Watched Murder Drones recently and now it's consuming my brain

We were cleaning the garage today and then I saw

Thinking about how in the end of episode 2 of Murder Drones, Uzi unintentionally hurt N by asking fearfully what he and the other "things" were, and how that made N so sad that he just immediately retreated and went back to the landing pod and sat down in a corner and pulled his knees up and just stared sadly at the floor and wouldn't talk even when V tried making him tell her what happened

Because Uzi had been his first friend in a long time and she'd been the first to encourage him to stand up more for himself and now he was scared he was losing all that

The question hurt him because he has no control over what he is, but it also scared him because he didn't know the answer

The amount of comments this is getting on YouTube saying how good this is and how creepy accurate her impressions are is so fun 🤣

I actually love this comic so much

Even if it was just supposed to be kinda silly with creepy in there for good measure, there's something so sweet and tender here. I've seen some of this AU around, though I don't know a ton about it. Still, it's just cool seeing N as this even bigger and creepier Eldritch creature, and yet he still loves Uzi just as much as in canon. And Uzi still is apparently quite comfortable and familiar with him.

I love how he's not even talking at all here, and is just looming over her all creepy, and yet Uzi's not freaked out at all, all she's worrying about is "wait where'd your teeth go" and is just taking his face in her hands and asking him to "open up" (like a dog hehe) just to make sure nothing's wrong or figure out what happened. The familiarity and the clarity that she feels safe with him, even in this humongous Eldritch form, is really sweet. And sure, the ending jumpscare is kinda funny, but it's still clear he's not going to hurt her. 🥹💛💜
