Sorry I haven't posted much. I haven't been motivated to say anything since the show ended, which shocked me because I thought I would have a lot of things to say lol.

And I'm really bad at answering asks so I'm sorry to everyone who has sent me something. I'm gonna try to sit down tomorrow and answer as much as I can!

Not going to lie, everytime I think about the cufflinks, I cry.

me trying to explain how hawk is terrified of being vulnerable or weak bc being weak makes you a target and puts you in danger BUT tim brings out that vulnerability IN HIM which TERRIFIES HIM and so he lashes out at tim to try and push him away but he can’t ever REALLY stay away bc he’s down so horrendously for tim laughlin. and this pattern continues for 30 years

Once all 8 episodes have aired, I'm definitely rewatching the whole series and typing up a long think piece about it. It's seriously one of the best shows I have seen in a long time.

Someone on Twitter keeps stealing our posts almost word for word and passing those thoughts off as their own. You could at least link our posts under your tweets so people know who ACTUALLY came up with what you're saying.

Why do some people act like Tim is a defenseless child? He is a middle aged man who is perfectly capable of saying no and making his own decisions.

He didn't have to go to Fire Island. He chose to go. He had the chance to leave Fire Island that first time. He chose to stay. Hawk didn't make him take the drugs. He chose to take them (and clearly that wasn't his first rodeo). He could have said no to the threesome. He chose to stay and be a participant.

Tim made those decisions all on his own. Hawk is not to blame for the choices Tim makes. Can people please stop babying Tim and start treating him like the grown man he is?
