

"I get this every now and then and I sometimes respond about being happy and healthy and what a shame it is that size 12 is considered 'fat' these days. But saying the same thing over and over starts to get boring and sometimes words just aren't enough.

"So here. This is me. Whilst I'm in Dubai this is how I'll be spending most of my days when not in the theatre. In my bikini, being very comfortable and at peace with my body. I am curvy. I have lumps and bumps, some of which, in all the 'wrong' places.

"I have stretch marks, cellulite, scars and tattoos and I am not scared to wear a bikini whilst lounging by the pool that shows off all my wobbly bits. Coz guess what? Everyone has them. Everyone has imperfections! I love my body, including all the bits society has deemed unlovable.

"And guess what else? My body loves me back too! So you individuals out there, with your judgemental attitudes towards anything that looks different from the photoshopped women in magazines, don't have to."

Ooft, you tell 'em, girl.

This isn't the first time that Carrie has spoken out about body positivity, exclusively telling Yahoo Celebrity UK earlier this year that she felt that it was her "responsibility" to provide a positive message to her followers.

She explained: "There is a choice you make about what you want to put forward to that audience and I just think why not use that platform to your best advantage? Why wouldn’t you talk about things that will make people feel better?

"It frustrates me so much - I get messages from really young girls saying they’re not 'normal’ because they’re such-and-such a weight or size and they’re absolutely healthy. It’s so upsetting."

As well as being a successful West End star and hugely popular vlogger, Carrie is also an established author, with her first book, 'All I Know Now', providing a warts-and-all insight into her experiences growing up as a helpful and reassuring guide for her followers.

We reckon that it's pretty safe to say that Carrie is doing an amazing job of using her platform to her "best advantage".
