Lemme give you all a brief rundown of our shtick we got goin’ on here.

I’m an overglorified Prince of Hell. The Devil’s my employer. Me and my assistant, Raziel, are also trained assassins in his employment. He wants someone gone, he comes to us. We have our ways of getting rid of the marks without leaving a mark, if you’re catching what I mean. On the side, I perform and do other random things that need to get done around here. (And I help Father with his paperwork - he’s got a lot that Devil throws at him.)

Charlotte is mainly a bartender, though she prefers to be known as a “mixologist.” Don’t ask me why, I have no clue. Anyways, she’s also a waitress, dealer, and performer on the side. Her Netherside Cocktails are some of the most wonderful things I’ve ever tasted.

Mireya…well, I don’t really know what she does. From what I know, she’s a waitress, but I don’t have any idea why an angel would choose to come and work here, in a place where basically the word ‘angel’ is used as an insult.

And then there’s Raz! Raziel is my right-hand man. Absolutely love him. My platonic partner-in-crime who fell for said angel (he’ll never admit it, but we can tell) and refuses to say that he actually enjoys my company. (He’s a bit of a dick in that respect, but he’s generally pretty chill.)

Alright, let’s clear something up: yes, I called KD “Father”; he took us in when I was about seven and we almost froze to death in the alley outside the Casino. This was all thanks to our no-good schmuck-of-a-brother. Don’t ask us about him.

Uhhhh, I think that’s it. Oh, wait, haha, forgot two people: the Cup Brothers, Cuphead and Mugman. They technically work here for the Devil and Dice as waiters, but they’re, uh… doing something else at the moment. Something involving stopping some ink-obsessed owl guy from researching the Inkness. Honestly, I have no clue why he’d want to do this - the Inkness isn’t something you want to get, and most of the general population doesn’t even know what it is. He’s not going to get far.

Yup, that’s everything important. If you stuck with us this far, thanks. See you at some point - I gotta get back to this- ALL RIGHT, I’M COMING! Gotta go.

Good evening, everyone, and welcome back to the Devil’s Casino! We had some…issues with reopening, but we’re back and ready to get some new souls- serve you up a nice glass of champagne, vodka, and anything else you could want. So go right ahead: kick up your feet, relax, and play some cards. Maybe roll some dice, if you’re feeling lucky. We’ve got all night to have some fun.

King Dice - the Devil’s right hand man

Star Arson - well, we could say I’m his left-hand woman, if that pleases you. I’m really just an overglorified assassin and Prince of Hell.

Raziel - a demon in my service. Also a trained assassin.

Charlotte Arson - performer, waitress, and dealer. Usually works behind the counter. (I recommend her Netherside Roses.)

Mireya - an angel who, for some reason, ended up working here. No clue why - I think it was to pay off a debt or something. Ask her.

Everyone else? Well, they’re around somewhere. These are just the major people. (Pachinko’s personally the best of the minor workers.)
