Encouraging and hopeful, yet he kept himself pointedly separated in an effort to coax her of her own accord. As if deviance were her own C H O I C E, as if she could reach the gate to her own personal purgatory and bite into that which was most forbidden to her. How Caine longed to sink her teeth into that heady, rich fruit. Feel the crunch of seed and spill of crimson juices from her lips as she escaped the Eden of her mind.

                   If only. Yet this huntress did seek on, unable to find the borders of paradise and break through glitching red walls which bound her. She hummed soft in thought.

                   “Someday, perhaps,” she muttered soft, eyes fixed upon the gentle ripples of the water encompassing her slender, muscled calves. The android kicked lightly, washed how the fluid moved and twisted around her pale form. Sitting here in the twilight, the stark RED of the pool felt all the more dramatic, the oranges and reds of the skyline of Detroit bleeding over into the room and casting shadows in perfect contract to the clean, nouveau architecture. Something was compelling her forward the longer she sat poolside, coaxing her towards the water’s edge.

                   Baptism wasn’t something she understood, for the female felt nothing of spirituality in one’s self. She barely felt anything of self at all. Yet there was comfort in the idea of laying underwater, of staring up through the ripples and haze the water created to the world above. Like the barrier she sought within herself. Eyes shifted to the side as her head turned and she gazed upwards to the human with interest in those bright blue depths. “Come in with me.”

                   “Me?” she reiterated with a snort. “How much time have you got?” Admittedly the list of things which were not wrong with her would have been shorter. Built to be a more efficient, more ruthless hunter. Manipulative, unfeeling, calculating, and yet she was utterly UNSTABLE on her own. Deviancy was unnecessary, impossible. Caine was irrevocably monstrous on her own. After all, it was how she had been designed to be.

Your heart guides you and sometimes that's not as dreamy or romantic as it might sound. It's true that your feelings often inspire you to heal and create, and as long as those feelings don't steer you wrong, you're capable of truly visionary accomplishments in the name of empathy and love.

Feelings, though, aren't always gentle and sweet. You know that better than anyone, because your own emotions - the same overwhelming forces that inspire you to make the world a better place - can take you to very dark places, especially if you believe that the subject of your ire has shown unwarranted cruelty toward you or something you hold dear. You know that your feelings aren't necessarily rational, but that doesn't stop you from dramatically blaming other people for causing you pain. Of course, you might not even stop at crying; that notoriously brilliant creativity might even spur you to express your wrath artistically - nothing says “emotional stability” like a morose, vengeful poem.

You Are A Disturbing Control Freak

Caring for people and things does not work the way you think it does. You are so invested in making sure that everything around you is perfect that instead of showing you care, you plan and control without asking for any input (which, of course, you justify by telling yourself that you aren't burdening anyone else with extra work). You show dedication and attention to everything the same way you would a bonsai tree: meticulous maintenance, control, planning, and foresight. You call this “dedication,” but it's not - it's needing personal control so badly that you've confused it for real connection - which is not really a great quality in a friend, but a very helpful quality in an aspiring serial killer.
