This photo was captured last March 28 2024, in San Andres quezon province. It was an amazing journey when we experienced climbing over the mountains and witnessed the beauty that hides from the tallest mountains and trees. The enjoyment that I have experienced is reflected on what you can really see in my skin color right now, nevertheless, i believe that my skin color right now, is symbolizes all the enjoyment and unforgettable memories that will remain in my heart.

From Past to Present: A Journey of Place and Change of barangay Maliksi 3

Maliksi, Bacoor – the place of my origin, there are so many changes in this place from previous to present time. Before, this place used to be as “ asininan” or the salt farming but as the times goes by it faded out which is why The livelihood of our community are Also change. I remembered when I was in grade school we used to play in grass field when it still clean, we often play here with my friends and always climbing the “kamatsile” or the sweet tamarind tree which is also gone when they cut it off.

If you can actually witness this place from the previous years, You can really see the huge difference from the previous condition of this place to the present. I took this picture On April 9th 2024, this second picture that was taken is the main passage to go in dagat and ilog, our community used to call them dagat and ilog which is about the small place in barangay maliksi 3 that is near side of the river and Sea. Before, there is also another livelihood that my community also do, since that we are very close to the sea, most of people in my community are also use to do fishing that is until now became the Main source of income of most of the people in my community.

As the times goes by, most of the place here in Maliksi 3 are totally changing, as we are now in the modern era, the discipline and being responsible is something that has been forgotten by the this generation. Most of the place here, had became very polluted where you will see innumerable trash wherever you will go Most specially in sea side part of Maliksi 3, However, because of newly elected barangay officials they’re started to take an actions and programs that will really help to clean up and at the same time maintain its cleanliness, that is why every night they regularly collecting the trash of all the houses in my community, and I hope that everyone will participate and to be able to learn and to bring back what really the Filipinos are most specially the youth.

Modern technology and artificial intelligence are now being recognized by numerous industries around the world, and they are now utilizing this advancement in different industries, most notably in the tourism industry. As the time passes, new technologies emerge and it became a part of the Tourism industry, whether tangible or intangible, such as various websites and applications that allow and help people to search and book for their own flight in easy and convenient way. Additionally, it can make it easier for the many businesses in this sector to communicate with prospective clients and provide information about their goods and services. Technology can also help businesses to track customer behavior and preferences, and create targeted marketing campaigns that could help to make their business more successful which it can also contribute to the over all success of the Tourism industry and economic growth as well.

However, There are drawbacks to any positive side of it, one of the biggest concerned of people is that, technology taking and displacing all the opportunities and jobs towards people, which it became one of the reasons why the rate of human labor is getting smaller because of this technology. There are also some a instances about privacy concerns of people about hacking their accounts, data’s and other personal information just to accomplish malevolence or bad intentions of other people.
