//sorry for the disappearing act guys, but been hella busy as well as lost my muse for Shiro. But no fear, will be back, and was planning on moving him to my multimuse blog I just did a few days ago. I shall get him ready to move within a few days, I will let anyone know if they are interested.

⌈   —   Shiro chuckled and nodded, he made a mental note to reply to everyone later, first he wanted to make sure that Keith and Max were well taken care of before he left the room and get to work.

He watched with fascination on how easily the baby was towards his mother. Watching their bond was something Shiro couldn’t help but be so proud of them.

     “You’re amazing, you know that? Everything you did for our son, you have no idea how proud I am.”⌋

They both had a long night but it was worth it in the end. Keith was curled up in the hospital bed fast asleep as he held their newborn baby in his arms. The child snuggled against the crook of his neck, sleeping softly before stirring slightly in their sleep. ((Hope you don’t mind cute fluff))

⌈  —   Shiro had a long night, but every second was worth it; it didn’t matter that he was tired, or more like exhausted, starving, sleepy; he was at the point he was ready to drop dead anywhere and get some sleep.

But how could he when he didn’t want to miss not one moment at seeing his partner, and their newborn in his arms. He still couldn’t believe it, despite being prepared for this for 9 months. Watching over Keith, making sure he and their unborn child at the time were taken care of. They had everything needed at their home, their new nursery, baby products, toys, the crib.

And it was all worth it as he watched quietly at the two loves of his life sleeping peacefully.

He sighed, running his human hand over his face as his metal one was gently cradling Keith’s hand.

He decided to close his eyes, for just a moment to rest them. ⌋

⌈   —   The moment Allura told them they could go to Max, Shiro smiled as he saw Keith went without being told twice, not before thanking and hugging Allura. He also did the same thing to Allura, nodded towards Coran and Pidge before joining his partner by the bed.

He remained standing, letting Keith take the chair as he looked over at Max. Shiro placed a hand on the other’s shoulder, giving him a gentle squeeze.

        “I’m heading to grab us something to drink, do you want anything, love?”⌋

Max let out a small groan as he pulled up his pants leg up in his room. He knitted his eyebrows together in concentration as he took a screwdriver and tinkered with a knee joint in his robotic leg. He clenched his jaw as it hurt more than it did the last few times. He started to loosen and tighten the joint up to what would help him walk normally. He exhaled a sharp breath before he reached over and bit down on a rag he kept on stand by as he rolled up his sleeves. His greyish-purple eyes didn’t stare long at the white marks that reflected off his arms.

Focus.

Tears streamed down his face while his other muscles tensed up as he tried to fix the artificial limb. His dad couldn’t find out about it. He didn’t want to see his dad hurt because of him. He wasn’t weak. He could prove it to his father... to everyone that he wasn’t that sick little baby anymore.

⌈   —   Shiro smiled at the princess before escorting her out of the lounging area. He would explain with detail on where they were going, what was going on within the rooms, until he took her towards one of his favorite places.

The room they entered was large, and bright. A few military personnel were there, working on their communicators and pads, but Shiro took Eleanore towards the balcony.

       “This is one of my favorite places to be when I just need a moment to gather my thoughts. The view is amazing, especially when the sun sets. But come and see for yourself.”⌋

The girl stared at the man in front of her. He looked like an important person, or at least someone who was able to impose his authority on other people. Maybe he was somekind of a general? Still, she did not expect to find someone there as she had chosen that place because it was quiet. And Eleanore liked quiet and solitary places because she can think without chaos around her. But she didn't despise a little company. ❝Oh, no everything is alright! I'm just wandering around here. As I said, I thought I was alone here so I was surprised to see somebody❞ Another alternative was to train, but it would have been tiring so she discarded the idea.

⌈   —   Shiro gently held Keith as his partner sat on his lap and he wrapped him in his embrace. He whispered quietly to him that everything will be alright, Coran and Allura will do everything they could to help their son.

     “I don’t know. We already talked and he was just...worried with wanting to worry us. And he was fighting this on his own, but I told him that no matter what, we were there to help with everything he needed. I don’t think we did anything wrong, but regardless...lets just wait until we all talk to him. He still needs to tell you, love.” ⌋

⌈   —  He let out a soft chuckle as he watched Max in his arms while holding Keith with his free arm. Shiro leaned to kiss his spouse’s temple, feeling himself more relaxed that he ever had during the whole he was here in the hospital by Keith’s side.

       “That’s good. And I can see the others as well, they haven’t stopped messaging me about Max. I haven’t had a chance to reply to them since I wanted you to sleep, I have my communicator off for the time being.”⌋

Starburst Galaxy M94 from Hubble : Why does this galaxy have a ring of bright blue stars? Beautiful island universe Messier 94 lies a mere 15 million light-years distant in the northern constellation of the Hunting Dogs (Canes Venatici). A popular target for Earth-based astronomers, the face-on spiral galaxy is about 30,000 light-years across, with spiral arms sweeping through the outskirts of its broad disk. But this Hubble Space Telescope field of view spans about 7,000 light-years across M94’s central region. The featured close-up highlights the galaxy’s compact, bright nucleus, prominent inner dust lanes, and the remarkable bluish ring of young massive stars. The ring stars are all likely less than 10 million years old, indicating that M94 is a starburst galaxy that is experiencing an epoch of rapid star formation. The circular ripple of blue stars is likely a wave propagating outward, having been triggered by the gravity and rotation of a oval matter distributions. Because M94 is relatively nearby, astronomers can better explore details of its starburst ring. via NASA

⌈   —   He was watching closely. Shiro would know if Keith would lie to him, but he also knew he would never to do to him. They both trusted each other like as they always did. Shiro had complete faith in the raven that he was taken care of himself properly. But lately, the dark circles under his eyes, the way he would slightly move sluggishly when no one was looking, the downcast of his gaze led Shiro to believe that something was up with his best friend.

Once he had his answer, Shiro let out a soft sigh as he approached Keith, a hand gently placed on his shoulder, the touch of comfort to him.

       “Thank you for telling me, Keith. If there’s something in your mind that is causing you trouble, you can talk to me. I’m here for you.”⌋

                   HIS  LIPS  ALMOST  PART  to lie to him ,  but he knows he can’t .  shiro knows too much about him ,  he’ll be able to tell if he lies ,  he wouldn’t believe him no matter how convincing he sounds .

⌈   —   Shiro carefully moved one hand from his hold of their sleeping son so he could grasped Keith’s hand. He gave him a squeeze before lifting it up to kiss the back of his hand in a comforting way. He understood, completely. It was so scary to remember what had happened earlier and he didn’t want anything to happen to Max.

       “He’s fine, sleeping in my arm and been quiet. He’s a good baby, Keith. You don’t have to worry, I’m watching over you two as you rest.”⌋
