Me too girl. The creative process after creating is so draining. Like damn you really want me to read 15,000 words of nonsense that probably makes no sense because I wrote It in a panic of forgetting? Yeah nice try....

Am I the only writer who HATES proofreading but loves writing?

back in the day we used to barter in fanfiction comments for updates. you used to promise to write a ficlet of WHATEVER the author liked, any pairing, any trope, any kink, as long as they updated their fic. or draw, or create a playlist, etc. sometimes it even worked.

but now you guys think being passive aggressive about updates in the comments works? pshhh

writer culture is telling all your friends about how you've been working on your cool new wip and you're actually liking how it's turning out but the second they ask you what it's about - or worse, ask to read it - you run away screaming

You know what I don't really see a lot of (fic wise)? Handsome Jack fanfics. I don't see them at all. Maybe this is a sign.....

you know what i love? when im reading a fic and it is clearly so self indulgent for the writer. like honey these plot threads barely make sense but you are having so much fun and i am just along for the ride
