She’s jolting yet again, her fingers twitching a bit with her nerves so high strung right now… but that being said, she answers him. “It’s not a curry or anything of that kind. The kind of food my body can handle right now is… debatable.” She admits, looking over the various packets of it, labelled in a language not known to this world, but taught to her in her time by her Uncle and Grandpa when they had the time and weren’t busy – most of it spent just reading and translating as best she could on her own.
“I’ll have to make two separate meals. This kind of food is not something you should consume.” She was surprisingly relaxed with her speech with her body being tense. Her mood switching on a dime, it didn’t take long for Dastan to approach, “Crr.” He laid a paw to her shoulder, reading her aura which remained unstable for the moment. “Crr’r.” A side-eye was given by Ashe to the Lucario. “… Fine.” Getting to her feet, she handed him the base packet while her Sceptile went to work on grabbing appropriate ingredients, but not before turning to look over at Leon, tilting her head.
He was a human, so it would be hard to communicate… Ah!
Calling in the direction of a Delphox, said Delphox who sported a pair of glasses approached, a rather impish smile on his features. ‘Yes, yes, Felicity. I’ve got it.’ His accent had a distinct British tone to it despite him being from Kalos. ‘You. Human. Felicity here said she’d make you something quick using our pot ‘ere and have you something to eat. Ashelia and you can’t share the same kind of food.’ Blunt as ever, his telepathy was strong enough to reach even humanity with his overly-skilled psychic-typing, and as for Ashe… She was already disappearing into her tent, dampened fae pulses being felt softly on the wind and Logan soon disappearing inside to comfort her, the Liepard’s tail flicking behind him.
‘Well? I take it you have a curry pack to go with that potato there?’ The Delphox offered his paws as he put his stick within his tail just as a Braixen might do.

Leon noticed her jolt, though he pretends he doesn’t. That’s...he doesn’t feel that’s something he can ask about right now. Despite the fact he is kind of just...hunkering himself down in her camp trying to get to know her better. He knows when the draw the line, when to not ask personal things. He’s seen those flinches, those jolts of surprise before. The tightened muscles, neck hairs standing on edge. It never signaled a good past.
Leon knew he didn’t have the privilege to ask about that. Not yet anyway, if he ever did get that privilege. He glances at the packets, but says nothing about the strange writing on them either.
“I apologize for the inconvenience,” he starts to say before Dastan comes over. He goes silent again, letting pokemon and trainer have their moment. Instead he decided to scratch Lucky behind the eevee’s ears. Glancing as Ashe stood up. She...must not be feeling well then, with the restricted diet and all. He recalled Spirit had called him in a fuss, worrying over a sick friend. He connects the dots to that being Ashe.
Leon gives a friendly wave towards the Delphox, and surprisingly enough is unstartled by the pokemon’s psychic communication. The only thing that does startle him is the british accent, but well...some pokemon pick strange things up. He has to admire the pokemon’s psychic abilities, being able to communicate so clearly, but it is not the first time he’s needed a psychic translator for another mon. His Mr. Rime did that for him quite frequently.
“I get it, medical needs and such,” he chuckled. Bit of an uppity nature this one. Though his eyes followed Ashe, and suddenly concerned laced them. Especially as he felt the damped fae pulses, even if he wasn’t entirely sure what they were. He hoped that she would be alright. He digs into his bag, producing the curry packet and holding it out to the Sceptile,
“I appreciate you cooking for me, Felicity! Means the world to me truly,” he said. He was, admittedly, being a bother in their camp after all. Thinking for a moment, Leon stood up and moved, just a little closer to Ashe’s tent. He wouldn’t disturb her but he...wanted to be close by. Just in case she needed something, or someone. Slowly the ex Champion was starting to piece together what drew him to Ashe so. She felt...lonely was the best word to put it. Surrounded by people, by pokemon, by friends, but still she felt like the loneliest person in the world.
Leon would be lying if he said he didn’t know what that feeling felt like.
