Today i decided i would change my tumblr URL to it’s most original form. Back to my very first URL, “stupidcreations”. This brings back so many memories of my very active Tumblr blogging days where i’d doodle/draw little cartoons. I guess you could say i am going to TRY and blog more, with a little sketching here and there. 

It’s funny, I was just watching random love songs on youtube and saw my drawings pop up on one of the music videos someone did and it honestly made me so happy that people have spread my art from many years ago.

Anyways, here’s to a good start to 2017. Cheers.

HAPPY NEW YEARS! 😭🎉🎊 Thankyou for all the the blessings that 2016 has given me. From all the ups and downs, life really knows how to tackle one down and test the waters. 2016 was hard, becoming a new mum and struggling financially at times really put my relationships to the test. 08.08.16 My baby girl, not so little anymore. Today she's 6 months. Wow, where has the time gone? It felt like just yesterday I was just meeting you for the first time, so little in my arms. Now you're starting to crawl, already wanting to stand, can see everything, found your fingers and toes, eat solids, cry ever so loudly with that strong voice of yours, and your first word was mum! You're so beautiful and I can't believe you're mine.

06.08.2016 So my life has been crazy busy (sorta not really). But I'm trying to get back into posting on tumblr again. For those who have followed me since my doodling days (stupidcreations), it's been one hell of a journey. I've decided I will turn this blog into a personal one, documenting my life adventures and so on. If you read back at my old posts, I haven't had that much luck with relationships, until Dean. And as you and see in the picture above, I'm finally engaged. (Since 26 May 2016).

As of 8th of February 2016, 5:34am, I became a mother to my beautiful daughter Delilah. ❤️ Words can't describe the love that has filled my heart. I can't wait to watch her grow, see her smile and make her happy in every way I can.

Goodbye 2015, Hello 2016

It’s been a while since I’ve used this blog. I’m sorry I have been super busy with life, but I shall update in this possibly very long diary entry.

What’s been happening? Well where do I start?! Thankyou for all your questions and compliments in my inbox. I will try to answer the most common ones here. No I am no longer in a long distance relationship. I guess if you follow me on my Instagram (@alexandria.skye) it would make sense that I am long past Shane, and Matthew. Matthew and I ended things early in January 2015. It wasn’t a bad breakup though it was because I didn’t feel like he showed enough affection, and it was true, he admitted it, he wanted to do “him” before anyone else since he was making a move to sydney, Ofcourse not for me though. He just wanted a change and I was already in sydney. Anyway not long after that, I started going out to clubs more because I became a club promoter. I was piss drunk every Saturday night. So cliché of me. But then suddenly this boy came into my life (which is funny because I totally friend zoned him at first). He was not my type at all at first glance.

His name is dean. Now Dean and I became friends in a short time, and he became my best guy friend in an even shorter time. We started hanging out almost everyday. I realised his personality was amazing. He was giving, kind and loyal. Though he seriously had to work on his fashion sense (haha). And just like that feelings started to attach out of the blue. He liked me from the start. So on the 1st of March 2015, dean took me to a mini roadtrip near Canberra, NSW. It was then we became officially boyfriend and girlfriend. That very night, he told me he loved me. I felt it, I believed it because of how close we grew, there’s no time limit on love.

Life was great after that, it felt like a movie in a way, some nights he would sneak into my bedroom window and fall asleep with me. I didn’t need much to make me happy, and he was it. We had already talked about children in the future.

Well guess what? On the 11th June 2015, there was two red lines. POSITIVE. yes, PREGNANT!!! It was great timing too when I doin out because dean had just arrived with 147 roses of blue and white (because I was mad at him the night before for smoking). The news was shock to us, even though we were trying! Today I am 33 weeks pregnant. Waiting on a beautiful baby girl to join our little family on the 16th of February 2016 (if she’s on time).

So there you have it, my life updated in a flash. I wish I had more time for this blog, but if anyone has any questions from advice to curiosity then ask me.

Date someone who sleeps on your chest and leaves a little puddle of drool. Don’t date someone who makes you leave oceans of tears.

I wanna go on a roadtrip someday. Alone or with someone I love. I wanna get away. Explore places. Sleep in the car. Stop a lot just to admire the view. Visit museums and try out coffee shops. Listen to my favorite albums while driving. Have a polaroid camera. Take pretty pictures of the sunrise. Take pictures of myself. Run through a forest. Chase fog. Chase the sun. Spend hours on a field making flower crowns. Feel the wind in my hair. Buy souvenirs. Meet people. Take time to observe. I wanna make memories. I wanna feel alive.
