すぐ裏側を走る電車の、騒音や振動を考えて、

そうしたことの影響を受けにくい、

重たい鉄筋コンクリート造としました。

しかし、一方で、

間口の狭い、窮屈な変形敷地の中で、

少しでも広さを確保したい、

ということもあったので、

外壁はすべて、

最も壁を薄く出来る、

コンクリート打放しとしました。

ただ、

1階の店舗と、2階3階の二世帯住宅とでは、

そのコンクリート打放しの仕上げ方を、

変えています。
