Here's a recruitment post for the group rp I am doing.

8 months ago the war on drugs changed. It started out as pharmaceutical testing, then it began finding itself in clubs and parties within a month Blitz had found its way onto every city street in America. What came next nobody saw coming. In every city in the world people began popping up with strange volatile powers. Some could move at high speeds others could shoot lasers from their eyes or walk through walls. Just as fast as the drug spread the government cracked down in search of the drug. In no time at all it seemed as if the drug known as Blitz had disappeared. However the side effect of this drug had not. All over the country people with volatile powers were coming out of the woodwork each one more volatile than the next. Some were becoming budding heroes and vigilantes others became ruthless criminals hellbent to make a name for themselves. In the chaos several cities fell, Staten Island was the first to fall after a gang of what are now being called Blitzers ran rampant with their powers leaving the city in chaos. Vegas soon followed after a Blitzer with electrical powers accidentally wiped out the main grid leaving the city a shell of what it once was as the infrastructure fell apart. The most recent city to fall was Jersey city. However despite the rivalry between New York and New Jersey nobody cheered for this, Partly because of the mysterious circumstances of Jersey city's fall and partly because people began to fear what city would be next. Cue The Bureau of Super powered Affairs (BSA). In a matter of days they moved in employing a mixture of human, Blitzer, and Auto-mechanical Peacekeepers as the Government declared martial law. However it seems as if the BSA is more concerned with oppressing the people they were meant to be protecting. 3 months later and the BSA's occupation of America is still in full swing. Corruption and crime have never been more out of control. However heroes are rising almost daily to not only stand against the villains of the world, but any who try to victimize those weaker than themselves. Including the BSA.
