Don't mean to sound rude but could you guys please ask people to make sure they are replying to starters on the tag? I was excited for this but it's killing my muse to see people only reply to starters made specifically for them.

for sure !! i don’t want to make excuses for anyone, but i think a lot of our roleplayers ( including the admins !! ) are getting pretty busy with school and life in general, so it’s likely that closed starters are simply easier to respond to with such a schedule. definitely not anything intentional !! anyhow, if everyone could do their best to reply to open starters in the tag that’d be lovely !! we can’t forget that we’re a small community so activity and including everyone are crucial !! thank you for bringing this up, love !!

     EVENT 001 – FLOWER FESTIVAL

what ?? flower festival to celebrate the onset of spring where ?? the entirety of manseok park when ?? 14 to 21 of may ( one week )

pollen is in the air and the sun can be found for hours long after evening, which can only mean one thing: spring is coming. in order to celebrate the season of growth and fresh starts, the city of suwon had decided to throw a festival run by citizen volunteers. the festival will include live music, food, plenty of time outside in the lovely manseok park, and some more kooky attractions that the volunteers have come up with !! though the festival invites all ages, drinks will be flowing and almost everyone knows it’ll turn out to be quite the party. so head on down as a volunteer or mere festival goer and enjoy what manseok park has to offer !!

ATTRACTIONS INCLUDE: stage ( live music will be performed here by suwon born/situated bands and soloists, later in the night will be a dj ), kissing booth, food stalls ( cuisine ranging from traditional korean to american comfort food ), rides ( carousel, pendulum ride, bumper cars ), beer stands ( offer mixed drinks and hard liquor alongside beer ), haunted house, treasure hunt activity ( done in partners selected by random of those signed up ), and auction ( items range from donated art to sports event tickets ).

starters for the event are allowed to be posted throughout the 14 to 21 of may, which gives all members one week to plot and post their starters !! therefore threads from the event are allowed to continue on afterwards, but no new threads related to the event should be posted after the 21.

your character can definitely work as a volunteer if you’d like to incorporate that into your plotting !! just see the list of attractions above, pick one and run with with it !!

feel free to post plot calls for the event and/or make your first interactions with other characters related to the event !! we’re a small group and everyone needs to be included/interact in order for this to work !!

do continue current threads if you wish to, the event should not inhibit any current threads you may have with other roleplayers ( but if you wish to put them on pause for the event, you may ).

any event related questions should be sent to the admins and we’ll respond accordingly !!

lastly, have fun and please tag any event related threads ( including plot calls ) with suwon event: 001 !!

unfortunately doll, that’s exactly the case !!  we’ve currently hit our size limit, and this is unlikely to change as one of the key points of our little community is just that – the fact that it’s little !!  that being said, we do hope you find a place where you can write your heart out, even if it isn’t with us.
