REMEMBER THE GOAL
Avengers x Fem! Viltrumite Reader
Wanda x Fem! Viltrumite Reader
Note: I’ve had this hyper fixation on this for a bit and i won’t be able to rest until i’ve written a bit about this. Also definitely not proofread or something like that.
warning: choking, murder, evil reader, maybe cursing? (i haven’t proofread) and let me know if there is anything else!
———
6:32 A.M.
You woke up as you did any other day. Waking up on your bed that felt a bit worn out from the years you’ve been here. On Earth, a planet that you were supposed to come and control. And yet instead you’ve became an Avenger. Does that title even truly hold any significance in the Viltrum Empire? Probably not. But you try not to think of the Empire or other Viltrumites who could be out looking for you. It does nothing but have you worry. Not for yourself but for your so called friends. You’ve already accepted your fate. A death that you most definitely deserve. With the amount of pain and suffering that have been caused by your hands alone- that’s enough.
Feeling the cold floor on your feet as you got up and walked towards your bathroom. It took quite a long time to get used to not hovering over the ground. Now it’s something that is not so foreign to you. Have gotten used to walking on the ground. Making you feel more- humanized. Almost like you could be one of them. Almost.
You enter your bathroom and brush your teeth. Fixing your hair. Returning back to your room and throwing some clothes on. Before finally leaving the room that you’ve slept in. Not wanting to call it “your room”. Not wanting to call it home. You had a home once. But not anymore. Now you just slept and ate at the Avengers Compound.
You walked into an elevator. It seemed pointless. You could fly. IN SPACE! Yet you tried to be human. Even though you weren’t. No, you were a full Viltrumite. You held that close to your heart. At the last second an agent of shield came into the elevator. His name was Fitz, right? He dealt with something that you didn’t truly care for. Yet you kept the door open for him. Smiling at him as you heard his heart fasten. But it wasn’t at your smile- no it was for who you were. You weren’t not surprised. You could rip him in half in a second and not even think of it.
You would’ve thought that after all this time that everyone would get over it. Get over the fact that you were strong. That you had the power to make Earth obey your command. You weren’t going to take over this planet. Not yet at least. You had to find a good time and it seemed like there was never a good time. Lost in your thoughts you didn’t even notice that Agent Fitz had gotten off at his stop. You only came to once you arrived at your stop.
You quickly loosened up any negativity that you had left as you knew that someone would notice it. And you would hate to have to explain to them that the reason you aren’t happy is because “you are a murder who doesn’t belong here”. And also that it’s not very polite to be a bad apple in public. Some new lingo F.R.I.D.A.Y. has taught you as Tony thought it would be good for you to learn more lingo to try and fit in better.
You stepped out of the elevator as you saw that Wanda and Steve were already up and talking in the kitchen. You tried to not pick up your pace but it was difficult not to. She was there. The girl who made your heart somewhat get faster. Something that hasn’t happened in the last few hundred years for you.
Wanda Maximoff
You notice her even before she looks at you. The silhouette of hers is something that you can’t shake. Something that you’ve memorized. You give out a small smile as you reach the kitchen counter. Not even looking at Steve as he notices. He has a “hunch” about things like this. And also because Nat and Tony are betting on this and Steve has been pulled into the middle of it.
“Good morning, Wanda.” You said as you stared at her. No longer tired or feeling guilty of your existence as a whole but would rather speak with her. However Wanda was oblivious to your small crush on her. So she gave you a small smile and raspy “morning y/n.” Yet you heard it loud and clear with love.
Steve who was still right next to your side tried to make it less obvious of your crush by clearing his throat and telling you good morning. But once he spoke, your mood changed and your happiness went away. Wasn’t his fault. But you went stoic and your voice was blunt and bland. “Oh I didn’t see you there Steve but morning.” You said as you leaned off the counter. Noticing that Wanda wasn’t eating anything and was just drinking coffee. Something you disliked. Why drink something other than water?
It made no sense to you. Why not just treat your body to the most healthy way possible it can be. There were just some thing that your brain couldn’t comprehend about humans. But that’s how you were brought up to believe. Structure and logic. Something that was filled in your life.
You were lost in thought that you didn’t even hear Steve call out your name. Only hearing it when Wanda said it. You made eye contact with her before she gave you a soft concerned look which caused you to look away from her gaze. “Sorry was just thinking.” You mumbled but before you could be asked more about it, Bucky and Sam came into the kitchen. Both of them pestering the other. Quickly diverted the attention from you to them.
Soon others came into the kitchen but you found it to be too crowded so you got your food which was really just fruit and decided to go to the training room. As you walked out of the kitchen you noticed that Nat and Wanda were mumbling to each other about something but you didn’t listen in as you didn’t want to be rude.
However you did notice their gaze on you. You didn’t pay attention to it as you exited the kitchen and common room and found yourself trying to remember where the training room was. You could destroy planets but couldn’t remember where the training room was? Pathetic.
———
8:52 A.M
———
You eventually did find the training room but it seems that so did half of the team. You kept to yourself as you went into a special room in the training room. A room that Tony specifically built for you. He had built a robot for you to go against. It was something to keep you preoccupied and mess with. You could easily take it down. Destroy the robot and move on. Yet you dont. You don’t want to hurt Tony’s ego.
You land soft punches of the machine as you dodge its jabs. Staring blankly at it as you dodge the attacks. And for a second you are back there. Back in the planets you colonized with your people. Staring down on the lower lifeforms. Genocide. You don’t even notice that you are punching the machine harder. So hard that the other Avengers hear the loud noise of fists punching. Seeing you through the glass walls punch a robot without a sweat. Seeing the detachment in your eyes.
You aren’t grounded. You are suffering. You are in pain. How many lives were taken? How many people suffered? How many lives were taken? How many? How many people did you help kill? How many relatives did people lose because of your ignorance?
You don’t know. You don’t want to know honestly. It hurts to even think about it. To even listen to those thoughts makes you sick. You sure help Wanda isn’t looking into your mind. She must think you’re a terrible person. No- you’re not a person. You’re a soldier. Something that kills on command. Something that doesn’t mind to take the risk of it.
“Y/N- let’s calm down.” Someone says behind you and you’re still not grounded. It’s not until you feel someone’s hand gently grab your shoulder and you go into fight or flight mode. Grabbing that person by the neck and shoving them against the wall. Only letting go once you see Wanda’s scared face stare at you.
You back away as you mumble an apology as you see her choke and someone goes to help her up. You can’t even look at her as you feel a bit embarrassed at this. You lost control. You shouldn’t have. You are better than that. You were trained better than that.
You see everyone’s gaze on you. They are judging or trying to not look petrified of you. It all blurs together. You’ve seen stares like that before. Seeing it on your victims faces before- no. Stop. Stop thinking like this. You are part of a superior race. You are a VILTRUMITE.
Dont forget that. So you straighten out your back as you stare at all of them. Seeing how they stare at you. The look of disgust. You don’t care. You remember your mission. Are they worth it? Is anyone here worth the sacrifice of actually betraying the Empire? You glance back down at Wanda and see her gaze. And it clicks. Her eyes are slightly red. She’s been reading your mind.
You can see her face contort to a look of emotions. Her mouth is slightly hung open as she is crying. She sees you for who you truly are. The facade you’ve put up. Now you truly are the villain here. You aren’t good. You never were.
She knows she’s made a mistake as you stare at her with a look of disappointment. Now your cover was blown. Now you had to choose in this moment. Pledge your allegiance to the Empire or risk it all and be given a death you deserve.
You let out a soft sigh as you shook your head before crouching slightly before Wanda. Nobody moves. Everyone knows that you would just get back up even if they tried to take you out. “You’ve seen it? The truth.” You asked Wanda as it seemed in that moment everyone else faded from your mind. Wanda just stared at you and nodded. “I have. And- I’ve seen the monstrosities you’ve committed. The lives-“ Wanda starts to say as she sees your face darken from every word she speaks.
“Lower lifeforms.” Is all you say before you stand right back up. Almost as if that’s supposed to excuse it. “I’ve only dealt with lower lifeforms. Ones who can be controlled.” You said as you stared at her but she looked even more mortified. She knows deep down you feel the same but you can’t show it. You smiled at her. A smile reserved for her as you tilted your head slightly. “Don’t worry. I won’t let anyone do the same to humanity.” You said as you stood up and straightened your back.
The others in the room were beyond confused but they knew something was wrong. Seeing how you looked. How you seemed so calm. “Show them. Show them what you found in my mind.” You tell Wanda as she has no choice to comply. So she does. She shows everyone in seconds.
Everyone has a mixed reaction. Tony is shocked. Steve is mortified as is Sam. Bucky and Nat are on high alert. Clint and Bruce are lingering but are prepared for anything. Wanda leans against a wall as she holds her neck. She knows there are bruises.
“Don’t look so surprised. You all knew I had a past.” You said as you slightly hovered over the ground. You stared at them. All of them. The trust was gone. Now you made enemies of people you once thought of as home. You slowly make your way towards them. “Don’t.” Tony warns as he stared at you. He had so badly wished you weren’t what he thought you were. Now it all made sense to him. Why you acted like you did. You were taught to kill on command. You were an enemy.
“You can’t stop me.” Is all you said before you stopped your advancements towards them. You knew that they must be scared. Scared like the others you’ve hurt. You know that you can’t hurt them. No. You’ve gotten too close to them to hurt them. Now it would be so foolish to do that. No you care for them.
Why? Why did you ruin it? No- why? Your mind becomes a mess as you try to think of something. You want to stop this but at the same time you want to complete your mission. You just give out an exhausted sigh out. You look a bit distraught.
“I didn’t want any of you to find out this way.” You said a bit more emotional than you ever had. “Don’t go getting all mopey now.” Natasha countered back as she stared at you with focus. She wouldn’t last a minute fighting with you. You try to not get upset. To calm yourself.
“I wasn’t planning on taking over now- I would’ve waited till all of you were long gone.” You tried to reason but it fell on deaf ears. “That’s not how things work Y/N.” Steve said as he stood in front of the whole group. His voice was stern like he already made up his mind about you. Nothing you could do would change that.
You knew that they wouldn’t let you back into their hearts. So you did the only thing you knew how to do. Finish your mission. Even if you completed your mission this late then you would still be rewarded and not be killed due to you choosing the Empire.
You gave out a quiet. “Okay.” The next things are a blur. Everything blurs together as usual. The yells and screams are blurred. The only thing you can make out is her look. How she looked when you paralyzed her. You wanted to love her. To keep her alive. To love her still.
It took you less than 5 hours to take down the major governments all across the globe. It wasn’t that hard. You had a mission and as much as you tried to forget it, you couldn’t.

You still visit Wanda regularly at a hospital that was built by the Viltrumite Empire. You make sure that Wanda has a good view of the city and is well taken care for. Seeing her angry and scared look each time you visit her. Knowing that you’ve cursed her. But life is better on Earth now. People are more safe. You give her a small smile. “I’ve saved humanity. You would’ve made no difference but I have. Be grateful.” You tell Wanda as you stand up and walk towards the door. You’ve made the right decision. You know you have.

May we grieve?
Sofia Falcone x child(fem) reader
Summary: Sofia attends the funeral but what if she had someone who knew her heartbreak also? Alberto’s only kid. The only true family she has left.
——————
Sofia walked around the funeral. She tried to make it seem well but just couldn’t. Throughout the entire ceremony she felt betrayed. She knew that someone was meant to take her brother’s place. She walked around until she found herself outside smoking a cigarette. The service was over. It was a beautiful ceremony.
He would’ve hated it.
She knew her brother well enough to know that he didn’t surround himself like this. He would’ve much rather preferred a big party for his hitch-to-go.
She smoked until her eyes wandered to the little kid that was coming over to her. She never got to know her little niece.
Sure Alberto talked a little about her niece but never to much. There was always a time limit. Yet when he did- he talked fondly of you. Saying that you were a version of him in a way. All the different times he looked tired and would apologize as you had a night terror.
Sofia could remember all of that yet she didn’t know you. And you sure as hell didn’t know her. Born the first year that she was locked away.
Your mother was a girl at the club that left you on the Falcone door. Sure there must be more to that story but nobody will ever speak of it. You lacked a mother your entire life and now a father.
Perhaps Sofia could help with that role.
You wore what your maid gave you. She saw how you walked well mannered. Hair in low pigtails. You had Alberto’s eyes. And a look in your eye that showed innocence still.
You glanced at her as you stood in front of her. You were what? Almost ten. She saw how you were practically shivering in front of her. Clearly your maid didn’t take in the fact that it was cold today. She let out one last puff before putting her cigarette out.
“Hi.” Sofia said in a softer tone. One that she forgot she ever had.
You were quiet before you talked back. “Hi Aunt Sofia.” You had the quietest voice Sofia had ever heard. So soft and gentle.
Sofia leveled herself to your height. Forcing her knees down but not hitting floor. She set her cigarette between her fingers but didn’t take a puff. She knew Alberto never wanted you around that stuff.
“What are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be inside?” Sofia asked as if she wasn’t also outside. But her circumstances were different. Nobody expected her to stay inside. Really they hoped she didn’t.
But you were different. You had to stay inside. Take in all the fake bullshit grievances from others. Telling you that your father was a “good” man. As if you didn’t know that yourself.
You shrugged a bit. Almost like you were over this. You knew your father as you knew him. Not whatever bullshit ceremony that pictured him a different way. No he wasn’t like that with you.
To you, you were his pride and joy. The only thing besides Sofia that he could call home. And now he’s gone. And you can’t seem to grasp how much that has affected you. So instead you act like you’re over it. Knowing that you never will truly get over the death of your father.
“I just don’t like funerals.” You said gently as you glanced at the crowd of reporters that gathered outside of the chapel. You had already been to funeral a few months ago. Your grandfathers funeral. Now that was terrible man. Even you knew that at an early age.
“Well we all don’t like certain things.” Sofia said as she stared at you. Her eyes lingered on your face. God you look just like him. You could be his twin. Sofia knows that she’ll protect you at all costs. Maybe fate was meant to be this way. She can’t let anyone take you away from her.
You’re all she has left of Alberto. And she won’t let anyone take that away from her. This city already took her brother away. She won’t let it take her niece away also.
“So how about we stay out here. Doesn’t that sound fun?” She asked you with a soft smile. A smile that she forgot she even had. You and your kind soul nodded. Not knowing that this would be the beginning of her willingness to do anything to keep you safe and happy.
