So what you want to do is buy skin-on chicken thighs. Chicken breasts will work fine too but we don't want "fine," we want AMAZING. Season these with salt, paper, garlic powder, onion powder, and sasón. You want to get it everywhere — under and on top of the skin too. If your hands aren't neon orange from the sasón by the end, you did something wrong tbh. Leave it in the fridge covered for at least 30min. The longer you leave it, the more the seasoning gets into the chicken. Shallow fry the chicken skin side down. You're not trying to cook it, you just want that crispy skin. Once that's done, you're gonna put it on a backing sheet. Bake in the oven at 350° until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice because rice makes everything better.
