hi guys! 💟
(sorry for the super long post but it'll rlly help)
to truly understand what the void is, please read through this post. after reading it you'll understand that the void isn't a deep meditative state but it's a state or awareness. it's one of my favorite posts, i adore the author and respect the work she's done for the community and for sharing her vast experiences, but something that i don't like about that post is it doesn't really tell you how to enter the void state.
now there's many methods. but im going to focus on 2 in particular as i find these 2 the most effective and what we will be doing for the rest of this challenge (we will be doing both methods).
#1: Lucid Dreaming
Lucid dreaming is quite literally the easiest way to enter the void state. Don't you wish right now you could just ask someone to take you to void and they would? You can do that in a lucid dream! Don't you wish you could just create a portal out of thin air and enter the void state? You can do that in a lucid dream! I think my point is made, lucid dreaming is literally the easiest way to enter the void. Please navigate to the lucid dreaming tag and read all the success stories here.
Lucid dreaming is super easy as well. I already had 2 success stories of people lucid dreaming from this challenge itself so what I suggest is just taking a single lucid dreaming sub and listening to it for 30 minutes everyday. Don't stress out about it and if you enter a lucid dream, just enter the void state and go live your dream life. I definetly recommend enchanted workshop's lucid dreaming subliminal, but leviathan has a really good one, noonchi's is very good, and cloudparty's has gotten a lot of people into a lucid dream as well.
#2: Phase Method->My Steps
I'm not sure how familiar you guys are with the Phase Method so I highly recommend reading this first. Take your time and really read it. Focus 21 is the void in this context.
I have heard about this method before but never really looked into it but when I did, I think this method will help a lot of things click in everyone's head. So as previously touched upon, the void is a state of awareness. That's all it is. So how do we reach this stare of awareness? Using the phase method entails moving our awareness from our 3d to different states, ultimately hitting the void state. It's all about our focus and what we're focusing, and thus, being aware of. (I really hope this is clicking).
So now what?
Well here are the Phase Method's steps as explained here:
1. Stretch your eyes out… close them really tightly for a few seconds. Do this a few times. Then rotate them around several times, making sure they’re completely stretched out… I’ll give them a good rub too.
2. Close eyes, fixate upon a spot in the blackness directly in front of you and visualize something at the spot to help hold your focus there, I use a spinning vortex.
3. Start your relaxation process.
4. As you’re relaxing, move that spot you’re fixating on slowly upwards as high as you can comfortably go without straining your eyes.
5. When your eyes have gone as upwards as they’ll go, you’ll hopefully also be fully relaxed at this point, you should be in Focus 10 at this point… to shift to Focus 12, begin the “Noticing” exercise. Should you begin to see floating, formless shapeless blobs in front where you’re fixated, this signifies you’re now in Focus 12.
6. Keep “Noticing” the formless shapes floating around and eventually, without trying (just allow this next part to happen), you should find yourself engulfed within the 3D Blackness of Focus 21.

Now my method is similar to this, but with a few extra steps.
I do believe that shifting awareness is key to entering the void (the state of awareness) but I also believe intention plays a huge role. Intention is the basis of manifeststion in itself and drives everything.
So here are my steps:
1. Before you go to sleep, set an intention that you will enter the void state. I recommend meditating to enchanted workshop's void state meditation sub with strong intentions that you will enter the void.
2. Sleep and set an alarm to wake up in 3.5-4 hours.
3. Wake up, stretch, and just relax for a bit. Don't use your phone. Do this for 5-10 minutes.
4. Sit on a recliner chair or put pillows to angle yourself at a degree. (Read this post and this post to understand why I'm saying this).
5. From this position, begin doing the phase method. This specific timing and angle which you're attempting the method in is going to get you into the void so much faster than the phase method on its own and it's almost guaranteed. You are guaranteed to experience something and almost guaranteed to enter the void.
6. Enter the void, manifest your dream life, and give me your success story! 💟
