Name of the dish:- Boiled cheese broccoli. Ingredients:- Broccoli (Fresh): 1 Cheese: 4 slices Oregano & chilli flake: To season Salt & Pepper: As required Water: To boil Preparation:- Boil the broccoli until it’s cooked with the water. Drain the water and put the slices of the cheese. Heat for 2 minutes until the cheese melts and wraps around the broccoli. Add salt & pepper as required. Event:- Distribution of rice to 30 families in Tuticorin, Tamilnadu. The COVID-19 pandemic has indeed been an unprecedented one. And these are the times when we need to go beyond to help our fellow human beings. Since the lockdown started, many of the daily wage labourers are affected seriously. Under SUPERGAS Foundation project Akshaya Patra, we donated 300 Kg of rice to 30 families of poor labourers in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu with the help of local Police, by following social distancing norms.
