i don't know how to draw it out but nicola constantly modifies his body for other people, not even out of like kink-related reasons, he's just a people pleaser. as in, he went to remy's farm just to get bigger tits cause whitney told him he liked it. he then used pills to shrink them down to nothing cause he suddenly lost interest in looking like a girl. he got back with whitney again and now he has c-cups. he sticks to diets he can't manage. his purple hair was a choice so he wouldn't look so boring next to whitney. his ideal body would be something he can swap body parts on.
