            it’s just the two of them now, standing within the warm halo of blue light cast across the room from the multitude of machinery inhabiting it. in absence, she finds herself shifting from one foot to the other as she reads over cisco’s findings --------- up until the moment frost’s voice clashes against the otherwise thundering silence. breaking it. 

          now, the question in of itself catches her off guard. draws her attention away from the screen, and unto the ivory-haired genius. kara’s brows pinch at the bridge, as confusion chases across her features. “-----should i be?”
