What does 'RDM' stand for?: Random Death Match

What does 'NLR' stand for?: New Life Rule

What does 'RDA' stand for?: Random Arrest

RDM: Running up to someone and shooting them in the face without adverting mug or anything.

NLR: Running back to a raid after you just died and talking shit.

A user is prop-spamming, how do you handle this?: Jail the user, make him remove his props, if he removes his props i would give him a warning. If he does-sent and continues to try to prop spam i would have him kicked and/or depending on the situation.

As a Staff member, you are expected to treat all players equally. What does it mean to be biased?: To be biased it means that you treat someone unfairly then another player because you are closer with them.

A user is disrespecting you, shouting offensive slurs at you. He says his reasoning behind this is because he thinks you aren't doing your job correctly. How do you handle this?: I would ask him why he doe-sent think im doing my job correctly and if there is a problem he needs to report it to another staff member.

Who are more important, the staff, or the players? Why?: Neither, I believe they should both be treated the same.

What are some useful binds that you can use while being a staff member?: Jail, Noclip, Gag and Mute binds.

Have you had any past experiences being a staff member on any server?: Owned servers in the past and i have been mod on a popular server TitsRP.

Also I have owned servers in the past and I believe that I can help this server grow. I would also be a good addition to the staff team because I basically play on this server every single hour and im usually almost always on. Also because I understand how to manage and keep players on a server (Try to be nice and not piss people off). I would also be a great help because I know most commands because i have ran gmod servers in the past.
