In another life, Eris was the Goddess of Strife and Discord. It's not clear if she was the daughter of Nyx, or Zeus and Hera, but for our sake, she still often accompanied Ares into battle as they worked hand and hand. Despite this, she was often not a Goddess you wanted around for very long and Eris, filled with resentment, often showed it in her actions; i.e. the Golden Apple and pinning the others against each other.

𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

In this life, Eris was reincarnated into Lara, who by some point became an orphan who was forced to live on the streets. A man found her by the time she was twelve and offered her something better... and just what was better than being a homeless orphan? He trained her to become an assassin and by the time she was eighteen, the life had suited her well. By the time she was twenty-five, she had gotten into arms dealing in certain areas of the world. It didn't matter if she was supplying the enemy or their enemy with weapons, as long as she was being paid. In the last three months, looking for a place to lay low if she needed it, she came across Ogygia where she purchased a cabin and has resided since -- except when she "left the island for business," only to come back to a murdered body washing ashore around the same time.
