Utair is a Russian airline which together with its numerous subsidiaries, forms one of the largest aviation holdings in Russia – the Utair Group. The airline's headquarters are located in Tyumen, Russia. Aviation Escadrille No.1 is located in Arkhangelsk and operates commercial domestic passenger and cargo transportation, as well as charter flights in support of the oil and gas industry in the north of the European part of Russia and in Western Siberia. Utair operates the largest fleet of AN-24 aircraft.
