i also headcanon that rms was homeschooled until middle school and he might have met brandon a few times before then but was kind of too reserved to talk to him?? until they bonded over comic books. 

rms’ grades got a little worse after meeting brandon’s, and brandon’s got a little better with rms around… both having fun and hanging out all the time. bros 4 lyfe
