HOW and WHY did Miriam, a sweet, sickly human woman, and Randolfo the Tyrant, a powerful monster king, manage to have a child?

Monsters lay eggs, so how does Randolfo even have the parts to impregnate a human?

WHY would Randolfo do the *horizontal tango* with a human woman that he clearly doesn't care for, as we saw him refuse to help her when she's sick.

How does Psaro not have a million genetic issues being that he's a cross-breed of two VERY different species?

What exactly was Miriam sick with?
