I love this outfit! You really made all the colors match super well. Got an overarching brown theme with green and tiny bit of extra color. It's absolutely lovely!

Shape: 2/2

Very interesting to look at shape wise! The mask pairs super well with the hair, the cape pairs well with the hat and outfit, it's all just so well done! Very nice!!

Theme: 2/2

Oh my God the THEME. If it wasn't against my own set rules I'd give you more than 2 points. Everything here is perfect. You got a garden hat, flower cape, gardener outfit, and very cute hair. The mask conveys the characters shyness very well. Honestly, this outfit as a whole is giving snail vibes. It's just... UGH it's so scrumptious!

Creativity: 2/2

Full marks here. No source is leaned on too heavily and that shows you put a bunch of thought into it. No complaints, it's perfect.

Personal Preference: 2/2

EASY 2/2 here. This outfit is wonderful.

Color is great! Got a very solid scheme with the warm colors. Typically I'm not a fan of pairing silver with gold but you really pull it off!

Shape: 1.5/2

Overall you really get how shape works. Everything is very interesting without being too much. However, there's a singular part of your outfits shape I can't get behind, the mask and headgear. You got the deep brown arch immediately followed up with the huge clunky headgear. It looks a little awkward. My personal recommendation would be to maybe pick one or the other but, that said, it could also throw off the outfit a bit. It's certainly not the worst, not even a full point worth of deduction, so it might be better to keep it if you don't think there's a good substitute.

Theme: 2/2

Sometimes I look at outfits and I can't quite tell what the theme is supposed to be. Sometimes that means the outfit is disorganized and too chaotic to be put together. Other times, it doesn't matter, because your whole outfit blends together beautifully. Strict themes are sometimes needed, other times just The Vibe is good enough.

Creativity: 2/2

You pull from a lot of different sources, not leaning too heavily on one thing or another. Full marks, nothing to report.

Personal Preference: 1.5/2

Now look, it's a damn good outfit and even I can see that. Like honestly, the only flaw to report is already mentioned in the shape section. However, it's personally not my cup of tea. It's honestly probably the Deer outfit, I'm not a huge fan of it. That said, damn good outfit!

Overall Score: 9/10

Notes: I adore the usage of the tanuki cape. I never thought to have it blend in with an outfit over being the centerpiece but you make it work really well!

hallo! You can be brutal with your opinions of this outfit:3 (yes I got packages of moth and sparrow, The Journey capes and masks!!!)

Color: 1.5/2

You got a good color scheme going mate. Got a nice blend of yellow, white, and red. However, take a minute and ask yourself what you were doing with those boots. The dark blue has no place here. Please, escort it off the premises. If you're worried about your legs seeming bare, I'd like to direct you to other base game outfit options that cover more of the legs.

Shape: 2/2

Overall very good shape. You'll hear no complaints from me in that department. I really like the moth antennas and low-key wish I had that pack lmfao.

Theme: 2/2

I like what you got going on with your whole thing. It's a very nice feel with combining a lot of moth and Journey elements. Feels like you combined the 2 main characters into one.

Creativity: 1.5/2

You pulled from a lot of different sources. However, you rely almost entirely on things bought with real money. You're wearing a default outfit, one singular seasonal cosmetic, and then entirely IAP stuff. Experiment with harder to get stuff! I understand you could potentially be a newer player but try messing with even the base game stuff! The IAP stuff looks cool but you don't need to spend money to enjoy what Sky has to offer.

Personal Preference: 1/2

Personally, I think the outfit looks very okay. It just feels kinda cheap to have it rely so heavily on IAP and the boots GOTTA go. That said, it's a cute color scheme and I am a sucker for Journey. It's just okay. That's all I can really say.

Oh you wanna know what my dream outfit in Sky is? Well I'm glad you asked person I didn't just make up to showcase my style. Take note that none of my selections cost real money AND it's only limited to stuff that can/will be obtainable.

For starters this is the main outfit. I'll own the Mischief stuff very soon but Anxious Angler's cape likely won't be avaliable for some time seeing as we just had an Abyss spirit.

Next we got Cackling Canoneers stuff (I so badly want all their cosmetics they are my favorite spirit) which I think would pair nicely. I already own the crab from when I 100% Season of Shattering so that's dope.

Typically I don't count props but this is the prop I'd pair with this.

This is definitely an Abyss heavy outfit but I can't help that Abyss fuels my alt clothing needs.

You definitely had the right idea with trying to make the cape go with the mask. However, that said, this provides a good opportunity to talk about how color coordination works. An outfit can have as much or as little color to it as you want but it's about how you utilize the color.

You have two sections to your outfit, it's not one piece. Your first section is your mask and cape, utilizing deep brown and light blue. Your second section is your outfit, utilizing red, yellow, and deep brown. The deep brown from the mask to the outfit works well. It's the blue, yellow, and red that don't. The yellow is excusable, it's an accent color. The red is only on the outfit and the blue is only on the cape and mask though. It looks like you merged two entirely different halves of an outfit. You have a good pallet you just need to learn to make your halves look like a whole.

In my opinion you would be better off finding a different outfit or different cape and mask. I like the beginnings of the cape and mask better personally. You could make such a pretty blue and brown outfit if you used something else. Honestly, maybe even go with a base game outfit like the ones offered by pointing candlemaker, shivering trailblazer, or confident sightseer.

Shape: 1/2

I like how the mask pairs with your hair a lot. It's honestly a very good combination. That said, the way your outfit and cape pair together gives a very clunky shape.

Theme: 1/2

Now I think I see what your outfit is based around, the mask. However, I don't think the theme really is pulled off primarily because of your outfit choice. It's honestly just so far away from the mask that your theme isn't able to come off properly.

Creativity: 2/2

Definitely creative choices here! Got a Nine Colored Deer outfit with a Passage mask and it's all brought together with base game stuff. Very creative outfit, full marks!

Personal Preference: 0/2

Now honestly, my opinion doesn't matter. You should love your outfit regardless of what I think. I'm just really not digging it with the colors and shape but that's alright! Not everything needs to fit in my personal preferences.

Overall Score: 5/10

Happy Days of Mischief everyone!

Apologies for being gone. I was rather burnt out on Sky and got very hyperfixated on some World of Warcraft. Starting tomorrow I shall resume my ratings of outfits.

In the meantime, I just wanna state I've been VERY hyped for Days of Mischief. I missed out on all the cosmetics last year and the boots + outfit are literally my favorite in the whole game. I'm gonna hopefully manage to get the outfit pictured here soon.

Sometimes i get that FOMO over my skykids not looking Cool and Stylish enough to fit in the sky community

But then I have to make myself STOP and remember that I actually really enjoy my mothy little designs when I’m playing, which is most important. Things I love about a moth design:

- I love the way the basic capes flow behind you when you run around. I love that the brown is such a pleasant brown especially with its beautiful cream lining. It lights up dark places so beautifully!

- I love moth outfits! I love that it makes sky kids look like candles themselves with the cylinder shapes. The hide and seek dress was the first item i really intentionally worked hard for, so it means so much to me

- I love moth hair, there are such cute basic styles. I love how all the hairs flow like flames atop a candle

- i love how the moth mask looks like a little face ( o-o )

- I love that in pure concept we’re all candles and kilns and pottery and something certainly not human or even fleshy

- I love appreciating the items I have and how much work I put into getting each piece

I dont know, i love sky and I love how cute everyone is no matter how many cosmetics they have

Color: 1/2

God you got such a pretty color scheme! I love the light blues and white mixed with a touch of yellow. I've been unable to really style that cape myself (mainly cause I don't have many pants) but you pulled it off very nicely! Way to make a hard to style cape your bitch. 👏

Now that said, you flawlessly executed the color scheme but there is one point off. The balancing of the colors feels off and it's that damn capes fault lol. The cape just has so much blue in it and the outfit has so little blue, it's a little jarring honestly. It's not a bad outfit because of it by ANY means, it's just the curse of that cape.

Shape: 2/2

Nice, clean shape overall. I think the cape is a tricky shape to work with and you can easily fuck it up but you didn't.

Theme: 2/2

Good theme! It looks like the outfit was based around the cape as your primary piece and it all blends well with it. While it's not exactly hard to make the cape stand out, you did well to not make other pieces feel like they were trying to compete for that spot.

Creativity: 2/2

Don't lean too harshly on any season for your outfit and it's not something I'll see every day traversing the world. Can't complain at all, full marks!

Personal Preference: 2/2

I can't help it, I'm just absolutely thrilled you can make that cape work without one of the outfits from the same season. Can you tell I like your use of that cape? Maybe I should reference it one more time to be sure...

I love the color scheme! You've done well with combining a lot of recently avaliable cosmetics together. Got some nice oranges and whites in there and the yellow bits are nice! That said, in my opinion, ditch the boots. The blue just doesn't fit. If you do that the colors are perfect.

Shape: 2/2

Fun shapes in the outfit. The hair and outfit isn't a combo I would have thought about but I really like all the lines they have. Very scrumptious, full marks.

Theme: 2/2

It's a very pretty outfit! There's not a detailed theme like a lot of the outfits I rated in the past but you don't need one. I can see everything is centered around your outfit and it looks dope af!

Gonna start keeping these brief for my outfits. I'll still give detailed reviews for others stuff though!

Clear color scheme of oranges and whites with a touch of yellow.

Honestly struggled a lot coming up with an outfit for today haha. Kinda just threw all the beachy stuff together and added a random hair and cape that went with it all.

Bunch of different sources for all of the cosmetics. Honestly didn't think I'd use the default mask again but hey, I think it looks pretty good.

Personally, the beachy vibes just don't do it for me. Honestly, think it's the cape. If only we could go capeless. 😔

This is Solaris my sky kid! The story i’ve made for them is that they’re originally from the Abyss but currently they travel around the sky kingdom looking for things to put in their scrapbook

Color: 2/2

I love how to combat the dull reds and blues in your outfit you utilized the very bright headwear! You have a good color scheme going with utilizing the primary colors (good pallet, not many people like going for it) but it doesn't fall into the trap of being too much. Good shit.

Shape: 2/2

Shape is pretty standard. Nothing wrong with standard ofc, just not much to comment on. The hair shape and headgear mix really well though, I will say.

Theme: 1/2

I'll admit, I looked up the abyss spirits because I thought this was a copy of the guide. That's how well you blend in with the abyss spirits. You definitely have the theme down for being from there! That said, I kinda am not getting much of the scrapbook vibes, yk? Solaris just appears to be yet another basic abyss skykid. I'd love to see if you could do more, maybe with a mask?

Good usage of Duet cosmetics in an unconventional way. It's very easy when designing a skykid from a specific location to only utilize cosmetics from the season but you avoided it and still pulled it off. Very nice!

Personal Preference: 2/2

I really vibe with this outfit. I don't see a lot of outfits that aim for more muted colors which is criminal considering it looks dope as fuck.

Notes: Solaris having that headgear really fits the meaning of the name. I like it!
