These vegan graham crackers are a wholesome and delicious alternative to the traditional version. They are perfect for snacking, making s'mores, or as a base for vegan cheesecakes and pies.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup almond milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness. Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut the dough into desired shapes. Transfer the crackers to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Prick each cracker with a fork to prevent puffing during baking. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.

With its rich and sour taste, the Millionaire Sour is a classic cocktail made with bourbon, citrus juices, Cointreau, grenadine, and a frothy egg white for a smooth texture.
Ingredients: 2 oz bourbon. 1/2 oz Cointreau. 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice. 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice. 1/4 oz grenadine. 1 egg white.
Instructions: Put all of the ingredients into a shaker that doesn't have ice. To emulsify the egg white, shake it hard for about 15 seconds. Put ice in the shaker and shake it again until it's very cold. Pour into a cocktail glass that has been chilled. Put a lemon twist on top.
